It is unfortunate to see a business respond this way rather than addressing the concerns being raised. I believe feedback is an opportunity for improvement, and it is disappointing that my experience was handled in this manner.

They have helped me tremendously and I wish I knew about this place earlier when my back pain first began a few years ago. I do a range of treatments with them, including physical therapy, acupuncture, and even cupping. The staff is like family and the atmosphere there is so positive and kind and they make you feel like family. Every single one of them has contributed to my well being. The office is so sleek and modern--I couldn't stop gazing at the beautiful interior. Whoever designed it deserves multiple gold stars! Despite also working in the medical field, I still get a case of white-coat nerves around new doctors.
