I wish I got her name but the owner believes in never going hungry. The bowl is huge and there were chunks of main lobster sitting on top as well as mixed in the bowl. I tasted strong hot and sour flavors. Just a fragrant broth of lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves, fish sauce. I like mine spicy so she gave me some sate sauce to add. It's her own special recipe I must say it's one of the best soups I've had. Not to mention the bowl is full of noodles too!
