My dad needed a few small repairs to his motorhome and they were able to get him in right away and charged a very respectable price.

I asked the tech who wrote down the info on it needing my awning strut replaced and a compartment latch replaced. I was assured that they could get both fixed by Tuesday at noon. ( i already diagnosed the strut and gave part numbers) Tuesday I dont get called so I figured im good to pick up at noon. I get called right at 1230 as I am about to pull into the lot stating that they haven't started working on it yet. They told me I would need to pick it up the following day. I told them that I already had a vacation spot for that night and that I am going to be out of pocket by 20.00. So I thought to myself and said just go ahead and get it fixed. Wensday comes up no call, so I reach out to them. They tell me they cant find the strut and that they are waiting for an email from the manufacturer. I asked them what size were they looking for, they said it was a 30inch which is funny bc it is riveted in place and only way to find true size you have to remove the strut. I asked them is they removed it, response was no not yet... so I told them I looked up the part number and found it in less than 30mins. I also asked them to drill out the rivets and I will just fix it myself ... I drove up there to pickup my camper noticing that the compartment latch wasn't fixed either... I went inside and they said they had no idea they were supposed to do that... So now im thinking I dont or won't have a bill... Mistakenly they tell me I owe 50.00 for a half hour worth of labor which my friend and I opened up the awning prior to this and I told them it took us less than 5 mins to do so and to drill out two rivets maybe extra 5mins ... They overcharged me, didn't complete and of the jobs I gave them and told me to have a great day .... I could have had all this done prior to today if I would have known I wasn't dealing with unprofessionals. I dont not recommend this company to anyone, not only buying, selling, or letting them work on your camper ... This place will scam you out of your hard earned money and tell you to have a great day...

Starkey the GM called me on the phone and threatened me. Sorry Starkey, defamation is only if I make an untrue statement. I brought this RV back to the selling dealer for warranty because the frame was bent and one of the jacks was bent. They blamed the damage on me and told me to file an insurance claim instead of addressing the structural problem. This was separate from the other weld cracks that they claimed were "not cracks." They made several repairs but the situation kept getting worse. It became clear the dealer was working for Keystone rather than advocating for their customer. To the owner -- I brought the unit back to you for a structural defect and you let Keystone run over me. 3 YEAR UPDATE: After a lot of screwing from Keystone I got them to buy this junk back for 90K. I still lost about 30K but it's better than nothing. My recommendation to you all is take lots of photos and get everything in writing. Use ChatGPT for help. Never trust your dealer. Hire a lemon law lawyer before they make a buyback offer. Once they make a bad offer you are stuck paying your own lawyer bill. Good luck.

So here is the latest update after a continued debacle with Camping World Springfield and the…read moreawning replacement. First of all, they finally got back to me and scheduled a date for me to drop off the camper to have the new awning installed. When I picked up the camper, took it home, and opened the awning, I was appalled at their selection. I was clear that it had to be blue fade, but the one they ordered had polka dots all over the second white fade section as well as all the other fade blue sections. I NEVER would have agreed to this pattern. Second, Jason Lowe told me over the phone they bought the new awning from Shad Pro, and that it was their second quality awning, or what Shade Pro calls "Premium" with a full white underside. But what they actually ordered and installed was a lesser quality awning than the original Dometic awning I bought that also had a full white under side. Third, to make matters worse, they never installed the two set screws at the top right and left side of the rails which prevent the awning from shifting left or right, thus creating misalignment and uneven wear. Fourth, the neglected to add enough spins to the torsion spring, so when I try to close the awning, I have to physically push on the arm brackets to get it to close completely. Fifth, as if the previous four were not bad enough, I still have no resolution on the improperly installed awning. It is now September 8, and no one calls me back to get this resolved and make it right. Here's my original complaint from August 20. I needed to have my awning replaced on my 18' Toyhauler. They wanted to charge me $800 just for the awning, so I bought it myself for half the cost, and asked them to install it. Well, they ripped the awning when installing it back in early July, and here we are nearing the end of August, and I have no resolution, and nobody calls me back. I even met with the service Manager Jason Lowe two weeks ago and he said he would take personal responsibility for a resolution, but he has not called me back even once. I am highly dissatisfied with their service. Aaron, who I originally worked with and who informed me that they ripped my awning, has not replied to my emails, nor called again for an update. I hope they get things figured out soon because I have another trip planned in October, and want my awning repaired before the trip. As of this moment, I would NOT recommend using their services. Um, Awning Replacement 101...remove all sharp edges on the rails. This is basic stuff even a do-it-yourselfer knows. I can't believe they don't practice even basic knowledge.

Extremely Disappointing Service Department!…read more We brought our Holiday Rambler to Byerly in June for several repairs, including a significant water leak near the door. After more than two months, nearly $4,000 in charges, multiple trips, and two assurances that the leak had been fixed, the RV continued to leak when it rained. What was especially frustrating was learning that one repair was supposedly tested by spraying water on the RV while supervising staff stood outside rather than inside checking for leaks. Eventually, we were told the problem was the awning over the door, the same area they claimed to have repaired during our original visit. We had recently purchased a separate and expensive RV from Byerly, so we expected a much better level of service and workmanship. Unfortunately, this experience has eliminated our confidence in their Service Department. Our Holiday Rambler is finally back, although we still don't know whether the leak is actually fixed. One thing is certain: we will not voluntarily bring our RV back to Byerly for service. Having an extended warranty that may require us to deal with this department in the future makes the experience even more disappointing. A message was left for the Service Department Manager, Steve, asking him to call me back in reference to a complaint about the service we received. As of this writing, he has not called me back. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
