WOW! My girls and I are in town for a special occasion and decided all 6 of us wanted to get our nails done. 4 manis and 3 pedis. We called in on the day of and was able to get a spot within 1.5hr. They worked quickly and everyone was professional and talented. Prices were very reasonable. I specifically wanted something more intricate, and EMILY really brought the vision to life!! She paid lots of attention to detail from the inspo that i didn't even catch myself. I knew I was in good hands when she brought out the magnets and the airbrush spray (Details i didn't even notice from my inspo) to create the pink background that i originally thought was just one color. Probably my favorite set as of date. I'm so surprised at how well it turned out because it's such an intricate design and i didn't have a requested nail tech. I'm sure the other techs are skilled in their own, but WOW EMILY YOU ARE AMAZING! Definitely request for her!

I got a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing. This is my second time at this nail salon and they're absolutely amazing. The accuracy of being on time with every nail appointment, if you show up early they'll do their best to assist you right away. The atmosphere was relaxing and very friendly. Definitely recommend Troy. He is spot on with what you want. I showed him a picture and I wanted a different color from it. And he did it. It came out way better than I expected. Highly satisfied.

A day after I got gel nail polish I started noticing bubbles in the polish, so I went back in to get them fixed. And then after I got them fixed, 2 days later, one of my nails cracked. I went to another salon to change the polish, and I'm glad I did. I wasn't happy with the way TM Nails reused the filers and clippers between clients. The salon didn't seem very clean or use infection control measures. read more

I'm generally confused how this place has such good reviews. I get acrylics with gel and a gel pedicure done all the time. I've been to countless salons and I have never had such an odd experience. Customer service is horrible and they nickel and dime you for everything. I don't mind paying for good service when it's actually good, but this is not worth it. The prices they advertise on the website are not their true prices either. The quality of their nail polishes is also lacking. There are so many nail salons in the area please don't waste your time at this one. ***UPDATED: You don't have record of me because I was told you only take cash. There's no way you could keep record of anyone coming in when you tell them cash only. read more

Well I thought I found my perfect place last time I went here but turns out they're not very consistent. The lady I had did a rush job on what I thought was going to be a relaxing mani&Pedi day. They didn't even scrub the dead skin or take off my cuticles. If you go here make sure you ask if they have the time to take you because when I went in they were rushing to get to the next appointment. I'll still give 4 stars because of how impressed I was the first time I went. I wish I asked for Troy. read more

I got my nails on here. I had to wait for a little bit after my appointment time but it wasn't a long wait. They were attentive and understood what I wanted to get done. The service is quick and the quality of it is great! I loved having Nini do my nails. She was gentle in removing my old set to replace with new ones. The length is just right. I have been coming here for almost two years now and will continue to come back. I get my nails done by Hannah but I can see that people continue to come in for the other nails techs as well because they know them by name. This is my second review of this place, honestly I can't give it enough hype! I love going here, I used to live in SM and now I live is SD and I still drive down and schedule appointments here because of how much I love this place and how much I trust Troy with my nails. I got a gel manicure and pedicure last Wednesday (August 18th) for $67 and my manicure is already chipping and the polish is lifting from my nails. Super disappointed that they didn't even last a whole week. My pedicure seems fine which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2. Based on other reviews, this shop seems to be more geared toward people getting acrylics done. The technicians are super nice and friendly though, so if you're not getting a gel manicure, I'd consider trying this shop. Personally, I will be looking for another place since my nails only lasted 5 days. read more

My mom and I had a fantastic experience here today! We both got their Deluxe Spa Pedicure, which is reasonably priced at $35 and is super relaxing. It includes a scrub, mask, nice massage with hot stones, and all the other normal pedicure features. We made appointments and were seated within a few minutes of our arrival. And they were working on us not long after that. Our technicians were both fantastic! They were friendly and good at their jobs. Mom and I felt very welcomed and comfortable. And our feet feel great and our toes look cute! The place is very clean with simple decor in good condition. The massage chairs for the pedicures were in excellent condition and look pretty new. We will definitely be returning. I messaged for an appointment through Yelp, got a message back right away with a phone number to text, and we were able to set an appointment for the next day very easily. As someone who is in meetings all day and hates talking on the phone, this worked perfectly for me! Very, very nice people working here. I highly recommend TM Nails & Spa. read more

Awesome little shop! I took my daughter there and we were able to sit together while Nini did our nails! She is talented, patient, and efficient! The place was refreshing to go to because it was quiet and serene. They had a cooking channel on that had no talking and put me and my daughter into a c relaxed state! We love our nails!! read more

I always get compliments on my ballerina acrylics from here. Nancy is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to shaping them. Those lines are *straight* and *sharp*. I Can actually scratch my itches with them! I live in the Carlsbad, Oceanside, and Vista tri-city area, but I will still go out of my way to this salon because no one else does them better. read more

I've never felt more comfortable at a nail salon. I always get nervous when i ask if they can recreate an inspiration picture, but not here. can only give 3 star rating- he did a fantastic job on my nails. BUT i like pink and white, with the white cut for tips, but the PINK sucks!!! this in no way looks natural! looks like solid not translucent. i also asked for them short - i barely want to see the nail over the top- thank goodness i have a drill at home - filed them down- the search continues for. nail salon read more

Best nail and spa ever! Why? They truly strive to provide the best customer service possible down to remembering your name. I drive and 1hr to this spa for my appointments and it's worth every mile. Please note that due to the high demand and their limited certified, accredited, Covid-19 certified staff acquiring a last minute appointment is nearly impossible. Keep that in mind when calling in for a same/or next day appointment for full set acrylics and pedicures. Friendly vibes, great entertainment "food network" and sometimes relaxing music. I'm extremely picky when it comes to my nails and thought I would give a new place a try. I'm a first time customer and wasn't expecting to get exactly what I asked for but my nail tech (I think the owner, Troy? I should have asked), did an amazing job. I was able to bring my own charms that I wanted in my nails. He was pretty quick with my full set without missing any steps. They have tons of supplies for extravagant nails. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks and will be coming here from now on! read more

Went in for a pedicure choose a color that I liked and the lady said I couldn't do that color and decided to bring me a even lighter colors that I never wanted and told me to do that one instead of the color I wanted when I didn't even ask for that color to Begin with then started cutting my nails, didn't even ask me the shape I wanted cut my skin in between my nails, left my nails in pain and ugly and I still tipped her after she proceeded to talk about me to her other coworkers. Absolutely amazing work. I showed a few pictures of what I had in mind and they went above and beyond!!! The shape, length, and color was all PERFECT. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend this salon. Everyone was so nice and professional and I almost fell asleep during my pedicure, it felt so good. The staff take their time to make sure not to cut corners, giving you quality service the entire time. I showed up before my appointment and they sat me right away, then proceeded to give me my manicure and pedicure at the same time, which really saved me a lot of time in the long run. Beautiful work. My esthetician is Vanessa and she's great! She always talks me through what my skin needs both during the facial and after for my skin care. She always makes sure she's aware of what my skin goals are whenever I go. While they do sell products here as well, I've never felt like it was ever forced on me and she's have given me samples a few times to make sure I actually like it! This is both The Acne Spot and Taylor'd Skin Studio, with everything sharing one lobby. It's very relaxing in all areas including the lobby and the facial rooms. I ended up getting the membership that included one custom facial among other things like the red light therapy. The lobby is where the Glow Your Own Way red light therapy stations are and it's just as relaxing as inside the rooms. The lot for this plaza is fairly large so Ive also never had issues with parking! Highly recommend if you're looking to improve your skin!

She does an exceptional job, she's funny, and she takes her time to make sure everything is completely clean so you know it'll be perfect! Her thread was thin (iykyk), and she had me holding back skin and getting angles no one has ever hit before. She made me feel things I didn't know I could feel anymore. I asked for a simple dip manicure with a gel cat-eye top. My mistake was not asking for the price…read morebeforehand--lesson learned. I showed the nail tech an example and chose a brown cat-eye color, but I ended up with an ugly, dusty rose light pink instead. She only applied one coat of the cat-eye gel, so I'm not sure if that's why the brown never showed up. She also wasn't drying my nails properly, which is why my pinky nail is messed up in the photo. I even asked her if the color was brown, and she said yes. The whole appointment felt rushed, and the quality really wasn't great. The best part..... I was charged $85 for this. Update from response from owner: when I had brought up the nails not being fully dried nail tech said they were and when nail color was brought up I was told it was a brown.

I got my nails done on a Sunday by Wednesday they were all chipped, each finger nail. Sadly when I came in I thought they would fix it at NO charge and when I came in the lady pretty much blamed it on ME and started making things up of my nails. That I had no nail, that my nails were broken, that it was my fault why their polish chipped in 3 days . I've came here since they opened up and even referred my own friends to come ... I'm so sad by how I was treated today as I've always been a loyal customer. I was charged more money to get them fixed. I ended up paying $45 for basic gel nail on my own nails. I got a different color because the lady nor I couldn't remember what number color I requested last time so she told me to choose any color and I said okay, so I picked a basic white pearl. There was no clear communication, at that point I had no energy to even try to argue why I was hit with a charge at the end. I feel like I got ripped off. Never coming here again. read more

Any one looking for exquisite, professional, beautiful nails, manicures, and pedicures should go to TM Nails. I don't know what the salon was like before, but now that Hanna and Troy are there, it is the very BEST. Both are talented at their work, take time to listen to what you want, and give you exactly that. I love giving my business to people who are not only professionally talented, but also trustworthy and genuinely kind. I saw one reviewer comment on a scheduling problem, but this has not been my experience (maybe someone posted on something that happened a couple months ago before they got there?). Their customer service cannot be beat; they are extremely flexible in helping accommodate their customers' schedules. I love both the quality of their work and their personalities. Hanna is so sweet and engaging, as well as being so good at her job. (She's my favorite.) I can't say enough about how great they both are. Their prices are reasonable, too! read more

Everyone is so kind and give amazing service, I come at least twice a month and they are always super fast and are able to do almost every design idea I bring them!!
