It's conveniently located to the LA Convention Center, Crytpo.com arena, and LA Live which makes it a must visit before or after an event! I am obsessed with their happy hour, which offers healthy items at discounted prices with generous portions! I have been here so many times throughout the years but most recently found myself here during a busy World Cup match! Regardless, the service and quality of food was not sacrificed! I was greeted as soon as I got there and the bartenders were overwhelmed but still friendly and helpful. I was so tempted to get a margarita, since theirs are amazing, but decided to keep it dry and just get their vegan nachos. I was able to score a table outside on their lovely patio, which felt secluded enough from the main street. My food was brought out quicker than I thought and I was delighted, as I was famished! The vegan nachos here are fantastic and the happy price is only $10, which is a steal for what you get! They are costed in the most magical concoction of a bean puree, cashew cheese sauce, and guacamole which all have the most creamy, luscious and savory flavors. It's so hearty and well seasoned and not only filling, but you feel great after. Parking is pretty easy, as there are usually ample meters available nearby. I cannot wait to return again soon the next time I'm in Downtown LA! I am hoping to try more of their vegan options and next time I will for sure get a drink to go along with their delicious food!

I ordered the Espresso Martini, and it tasted pretty watered down and lacked the bold coffee flavor I was hoping for. On the bright side, the food was definitely the highlight. The mussels were flavorful, the calamari was crispy and cooked well, and the fries were delicious. Those dishes really saved the experience . Overall, I'd come back for the food, but I'd probably steer clear from cocktails and order a real drink. Prank is a convenient place for dtla residents in surrounding apartments to come get some quick bites and drinks and catch a live game

Impact Sports Bar & Grill absolutely hit the spot and packed a punch with a whole lot of flavor! Mouthwatering Veggie Tacos: Vibrant, delicious, flavorful, as well as plentiful! Seasoned to perfection & juicy, which I absolutely loved! There were three tacos filled with veggies practically spilling out of the shell with every single bite! Yum! I truly wanted to finish all three, because the flavor was so on point, but I only made it through two veggie tacos! Haha! My friend also enjoyed his sliders! Drink Up: I enjoyed my refreshing pineapple juice, and my friend enjoyed his margarita as well! Customer Service/Vibe: Friendly and attentive, loved our server as we sat at the bar! She was great! The place was busy and full of great energy! Also, grateful to our server who told me where to get veggie dogs when I asked... I was simply curious as to additional veggie options! Thanks again! Friendly and excitable crowd as well! Overall: I would absolutely return in a heartbeat for the veggie tacos and energy of the restaurant! Score!

The sports bar is pretty big and much nicer than I thought. There are bar seatings, high top tables, booths, and tables. We opted in and sat at the bar. The service was good and bartenders were friendly. I believe our bartender is fairly new, she had a bit of trouble on working the ordering/bill terminal. She wasn't familiar with the menu when we asked her questions about it. There is a decent selection of beer on taps, wine, liquor, margaritas on tap. The food menu is not extensive but a decent appetizer selection. We ordered the Versus wings (I think there were 14 chicken wings) which are served in split 2 different flavor sauces. The spicy bulgogi sauce & an Aji-like sauce with parmesan cheese. The wings were juicy, tender, and big. Not those janky tiny little wings. It's worth the money you pay for at a sporting event. I'm so glad they have these unique flavors coz I don't care for buffalo wings. We also ordered the pork belly confit tacos, they were really good. I am pretty impressed with the fusion food menu. I didn't expect the food to be that good , arena food is usually mehhhh. I assumed they might've hired a new chef with a new menu. Come check out this bar and grab some food if you don't want arena food. For the money you pay for in the arena, might as well get appetizers here. Come give them a try!

I ordered a Hendricks gin & tonic ($10.79) and a Cilantro Lime Chicken ($25.99). The latter was only 590 calories ... Haha, I needed to get back on my diet! Finally, a normal sized single drink for a very reasonable price. The chicken dish was delicious! Two moist chicken breasts laid over fried cauliflower rice and quinoa, with roasted corn / radish / tomato relish and a mound of cilantro on top. I really liked it ... It was the best dish I've eaten at Yard House. Rating: 4.

I have visited Yard House many times in Austin and have always enjoyed it, but this Los Angeles location was a completely different experience. When we arrived, we were told that happy hour had been canceled because of an event at a nearby arena. Nothing on the location's webpage indicated that happy hour would be unavailable that day. Had we known beforehand, we probably would have chosen another restaurant instead of walking there specifically for the advertised prices. The food was the best part of the experience. All three of us ordered the nachos, and they were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the service was extremely inattentive. After receiving our initial drinks, we waited a long time for our waiter to return and take our food order. During the meal, all three of us ran out of water and our other drinks while several employees stood near the beverage station talking. Our waiter was nowhere to be found, and no one else stopped to check on us. Eventually, I walked over to the beverage station and asked whether I could get a pitcher of water. I was told they could not leave a pitcher at the table but would refill our glasses. An employee brought one over and filled our waters, but I should not have needed to leave the table and ask for something that basic. When our waiter finally returned, I specifically explained that we drink a lot of water and asked him to please keep an eye on our glasses. My biggest restaurant pet peeve is sitting with an empty drink--especially when employees are standing nearby. I appreciate restaurants where the staff works as a team and anyone who notices an empty glass helps the guest, regardless of whose table it is. That sense of teamwork was missing here. My final bill was approximately $25.50 for nachos, one Dr Pepper, and water. The nachos cost about $18 instead of the advertised happy-hour price, and the nearly $5 Dr Pepper was never refilled. The nachos were excellent, but the unavailable happy hour, lack of notice on the website, and extremely inattentive service overshadowed the food. We walked 15 minutes each way to visit this location, and unfortunately, I would not return or recommend it based on this experience.

When I arrived, there were only about 15-20 people ahead of me in line. As the afternoon progressed, the line stretched down the street, yet no staff member came outside to communicate capacity limits, seating availability, or where the line should reasonably end. Even more concerning, patrons were not admitted until after the match had already started. The situation quickly became chaotic. People who had waited for hours were understandably frustrated, and many were openly voicing their concerns. Groups were admitted one at a time, creating further delays. When it was finally my turn to enter, I was informed that all tables had been taken and that only standing room remained. I was allowed to look inside before deciding whether to stay. What I observed was particularly disappointing: many individuals who had not been ahead of me in line were already seated at tables. I have no idea how they got in but I suspect they were allowed in through some other entrance. After waiting more than two hours based on the information provided by the establishment, this felt unfair and misleading. Most disappointing was having invited friends to join me for the match, only to have the experience ruined by what appeared to be poor planning and inadequate crowd management. The demand for a major World Cup match should not have come as a surprise. If the venue anticipated significant attendance, additional seating, staffing, and clear communication should have been put in place. This was one of the most poorly managed event experiences I have encountered. At a minimum, I believe the ownership should publicly acknowledge what occurred and apologize to the many customers who invested hours of their time only to be left without the accommodations they were promised. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

My friend and I split the love bug and it was disappointing. It tasted fruity, but watered down and it felt like there was barely an alcohol in it. I also tasted my other friends' drinks which were also not good. The raspberry beret and the peach paloma were both bitter and not pleasant tasting.   For food, the only decent thing was the buldak. It was cheesy and I liked how they infused the corn cheese into it. The chicken was good and juicy. The tteokkbokki was weird. Firstly, they didn't include the parmesan crisps as they mentioned in the menu. Secondly, the sauce was different compared to other tteokkbokki sauces I'm used to. It was dark red in color, soupy, and oily which I did not like. Thirdly, the rice and fish cakes themselves were very unique in shape. The cakes and sausages weren't that bad and the textures were good, but the sauce was just not it.  Lastly, the ramen was such a scam. For $15, it was just regular shin ramyeon with some mussels, jalapenos and peppers added. For all the food dishes, the portions were all small relative to the price and were not great for sharing in big groups.   The interior was spacious and vibes were decent. The music from the DJ booth was good. The photobooth wasn't working when we visited which was a minus because my friends and I like the photobooths. There's a free and private parking lot next to the pocha which can get filled.   Overall, not the greatest experience at this pocha mostly because of the food and drinks and I would probably not visit again.
