Used todays car wash once and they charged my card on the monthly payments I never signed up for. Scammy and low quality.

We have 4 monthly unlimited car wash passes. We pay literally a hundred plus a month in fees today we got a female employee bitching because we filled up a small container with windshield washer fluid to spot clean the windows on two cars. I'm like lady I'm sure this joint can spare a few ounces of watered down diluted washer fluid to spot clean the windows your machine isn't cleaning. You wouldn't give your name so yep great customer service. You did like to talk more shit than a Japanese radio. Today's car wash could use less attitude and more customer service. Horrible!! I paid for the most expensive wash and there were bugs left in my vehicle and NO tire shine at all! The attendant ran my car through a second time and it was no better than the first!! I should have driven to a better place to begin with because the second location I went to with a different name I had no issues!! I've only been going to the fort hood street location for about 6 months. My last visit was not that great because the vacuum hoses pressure was low,I tried two other hoses and got the same result. Maybe a pre check of the equipments should be done before opening. read more

I needed to get the bugs scrubbed off of the front of my car. They were helpful with choosing the right wash for what I wanted done. I left without looking at the tires. When I did notice the tires I turned around and went back to have them redone. They apologized and sent me through the process again. When I went to have my car dried and the tires done again..... One day after I hit a deer @ 75mph, Today's Car wash charged my bank their monthly fee. I called asking that my account be refunded a prorated amount and freeze the account until my vehicle was back on the road. It will probably be 4-6 weeks. They refused to honor my request and told me that my account would remain active until the end of the month (even though I can't use it). This is terrible customer service. I got the service that cost around $20. The auto wash wasn't that bad but the guys who scrub the car prior to auto wash entry is pointless. They didn't seem to perform to make a difference. The hand dry and wheel & tire service was mediocre. I would say that the $20 did not sit well with me and I'd probably not go there again. Car Barn in the local area is way better. To add.... My car was hand washed by myself 2 days prior and only had a little dirt due to getting caught in the rain. So for what it looked liked and price, my 3 stars given was being gracious. When I got home I had to wipe down my car again and use speed wax and detail the exterior to make it look like it just got washed. It's a shame this place doesn't service the area and the soldiers a bit better. Hell a $20 wash should show proof to the cost. read more

My issue is with paying for the monthly service, to get the service at the advertised price, you have to sign up for auto pay. With businesses getting their customers banking information hacked these days, I don't feel comfortable with giving them my debit card Information. So, I pay cash for the ultimate service and they charge me a $5.00 fee for paying cash. Why am I being penalized for paying in full, in cash and saving the business money for not having to pay a service fee for using my debit card. How crazy does that sound to you, being charged a fee for paying in full, with cash? read more

Used to come here all the time for the last 4 years, but it's getting annoying. They really should hire more car detailers. I can promise you I have never gotten out of here in under an hr and a half. It should not take 2 hrs to get your vehicle cleaned. Even then they aren't busy it still takes at the minimum an hr to finish. I'll get quoted "the wait time is about 20 to 25 minutes." For what? To look at my car and see it still chillin there? I really need to start taking my business else where. You know there is a problem when managers are just walking around handing out free car wash coupons to their customers as an apology. I'm a member her and I have the basic car wash for 14.99 a month. Sometimes I'll upgrade but for the most part the basic is just fine. They have free towels for you to do touch ups. This place is really good if anyone is looking for a great wash at a very affordable price. Customer service is pretty good, they'll greet you with a wave and hit that continue button if you didn't roll your window down in time. I see people complaining about not answering the phone, it's a car wash people rate them on how good they wash your car, not if they answer the phone. read more

I went to this car wash with my jag as I have for a few years. Three days ago I was told they will not wash my car be as a piece of rubber had a gap in it. I had been going there for a while always getting what I paid for a $5 wash but after I got my brand new show room car I went and got a $20 wash and they scratched the entire hood and around the sides!! When I asked to speak to some one about the damages they did nothing then I asked to speak to a higher up and a month later the "regional manager" contacted me telling me over the phone I was ignorant for not knowing how their equipment worked and if I knew how it worked I would not blame them for the damages. This conversation turned worst when I asked to speak to some higher than him he said "talk to who ever you want and do whatever you want this is not our fault and we are not paying for shit" (wbw) I said ok I'll just have to have a report done he said "again do whatever you want I have stuff to do and walked away. Never have I ever been treated like that for this reason I suggest you stay away!! Took my car in today around 12:30 get washed and detailed. I also have leather interior so I figured I'd get it conditioned because it's getting pretty hot out so 2 hours and $55 later this was my experience. I came out of the washing Bay and pulled off at the self serve to clean and remove anything that would obstruct their ability to detail it. There was still crusty bugs all over the side view mirrors the windshield and the front end. So when Jennifer (who is the site manager) asked how I was doing I told her I wasn't to pleased with the wash because the car (which is a navy blue Malibu) still looked horrible. So Jennifer sent me back through the wash again... She also said that she would hold the bay open for me because I was next in line, but when I came back out of the second wash I was directed to go to another bay and then half way into moving I was stopped and told to wait. After much confusion I was then directed to the bay 3-4 cars down. When I got out I walked to the front of the car to look and there was still splattered bugs all over and annoyed I walked to the waiting area. Flash forward to 2:10 and I am told my car is ready... I get in the car and all they did was the leather seats.. The outside still is filthy. The windows are still dirty. My dash is still dirty. My inside doors are still dirty. My console is still dirty. My floors are still dirty. I'd like to know what in the hell I just paid a business $55 for and why 2 hours of my life was wasted for nothing! This place is pathetic! read more

I paid for the ultimate package but from the looks of my tires look like a basic wash. So I went back and spoke with the attendant at the car wash entrance. She told me to go over to the detailing spot and they will fix it. They only fix the two passenger tires, only because I was standing outside when the guy was doing them. But the driver side is still dirty. It wasn't my fault your machine didn't clean and shine my tires correctly the first time. But when the issue is brought up to an associate still receive subpar service. read more

My mother in law drove in from San Diego, CA. so as you can imagine, the front bumper was covered in bugs. The saleswoman at the entrance up sold her on the bug removal feature for an additional $4. Upon exiting the wash, she noticed there were still a number of bugs on her bumper and the assistant manager, Anthony, rushed over to see what the problem was. He realized there were still bugs on the bumper. Despite my mother in law not even being upset, he proceeded to detail the front bumper until it was clean. This is probably the reason why Anthony is in a position of management. My wife and I also frequent this establishment and are satisfied with their service. read more

These guys really go above and beyond. Yesterday, I got a car wash, inside and out. They did a good enough job on the car wash itself, but as I was leaving, I realized that one of the little rubber inserts at the bottom of my cup holder was missing. I went back, and asked one of the guys where my rubber insert was. He explained that it must have gotten vacuumed up, so he went and searched through all the dirt and filth in the vacuum canister. I was annoyed, but I know that these things happen. Unfortunately, he didn't find it, but said that he would keep looking. I returned today to see if they had found it, but they had not. I was admittedly pretty miffed, especially since the price to order a new one online was about 17 bucks. I talked to the manager, and he went ahead and ordered a new part from the dealership to replace the missing insert, and gave me a free car wash too. Replacing the missing piece was the right thing to do, but a lot of places wouldn't have gone through the effort to make it right. Today's car wash went the extra mile to make it right and ensure that I left as a happy customer. The staff here is professional and courteous, and I would definitely go back. read more

Started going because I didnt care for the car wash barn. Really liked the few times I have been here but I just got back from Colorado. The front of my truck was/still is covered in bugs, the guy at the pay point assured me the bugs would come off so I paid for the ultimate wash pulled up and a lazy blond hair guy with a beard sprays some stuff on the front of the truck wipes a brush on 1/8 of the windshied and I proceed through. End result still tons of bugs. Another guy approves a second pass again the lazy blond with a beard sprays some more stuff on the front wipes a little on the driver side while his co worker is scrubbing the the passenger side mirror, needless to say my truck still has bugs on the grill. This guy has one job press a button to start and scrubb bugs and fails to even do that. Work ethics? This is the one next to shoemaker high. read more

Worst car detailing place. I tried this place because it is right down the street from my work and seemed like they had reasonable prices. I waited for over an hour for them to even start on my car, after being told that it would be about 30 minutes. After over 1 1/2 hrs, they come to tell me my car is ready. When I get to my car, I see mud & bugs still all over the side of the doors and mirrors. I tell the guy about it and then start checking the inside of my car because I had heard people complaining to the manager already while I was waiting about the bad job that was being some. I paid for the best package and yet when I opened my car up, NOTHING had been wiped down. At this point, I got the manager. She started helping to clean the car all over again. They had not even vacuumed my front floor board or wiped anything down. There was coke still in the cup holders and many more problems. I will never go back here again. read more
