My tenant told me AC doesn't work, I went to check the thermostat, it looks fine, then AC seem to working again. The next day, I got another call the AC failed to work again, I replaced air filter. But the next day, tenant again said the AC doesn't work. Finally, I realized it's out of my ability. I called IRBIS to check up. IRBIS sent technician Christian Lopez to my rental house, he carefully asked the symptom from me, since I don't live there, he again asked directly from tenant to get first hand information. Then he checked up thermostat, and outdoor compressor, measured the air temp from ventilation. Finally, he told me that he believed the AC is working, even though it already has 21 years of age. Because my tenant doesn't run AC during the day, so the room temp goes too high, by the time they came back around 9pm, outside temp is low, but inside is hot, in that situation, the old AC is not able to bring the temp down. So he suggested tenant to run the AC little early during the afternoon, see what happen. The AC works so far. Christian and IRBIS are very honest and professional. I hired IRBIS to replace a cracked undermount bathroom sink in a rental property after a tenant move-out. My experience with IRBIS was excellent and yes, I would hire them again. IRBIS responded quickly to my Yelp inquiry. Scheduling an estimate with them was quick and easy. I was pleased to learn that they were using the ServiceTitan app which notified me when the technician was on his way and allowed me to track his location and estimated time of arrival in real time. However, I do wonder a bit about the extent to which ServiceTitan is driving their (and other contractors') service pricing. Bek (IRBIS plumbing tech) came out to provide the estimate. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. After asking a few questions while he inspected the site conditions, it became clear that he had prior experience with undermount sink installations, which is what I was looking for. During the estimate he recommended that I replace my existing lift rod lever popup, which requires disassembling the popup assembly beneath the sink to clear clogged hair and sludge (which I had done the prior week), to a push (click-clack) pop up. The push pop-up would be easier to maintain since you can simply remove the top cap to clear hair clogs. The estimate took less than a half hour. Bek processed the estimate for the project which I received while he was still at the job site. I had other plumbing subcontractors bid on the project but decided to go with IRBIS for this project due to Bek's experience with undermount sink installations and IRBIS's 1-year warranty on the work. I agreed to the digital estimate (via digital authorization) and Bek returned two days later with his colleague Azat to remove the cracked sink and install the new sink and pop-up. Bek & Azat were professional, courteous, and worked efficiently together. They put booties on before entering the property (Thank You!!), then removed the old sink, installed my owner-supplied replacement sink, replaced my existing lever pop-up with a new push pop-up that matched the finish of my existing faucet, and finally tested for leaks. They left the work area clean and hauled away the old sink. They completed the installation in an hour. The finished installation looks excellent, is easier to maintain, and is leak free so far. The quality of the Bek & Azat's workmanship, communication, and professionalism were outstanding. The one thing prospective customers should be aware of is the pricing. I agreed to pay $983 for a straightforward under mount sink replacement using a sink that I purchased and supplied for the job. There were no unique factors identified during the estimate visit that suggested the job would be anything other than a straightforward removal and replacement for a technician with prior experience removing and installing undermount sinks. My particular situation involved a new tenant who had just moved into the rental unit two days prior, so getting the work completed quickly and efficiently was worth paying a premium. Whether that premium represents good value for others will depend on each customer's unique priorities. Therefore, I would encourage prospective customers to discuss pricing upfront to ensure it aligns with your expectations and budget. I had a thermostat that wasn't working after I pulled it out to try to install our nest. I knew the system was good and the thermostat was good. The problem had to be the wiring. I had one contractor come through and give me a quote of $500. That's ridiculous man. No way, so amongst the other contractors that responded to the quote request, Irbis was one of them and I reached out to them and they got a person to us the next day. He came out for the free diagnosis on our gas water heater, took his time inspecting everything, and quickly narrowed the problem down to the burner after noticing the flame color was off. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell anything. The manufacturer originally told us they would not honor the warranty because we were not the original owners. We figured that was the end of it. Someone at Irbis stepped up and called the manufacturer directly to advocate for us. They got the manufacturer to reverse their decision and cover the burner under warranty, even though the manufacturer had already refused when we called ourselves. Beck then came back out on short notice to do the replacement and had everything running perfectly. He was professional, honest, and genuinely committed to helping the customer. Horrible experience where IRBIS caused damage to our home, left damaged equipment and refuses to provide a refund as laid out in their contract. After seven months and 18 days of on-site work they have failed to remedy their poor quality workmanship and have left us with a system with damage to the coils, no airflow in one room and imbalanced airflow in many other rooms. They left us with ducts that were laying on the soil, abandoned dampers, holes in the main return plenum where are sucking dirt into the system. We failed both HERS testing for duct leakage with 18% leakage, and failed the city inspection. We are now battling with IRBIS who refuses to provide a refund that is clearly spelled out in their contract. We have opened a CSLB complaint and will be pursuing legal action against IRBIS. Their offer so far was to void the warranty and provide partial refund, leaving us with a partially functional, non-permitted, and damaged system. Note: After giving IRBIS three tries to repair the system and 18 working days on-site we declined to have them back out and want to move forward with a different contractor. On their final try they refused to inspect and had their crew pack up and abuptly leave. They represented that all punch list items were completed but an inspection revealed that they had left unfinished items that had been called out. Carrier was horrified when they heard about our install but did little to help and keep referring us back to IRBIS to remedy the situation. The Installation The installation day turned out to be quite tricky. It actually took three different tanks to get the job done; the first two arrived with small dents on the body. It was a bit strange, as the packaging seemed intact, suggesting a manufacturing or handling issue. While this delayed the process significantly--stretching the job into the late evening--I was incredibly impressed by how the team handled it. There was absolutely zero hesitation to replace the damaged units, and no one tried to convince me to just accept a dented tank. Despite the long day, the installers remained patient, professional, and pleasant. They did a neat, tidy job and thoroughly walked me through the operation of the new system. The only minor critique I have is that I wish the team had tested the incoming water pressure prior to starting the installation. Last Friday evening around 6pm, we're in the kitchen and family room area (it's one big room) when suddenly the ceiling lights in this area stopped working. Also, the lights powered by the wall outlet in the adjoining living room stopped working. I went around the house checking and found there was power to other rooms in house. Only the kitchen/family room and living room were without power. I checked the electrical breaker box and found none of the circuit breakers had tripped. Wow, this was not an easy problem to solve. Over the weekend my wife and I are thinking who can call. We settled on IRBIS because this company replaced our central heating system and A/C system (HVAC). They wired everything to work together without any problems; now going on over five years. On Monday, I called IRBIS customer support because we have an annual maintenance subscription with the company. They scheduled an electrician visit the very next day. On Tuesday afternoon, two electricians, Jaime and Guadalupe, showed up at our home. After I described the problem (as detailed above) to them, they went to work. They don't waste time. Their work is neat and thorough. They are very methodical. It took them a lot of time to check through everything. I knew this was not an easy problem to solve. All along the way, they were willing to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. They opened the electrical panel and checked all the circuits and found no problem. I told them, that the lamps plugged into the wall outlet in the living room was not as bright as usual. When they opened (unscrewed) wall outlet, they found burnt wires attached to the receptacle. This was the problem! I think they said there was a floating ground that caused this problem. They repaired the wall outlet and resolved the problem causing the burnt wires. Once the repair was completed, power was restored to the ceiling lights in the kitchen/ family room, as well as to the wall outlet in the living room. I was so relieved. This team of electrician found and resolved the problem in under 1.5 hours. The team, Jaime and Guadalupe, did a great job! We would ask them back again if we had another electrical problem. Called IRBIS to address a slow drainage issue in our house. They were very prompt and sent a technician the same day. They also provided a tracking link so I could see the technician's estimated arrival time, which was very helpful. When Beck arrived, he was courteous, professional, and took the time to inspect not only the main issue but also a couple of other plumbing concerns I had. He provided a detailed estimate for the work and patiently answered all my questions. On the service day, Beck replaced the kitchen sink P-trap, fixed a leaking condensate pipe, replaced the toilet valve, and performed a camera inspection to diagnose the slow drainage issue. He showed me the video, told me there is no blockage in the main drain line and no further work is needed. He didn't try to push or sell any services that were not needed. About two weeks later, the kitchen sink started backing up. I initially thought it was related to the new P-trap, so I called IRBIS at around 5:30 PM since the work was under warranty. Had a partial and a clean out installed. Plumbers dug a hole on my front patio and left a mess and left saying that it needed inspection and then would have their concrete guy fill and patch. They also said that they insulated the hot water line under the house and said that they did but couldn't show me pictures. After a day on the phone with them they kept saying that the project manager would give me a call and never did but the inspector that sold us the job answered my email and sent pictures of the uninsulated hot water line and by then the office got back to me and scheduled a technician for the next day and they sent the same guys who made the mess in both the front and back of the house. They spent all day filling up and cementing the hole and (I guess that no inspection was necessary and they just wanted to go),insulated the water line and showed me photos,cleaned up their mess and left.I would give them one star but everything was resolved to my satisfaction but it was an awful amount of stress they put us through. read more

very bad service. I purchased 2 systems in February of this year. permit inspection failed twice, I emailed a couple times last 2 weeks, no one even responded to my email when my systems were installed in February, the system fan was left on and running until the inspection team discovered after 2 weeks. I called the customer support team with the inspector, and was told someone will call me back immediately. inspector left and no one ever called back. I emailed the sale person and CEO, then they sent someone to fix the problem after 1 week. as of now, my permit application still up on the air after 4 months. wishing everyone luck to use this company read more
