Scheduling with independent lash technicians became difficult for me because of scheduling conflict. They're open everyday. When we started, she got frustrated and told me that my eye kept twitching. I told her it was because I felt a burning sensation and also felt like the tape was poking my eye. She offered the sensitive glue which i agreed to but I feel like she got really upset based on her tone. She asked me if I had drunk coffee, which I had. In the past, it never became an issue so serious. She kept claiming, in a slightly rude tone, that I felt burning because my eye kept twitching, but she never tried to fully tape my eye shut. The entire time, I felt burning and discomfort in my left eye, and every time she moved my lashes around, it hurt. I have never had that happen before, so I was really scared that it might lead to an infection or something. This morning, I woke up with the bottom of my eye red and my eyes still feeling a bit irritated. Right now, I regret getting them done there, and I'm hoping it's not something serious like an infection.

Today I came in for a polkadot French tip/refill and as she was doing my nails, her next appointment came in. She told the front desk to tell the lady that it will take her another 20 minutes because she still has to do the polkadot designs. This is at 12:10 PM. Mind you I came in at 11 to get started on my nails. Lisa then starts rushing on my nails messes up a FEW polkadots and uses the nail file and messed up another nail. She expected me to pay $100 of rushed work and walk away. She then started to call me names and say I'm very picky and that she doesn't want to do my nails anymore and that no one at the establishment wants to do my nails. I have been going there for over seven years. I've only had about two or three nail techs and they have all left the establishment. She is very rude and will do sloppy work when she is feeling rushed and will tell you that you are too picky. I save lives for a living and all you have to do is do my nails correctly and I'm picky? It's such an insult. Especially after giving these people hundreds /thousands of dollars over the years. I highly suggest you guys start reconsidering coming to this establishment because it has greatly changed over the years. The only person that I trust on the nail side is Natalie. She does amazing pedicures and she will always make sure that it is done to your liking. I'm actually grateful she banned me from her booking list because I don't have to deal with her nasty attitude anymore.

Either way, it turned out to be a relaxing spa experience I'd book again. The ambience is serene just walking in. Bella had me sipping on a cup of chamomile tea as she waved her wand through my hair, telling me about my scalp's condition. My scalp treatment followed and she talked me through each step as she went along, which I really appreciated. She has such a soothing voice and is generally a lovely person. Booking took a little effort since I came through Groupon, but once I texted Yvonne (phone number on the website) and she called me back right away, we were able to book a date. my sister bought me this head spa groupon as a birthday gift and i really enjoyed my experience…read morehere. i enjoyed it so much that i decided to buy the same groupon for my mom for mother's day. unfortunately, she had a completely different experience. she initially called to make an appointment and the merchant said that they are not accepting groupons at this time. so i contacted groupon to cancel and receive a refund and they said that they cannot process a refund, but they will contact the merchant for clarification. later, groupon reached out again and said that the merchant confirmed that they are in fact actively accepting groupons. confused, my mom contacted the spa again to make an appointment and she successfully made one. upon arrival to her appointment, nobody was there. my mom said that she called them, and they said that they "forgot" about the appointment and that they can reschedule for later that day. my mom was upset about the situation and so she decided to wait for another day to reschedule. when she was finally ready to reschedule, she tried calling and texting multiple different times to schedule and nobody was answering. at this point, my mom was upset and she just doesn't really feel comfortable doing business there anymore and so she said that i should just request a refund. when i tried contacting groupon again explaining the entire situation, they were incredibly dismissive, were not taking any accountability, and kept repeating that the merchant is actively accepting groupon, even though this is clearly not the case. they were unable to give me a refund, and only offered my money in "groupon bucks", which i don't even feel comfortable using because this is clearly not a reliable platform. i just wanted to warn anybody out there to please use caution when using groupon, and definitely contact the business before buying the groupon because you just never know. additionally, groupon will not help you at all and will force you to use their unreliable platform because they refuse to give refunds even if a situation is completely out of the customer's hands.

They're incredibly responsive when it comes to booking via text, and one thing I truly appreciate is that they have so many talented lash technicians, there's almost always someone available who can accommodate the timeframe you're hoping for. Consistently great service, skilled artists, and a team that clearly cares about their clients. Highly recommend.
