The food is definitely good, don't get me wrong...but it's not "wow," which was a little disappointing given that you're gonna be spending $$$$. (Most entrees are $30+ and they're pretty standard fare that's not especially inventive--steaks, a few pastas, obligatory short rib dish, elevated burgers, salmon.) We liked everything just fine but I didn't taste a dish that made me go "oh man, I gotta come back for that." Instead I'm thinking "maybe I should try something else next time I'm in." I do like that your entree comes with a salad. The physical menu itself could also use some work, as its quality doesn't match the care and luxury atmosphere of the place overall. Numerous misspellings and a lack of specificity on ingredients in several of the dishes that leave the diner unclear on what, exactly, they're getting. For example, there's an entree that's described simply as "grilled chicken breast served with rosemary potato wedges and grilled zucchini." Are there spices or sauces on that chicken? Are we talking just plain salt/pep? Herbs? What? Anyway, it's fine. It's a solid date night option. We'll be back.

I ordered lamb which I should have asked questions because I was expecting a rack of lamb and what I got was a stewed hunk of lamb on a bone next to a mushy pile of polenta covered in what looks like marinara sauce I wanted to give a four star review for this because that's not something I would've enjoyed eating and I sent it back however somebody else might've liked it very much. In fact, I think the people sitting across from us ate every last scrap of that same dish off their plate, however, I wouldn't have liked it at all. I wish I had ordered one of their steak options, which sounded delicious. I shared some of the lobster mac & cheese, and ate a lot of the appetizer so I didn't end up ordering another entrée. The patrons are really nice to us and we always feel welcome. Rich, the bartender, is our particular favorite.
