The TLC drive thru car wash is really a great car wash. I'm a senior who drives Uber and it's important to me to keep my car clean inside and out. I go thru car wash every other day and TLC really gets my car cleaner than all the rest of car washes around our area. The people are friendly and it's a newer car wash and it's my "go to" car wash from here on out. I complimented several of the employees and that's what prompted me to leave this review. This is my second time coming to this car wash. First time I went it was descent. Today I went and it was awful. My car got scratched up so bad and my car is blue soo it's soo noticeable to see the damage. Also it seemed like the machines were rough this time around. I won't be back. read more

They didn't let me in because of my badass bumper. Apparently they had an "incident." Oooookay. So I have to take my Jeep somewhere else. My girlfriends Corolla is fine though. It's conveniently close to where we live so that's a plus. But the car has come out cleaner at other car wash spots. Also, get a guiding mirror. read more

I became a member not to long after they re-opened and have been pretty happy. The monthly plan is affordable, location is good for me, and it has done a pretty decent job on my vehicle. Two little issues have come up though: 1). Someone damaged the license plate reading camera system in one of the two lanes which is causing delays, and it hasn't been repaired to date. 2). Today the top drying wheel thingy at the end never came down like it's supposed to, which wound up meaning a lot more time hand drying than is usually needed. I hope these issues are resolved. read more

Went in this week for a car wash to try it out since I'm new to the area and back home in Texas I had a monthly membership. I went in to the office to ask about the membership options and spoke to the manager, Alexis. She was super helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I paid for the $7 wash to test out the machines and see if it was fitting for me and now I will be going back to sign up for the monthly. Been coming here for car wash since it's near my area. My husband also does his car wash here. So far I didn't have any issue here but yesterday was a different story. I went in the morning for a car wash. I chose the dollar wash. In the middle of the wash I heard a loud bang in the right side of my car. Their rotating brush hit and broke the right exterior mirror of my car. The mount was broken and all the inside fell out including the mirror. Now, I informed the attendant about it (I didn't see the owner). He tried to put it back but it keeps on falling. I asked him to tape it so it will hold until I can drive home. He advised me to put glue on it. The car wash has a disclaimer posted on the premise telling people that the car wash is not responsible for any damage on your car while using their car wash. Isn't that unfair? You come in there expecting a good service because you paid to have your car cleaned and you come out with a messed up car and they think they're not responsible for it. They need to check their equipments to see if they're working well and maintain their machines. I won't be coming back in this car wash again. read more

Great experience over at TLC Express today I had a normal wash and was going to the vacuum stations to clean windows and vacuum. I accidentally leaned on my keys and locked my doors and locked myself out of my car- keys and phone in the car... Alan; one of the attendants was really helpful and let me use the phone and asked if there was anything else I needed, etc... to get my car open, nice experience when most businesses aren't really displaying this level of customer service. I have come multiple times asking Alexis if she can help with my membership and she gave me the wrong email and I told her I have trouble with using email and she said rudely I need to figure it out myself because she was not going to help me. Then I came in the afternoon and another nice lady named Ruby was able to help me out very quick and easy and was super kind. She needs better Customer Service. read more

Very nice and clean place. Love the easy access and exit of the parking. Love big open and very clean vacuuming/drying area for cars. 22 stalls for vacuuming, and did I mention how clean the areas are. Place 10 stars but Yelp only has 5 stars. Staff is polite and courteous. Manager and the assistant managers are all very professional and polite. Great job TLC Express ! read more

During the ride I could see very little out my windows. but once it cleared, I could see the wax roller completely miss my hood by about three inches. putting no wax on my hood! I could feel the gritty-ness on my hood, not on the sides of my car. Not what I paid for. This needs to be adjusted soon as I plan on using my unlimited wash club often. read more

The brushes don't dry your car, hubs don't get clean, at the beginning You get the wipes , towels and air freshener as part of the deluxe pkg, now you have to pay extra. I have the unlimited delux pkg and will be ending service real soon. Gave them another chance after being screwed over when they were a "hand wash" establishment, never again. With so many car washes to go to you would think they would do the same or provide a better service than the rest. If you buy the best car wash They will give you a folded up paper towel and that's it. No cardio horizon is horizon no real tis it tall or anything besides a paper towe. Car wash was just OK. Car didn't get completely clean. I'm good read more
