Ok, I see you Toasted Bagel. I had to stop at the Staples here and was starving, so I popped in. The staff member behind the counter who helped me was super sweet. She got a kick out of how funny I found the Labubu chocolate. Also, they have Dubai chocolate in their fridge. To me that means they know what's up. On to the bagel and ice tea. The deli ice tea is like what I had in high school. The everything flagged wasn't as flat as I've had, but I ain't mad about it. The cream cheese was on point. The place was clean, and they had a nice offering of paninis and sandwiches with Boar's Head. I would come back here again for sure to try some of their other stuff. read more

First and last visit. This place was basically empty on a Sunday morning at 9:30am. Looks like they had a lot of pick up orders though, which had everyone's attention. *Ordered a toasted everything bagel with sausage and bacon and a toasted French toast bagel with butter. *Received an untoasted everything bagel with sausage egg and cheese, which had to be thrown away as I cannot eat eggs or cheese, and a toasted French toast bagel with butter. Called in my order for 2 BWC on bagel sandwiches at 12:04 on Saturday 6/28. Arrived at 12:15 and was told they were still making my order. Customer after me ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. His order was somehow ready before mine. Thankfully I didn't pay yet, because at 12:28 I walked out. Plenty of staff standing around doing nothing, there was not many customers while I was there. The absolute best and freshest tasting bacon, egg, and cheese in Patchogue! My cinnamon raisin bagel with butter, not toasted, was scrumptious too! Ambiance inside is very modern and cozy. I can drink coffee in there all morning. The coffee was delicious by the way! Service at the counter was readily available and everyone was so nice. Just to be prepared to lighten your wallet. Prices are a bit more, but the experience and cleanliness of this shop is well worth your dollar. Highly recommend! read more

I powered once from this place on Uber eats and requested no cream cheese on my lox bagel. It had probably a third of a lb of cream cheese on it. But it did have a nice quantity of lox as well. The smoothie I ordered was missing one of the three fruits I asked for...is that so hard? Thinking maybe last time was a fluke I ordered again this morning. Specifically said that I didn't want cheese in all caps and requested to sub out the cream cheese for avocado. Well, i got a hard day old bagel with three, yes 3, HALF slices of lox and nothing else but a note stating if i didn't pay for avocado. Youd think is lox normally came with Cream cheese they could sub it out. They said they tried to call, but theres been no calls since yesterday on my phone as it is 630am, and ya know thats an add time to call someone. I ordered a smoothie again, and once again, it was wrong. There's no protein in it(ypu can always tell if there protein) and the straw is so thin that you can not use it to drink it. Needless to say I will be gladly paying $14 for a lox and avo bagel anywhere but here. Cheaper prices cheaper product for sure! read more

Good, clean establishment. The food items are a bit overpriced. I got a breakfast wrap that was very wet and soggy. It was kind of small as well. It would have been very good if it was a little bigger and the wrap had been grilled and not wet. Especially for the price. The staff was friendly and attentive. I also found their bagels reheated very nicely after freezing a few of them. They are worth a try. read more

Just got a plain buttered bagel and everything with eggs, bacon and cheese. It was just strange that the plain was different quarters of bagels pieced together? Like it clearly wasn't the all the same bagel, little weird. And then no bacon on the everything (or S&P like I asked but that's smaller.) I had such a small order, took a bit longer than other places and no other customers in there so it wasn't the stress of a mad rush. Who knows. Hubs grabbed a too-good-to-go bag from here about an hour ago and purchased two plain gluten free bagels for me while he's there. Always appreciate the gluten free inclusion. The bagels were in a fridge he said and they were cold. But a quick pop in the toaster had them warmed up and pretty tasty. Like most gluten free things, they are smaller than your average bagel. But tasty and enjoyable nevertheless. Each bagel was $2.75 (believe their "normal" bagels are $1.25). read more

They don't seem to have a grip on customer service, what seems to be the owner started taking an order from someone at the counter, then answer the phone call and continued to take that order, then started finishing up other orders that were coming up, leaving the person at the counter, waiting not good business practice. Also, when the girl gave me my bag, she turned around as she was handing it to me holding onto the bag and moving and I couldn't grab it, poor customer service.
