The lights and outlet Khalif installed work perfectly but are installed crooked. Throughout the job he was professional and friendly until I politely asked him to correct his mistake. To install wall lights and switches he needed to make some holes in the wall. None of the holes he made aligned with the existing outlets. Instead of accepting his error and attempting a fix, he blamed it on the existing outlets. He then said he is using newer jumbo cover plates and the existing outlets have older plates which is why they do not align. Really? The jumbo plates are just used to cover up mistakes, they're not a new thing, and it just doesn't matter because the new hole in the wall is just made by eyeballing(rather poorly) without any measurements. This is just next level gaslighting which is why I don't recommend him. In between the job I asked him to move an outlet and he said he will charge $35 for it. Two mins later he just said he will charge 85 for it. I said fine hoping he will do a clean job but he didn't do that. One of the two lights he installed is also slanted on one side. He also priced the job to paint the damage but he left it as shown in attached pics. read more
