    I hired IRBIS to replace a cracked undermount bathroom sink in a rental property after a tenant move-out. My experience with IRBIS was excellent and yes, I would hire them again. IRBIS responded quickly to my Yelp inquiry. Scheduling an estimate with them was quick and easy. I was pleased to learn that they were using the ServiceTitan app which notified me when the technician was on his way and allowed me to track his location and estimated time of arrival in real time. However, I do wonder a bit about the extent to which ServiceTitan is driving their (and other contractors') service pricing. Bek (IRBIS plumbing tech) came out to provide the estimate. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. After asking a few questions while he inspected the site conditions, it became clear that he had prior experience with undermount sink installations, which is what I was looking for. During the estimate he recommended that I replace my existing lift rod lever popup, which requires disassembling the popup assembly beneath the sink to clear clogged hair and sludge (which I had done the prior week), to a push (click-clack) pop up. The push pop-up would be easier to maintain since you can simply remove the top cap to clear hair clogs. The estimate took less than a half hour. Bek processed the estimate for the project which I received while he was still at the job site. I had other plumbing subcontractors bid on the project but decided to go with IRBIS for this project due to Bek's experience with undermount sink installations and IRBIS's 1-year warranty on the work. I agreed to the digital estimate (via digital authorization) and Bek returned two days later with his colleague Azat to remove the cracked sink and install the new sink and pop-up. Bek & Azat were professional, courteous, and worked efficiently together. They put booties on before entering the property (Thank You!!), then removed the old sink, installed my owner-supplied replacement sink, replaced my existing lever pop-up with a new push pop-up that matched the finish of my existing faucet, and finally tested for leaks. They left the work area clean and hauled away the old sink. They completed the installation in an hour. The finished installation looks excellent, is easier to maintain, and is leak free so far. The quality of the Bek & Azat's workmanship, communication, and professionalism were outstanding. The one thing prospective customers should be aware of is the pricing. I agreed to pay $983 for a straightforward under mount sink replacement using a sink that I purchased and supplied for the job. There were no unique factors identified during the estimate visit that suggested the job would be anything other than a straightforward removal and replacement for a technician with prior experience removing and installing undermount sinks. My particular situation involved a new tenant who had just moved into the rental unit two days prior, so getting the work completed quickly and efficiently was worth paying a premium. Whether that premium represents good value for others will depend on each customer's unique priorities. Therefore, I would encourage prospective customers to discuss pricing upfront to ensure it aligns with your expectations and budget. My overall experience with IRBIS for this job was excellent given my priorities. Bek and Azat represented IRBIS exceptionally well. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service made the entire process smooth from start to finish, and I would confidently trust them with future plumbing projects if the price is right for the job.

    Had a great experience with IRBIS. I contacted them in the morning, and Ethan and Almaz were able to come out the same day and quickly resolve the issue. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem, explained what was going on, and offered a clear solution. Before staring the repair/ replacement, they showed me the cost if I move forward. And I agreed with the price and they fixed the issue. I'm satisfied with their service.

    All this is the trash that was removed after IRBIS cleaned out the crawl space the first time.

    Horrible experience where IRBIS caused damage to our home, left damaged equipment and refuses to provide a refund as laid out in their contract. After seven months and 18 days of on-site work they have failed to remedy their poor quality workmanship and have left us with a system with damage to the coils, no airflow in one room and imbalanced airflow in many other rooms. They left us with ducts that were laying on the soil, abandoned dampers, holes in the main return plenum where are sucking dirt into the system. We failed both HERS testing for duct leakage with 18% leakage, and failed the city inspection. We are now battling with IRBIS who refuses to provide a refund that is clearly spelled out in their contract. We have opened a CSLB complaint and will be pursuing legal action against IRBIS. Their offer so far was to void the warranty and provide partial refund, leaving us with a partially functional, non-permitted, and damaged system. Note: After giving IRBIS three tries to repair the system and 18 working days on-site we declined to have them back out and want to move forward with a different contractor. On their final try they refused to inspect and had their crew pack up and abuptly leave. They represented that all punch list items were completed but an inspection revealed that they had left unfinished items that had been called out. Carrier was horrified when they heard about our install but did little to help and keep referring us back to IRBIS to remedy the situation.     My Fiance chose Irbis HVAC to replace his ducting in his home in Saratoga on May 18-23, 2026 because the company was offering a 20% off advertisement for replacement work when he signed up for the monthly service plan at $24.95. When he and I inquired about the advertisement with Irbis HVAC employee Natasha upon receiving the final bill, ....we were quite shocked for Natasha to tell us that this was not applicable to our order!. When asked specifically why it was not applicable based on replacement work stated in IRBIS advertisement, she Couldn't give us an answer other than. Your work order has already begun. Glen asked her again and told he wanted to speak with the manager. He emphasized and repeated to her that he had tenants jn this home when the work order began with Irbis. He also told Natasha that the technician never offered him the monthly service plan advertisement which included 20%. Natasha said she would speak with the manager and get back to us. We were again very disappointed when Natasha called us back to learn that the manager was not going to honor the 20% off for signing up for the monthly service plan. We both several own rental properties and were looking for an Hvac Company that we can have a long term relationship with based on mutual trust. This was disappointing and I want to let all consumers know about this experience so they can advocate for bate and switch, false advertisement tactics by Irbis. Jenny and Glen Tim, Thank you so much for your quick response to unfortunate experience we had with your misleading "bate and switch" ad. Business ethics are at the utmost importance behind this complaint. Therefore, I am bringing it to the consumers attention for two reasons. When you practice "bate and switch" you drive consumers away from your competitors, misleading the consumer that they WILL receive a 20% off discount for SERVICES. The result is, you inadvertently hurt the entire HVAC industry by driving business away from smaller HVAC companies that may already have a 20% to 30% lower price point originally. Lastly, it leaves the consumer feeling "deceived". Per your request, We have attached the text message ads from your Company IRBIS HVAC stating, "SAVE 20% OFF YOUR SERVICE BY JOINING OUR PLAN" that were sent via text to our cell phone over nine times between May 12th, 2026 until May 21st, 2026. When we tried to join your "Plan" and follow the text ad.....Natasha, at IRBIS, stated that the discount won't apply to us for the $22,000 job we hired you for. I'm sure you can understand our surprise and disappointment. Thank you again for your time and concerns regarding this serious issue. All the Best, Disappointed

A full service plumbing company which does the drawings and files the permit for you is 3x more; they have to charge the same hourly rate for the paperwork which includes driving time, drawing time, permit approval time, time for multiple inspections. The building department requires a rough and final inspection. Tip: Turn off the gas meter with a 15in crescent wrench for 20$ from harbor freight. Add a pressure test valve and pump, call inspector for pressure test. Order new gas range from costco 1-3k. Going to hire him for all plumbing jobs from now on. Intempus stole 70k in rents, security deposits and deposits. Was stuck.

I went to trusty Yelp to get some quotes for the job, and Trieu was the only one who responded quickly and decisively with an actual number. Everyone else wanted a "consultation" or tried sending me to their website to fill out forms and schedule this and that. No time for that! Trieu actually showed up earlier than committed and changed out the valve efficiently and effectively. Here is the best part: I originally thought my main shutoff valve was malfunctioning too, so I had included that in the original quote request. When Trieu arrived, he actually tested the shutoff valve, demonstrated to me that it was working perfectly fine, and convinced me that it wasn't worth replacing. He took it right off the quote! What a refreshing, honest approach to business. I honestly cannot remember the last time a vendor "downsold" me on a job instead of trying to upscale me. Beyond his great business ethics and efficiency, I also observed that he took great care in his work, treating it like a true craftsman. Overall, I'm very happy with the job and with Handy Rooter. Definitely recommend!
