I use to love coming to this place, but over the last 2 years the quality of work they put in is horrible by the visit. Today was my final straw. I brought in a few sweaters and a pair of 200$ jeans from gstar. When I picked up my clothes and arrived home to put them away I noticed they had ruined my jeans, once nice dark grey with a shiny look is now very light grey and a dingy white look as if it sat in steam for way to long. I was a regular weekly customer. I bought a new suit for an event, brought in my pants to be altered and dropped off some dry cleaning. When I came to pick up, everything was securely bundled and really capable of being double checked without messing it all up. I trusted everything was there but when I got home the pants were not. It was too late for me to return and as a result I did not get to wear my new suit for my event. The owner apologized but when I returned he offered me no price break or credit no nothing just "sorry." They do the job, but expect not to get your change back if it is a small amount. I got fluff and fold done there twice. No change returned in the bag I had put the money in to pay for the service. It was like $0.20 so I figure whatever, but the 2nd time I sent in laundry, I had a pretty lingerie bag in my laundry carrying my bras. They took the bras out and did not return the lingerie bag. So sad since it was pretty and new. I want my lingerie bag back. We did call and they said they did not have it. So don't send them anything you care about losing. They again didn't give me my change on the 2nd fluff and fold. Someone had picked it up for me so I did not know about all of this until I unpacked my clothes that was returned. read more

I usually plan ahead and never need clothes back in a rush, but I have needed a one day turn around once or twice and they were always super helpful and accommodating. This place is amazing! I am super allergic to dust and animals, so I'm always bringing my comforters and couch covers in for a cleaning. They always make sure it's spotless. Excellent Value: - This is now my go-to spot for alterations and cleaning. - I've used this place a few times since it opened up (I think in late 2011 or early 2012) and have always been satisfied with their service, prices are cheap and the staff friendly. - For example: Tue/30 Apr I dropped off a men's white dress shirt to re-sew a button & to get it cleaned (including a soy sauce spot removal) and it'll be ready after 5 pm the next day. Cost: $1.75. - There's also a driveway/drive thru (under shade even) so you can pull your car up to their entrance. Last time the female employee even helped me load my dry cleaned clothes in to the car. read more

We are in the process of moving to Las Vegas and have been living out of suitcases. We we in a rush (same day ) to get literally everything we have traveling with cleaned quickly. We showed up at Fantastic late morning on the Monday before thanksgiving. Showed up to pickup products he stated it's, not ready, will be ready tomorrow, he reassured me about 1 day service. It will be ready 2 day service at 400pm. I had a dress stained with dish soap..I went to a different cleaners and told me it would take more than 3 days and it was not for sure if they would be able to take it off...i went to fantastic cleaners and the owner was really nice!! I've never tried wash-n-fold service, but definitely needed while on a very lengthy vacation getaway -- and this place came in quite clutch. Not far off the strip, they turned my laundry next-day and everything turned out well. All laundry neatly stacked, socks matched fairly well -- albeit not perfectly, but that's ok. So the pricing and value is attractive. Maybe slightly into the range I should have been able to know a bit more more of what I was signing up for. **this May sound negative but for the record I have been and will remain a customer****The end product is solid.... but I've had a few items come back that suggest it's a volume house not a special attention house. A necktie came back with a big chemical stain on it, one shirt cane back with a rip in an unusual spot by the shoulder, one shirt came back with TWO buttons smashed with a little piece hanging on. Indicative of maybe working as quickly as possible. That being said. I have probably had 150 or so total individual garments cleaned (repeatedly of course) by this venture since I began 7 months ago. The vast majority are perfectly fine if now great work. I just found the "types" of things I experienced could be a good description of what you're signing up for. This is my first time using this service. I brought my clothes in yesterday morning to be cleaned. I was asked how soon did I need them back? I told the man a.s.a.p. and I was told that they would be ready tomorrow morning. I get here around the same time that I dropped them off and my clothes aren't ready at all. I was given the option of taking my wet clothes home to dry, press and iron them myself or come back at a later date. I am more than upset and disappointed at the service that I was given and my request for a refund of my money for services not rendered was denied. This was not on October 13. The owner offered to get me an Uber to get back across town but didn't know how; instead he gave me $5 to take the bus. read more

DO NOT dry clean here! Guess how much they charged for 1 just-to-knee coat and 1 down jacket, 36 bucks!!! I've been so many dry cleaning place and this place is the worst! My BF asked the lady the price for dry clean a suit and she said it is 8 or something, we r okay with that so I didn't check the price for coat with her. Neither she told us how much for our cleaning in total, I chose to pay when pickup and left. Two days later when I walked in, I could strongly smell the the cashier just drank when I talked to him. In the ten years I've been in Vegas this is the best dry cleaner I've ever used. I use to live very near Fantastic Cleaners, and loved it. I moved a few years ago about 10 miles away, and tried 2 other dry cleaners near where I moved and was totally unsatisfied. I've since gone back to Fantastic Cleaners and will never leave again. They are prompt, professional and my clothes look as if I just bought them each and every time. They RUINED my shoes. The leather is ruined and ran all through the rest of the cloth portion of the shoes. Freddy the manager knew that this occurred and tried to say that is from normal wear and tear after going to pick them up on 2 different occasions and they were not ready. Which I advised him I would expect him to replace them. He insisted he could fix them and now that I am still not satisfied His response was to sue him. I intend to do so. read more

The only place I will take my boss's dry cleaning!!! The first time I came in I had 18 shirts that needed to be cleaned which is quite the load. This location has a drive thru/drive up area where you can pull right up to the front doors so you aren't lugging stuff across the parking lot. I dropped off my clothes & was asked when I needed them. I needed them all the next day. I was told 5pm pickup. The next day, all 18 shirts looked BEAUTIFUL and we're ready for pickup at 5pm as promised. For 18 shirts it cost around $40 which is not bad at all considering the quality of service! The second time I came in, the man at the front (presumably the owner or manager) remembered me and gave a friendly greeting. Again I was told they would be ready the next day, and when I picked them up again the clothing looked beautiful. I love this place & the fact they remember the customer, that is very important to me. 5/5 stars! read more
