I have never been a customer, but this…read moremorning I witnessed this tow truck companies driver likely damage one of their client's vehicle and create a serious hazard on the interstate while towing a gray Chevrolet Tahoe. The tow truck was stopped on the right shoulder, so I moved my motorcycle into the left lane to give it space. The driver then accelerated from the shoulder, crossed through right lane, and continued directly into the left lane without waiting for a safe opening for either lane. In the process, he cut off both a silver Chevrolet Traverse traveling in the right lane and me on the motorcycle in the left lane. The driver then had to pull onto the left shoulder because the Tahoe's rear wheels were locked and dragging. The tire area was visibly smoking, and the dragging tire could be heard squealing against the pavement. The Tahoe was being towed with its front wheels raised and its rear wheels on the roadway, without visible dollies under the rear wheels. Every tow truck driver should know better than to shoot across 2 lanes of interstate traffic without waiting for an opening while dragging a clients vehicle with locked tires at interstate speed. Obviously that could cause substantial damage to clients vehicle. Based on what I personally witnessed, I would be extremely hesitant to trust this company with my vehicle, and it's terrifying that we have to share the road with this tow truck driver. No discount service could make hiring this company worth that risk, please hire a more competent and safer tow truck company.

I was informed that my transmission drain plug was not there and transmission fluid had leaked out and was all underneath the undercarriage.
