Pretty disgusted with our latest servicing. First off, they unplugged my GPS tracker so I couldn't track the car while they had it, and didn't plug it back in until we were there to pick it up. Not only annoying, but questionable considering the rest of the story. I was out of town, so my wife took our 2016 Trax in for a clunk in the front end, which turned out to be a control arm bushing going bad. The replacement part cost ($180) was more than twice the cost of GM factory part ($85). While feeling a little robbed, she let them do the work because I wasn't around and didn't have the time. They also recommended the struts be replaced, which honestly really only needs new strut bearings for any noise resolution. It rides and drives great. Really, we'd have choked on that too, but they wanted an eye watering $1132 giving her reservations! That is ungodly ridiculous at any shop. Again they had more than doubled all the seperate factory parts (adds labor putting it together that way). You can buy a high quality assmbled strut complete for under $250, plus 1hr per side labor. All in around $700-800 tops. She declined. They didn't stop trying to hose her there though. In order to pour salt in the wound, the tech recommended a new $285 battery to her...obviously without even testing the battery in it...because it was 2wks old. I just put it in! Nearly $100 of that was for the simple install!! I think an Autozone will drop it in for free for you. Hoever, since we're hosing the female, let's throw in a new belt and tensioner, for no reason in particular mind you, for another $503! There's nothing wrong with either by the way, but even still, the GM belt is $17! Are they on drugs recommending this stuff or just stealing? All in all they wanted $3280 in misc "repairs". They screwed her over royally on an $85 control arm for $629, but now she knows to never go back, and I'll be telling everyone too. This isn't a Dealership, it's a true "Stealership", and I feel like a victim.

Our salesman Ray was fantastic. He helped us find a car that his boss said we could have for $1600. 2005 Monte Carlo black.....took for test drive and said we would take it. Signed all the papers and he was going to clean it up and I had to pay.....even had the check made out. Then the manager said they made a mistake in the price and it was out of our price range because they had made some repairs. Danny ray was the salesmen who sold me my truck.The dealership closed at 5:30.I called Danny and told him it would be 5:10 before i could get there. he said no problem come in well get it done.Danny and three coworkers stayed two hours late to get me my new truck. that is outstanding customer service. read more

The wife and l went here after trying to buy a 17 3500 crew cab dually diesel from a different dealer that couldnt come through. We needed it to pull a new 5th wheel RV that we had just bought. I called an was fortunate enough to get Danny Ray. He did an outstanding job! We were preaproved from our credit union. Everyone that we talked to did an outstanding job and the dealership has many great options for new vehicle owners. If you want to buy a new truck/car make sure you ask for Danny Ray he came through for us in a big way. read more

First, let me preface this by saying I have never complained publicly about a business before but my experience was absolutely awful. My dad had made an appointment for us with a salesperson named Ryan. What prompted him to make the appointment was the dealership was supposedly offering $3000 more for trade-ins. He asked the woman setting up the appointment if there were any strings attached, if this was on ALL vehicles because he didn't want to waste our time. She assured him that there were no exceptions. He called Ryan to let him know that we were going to be about 10 min. late. When we arrived he was nowhere to be found. After being stared at by multiple sales people, someone started to help and Ryan showed up a few minutes later. The first thing he pointed out is that the $3000 extra for trade-in was ONLY good if you leased one of the 15 or so vehicles listed on some computer print out he had at the desk. Which is not what we were told over the phone. He had a very cocky, slick attitude and upon returning from looking at my car, he asked me in a very accusatory tone why my check engine light was on... Which it WASN'T! I explained that my car has a display that tells you how many miles until the next oil change. He left at that point and let his coworker run some numbers. The numbers weren't what I was looking to spend, which was fine. I just felt that our time had been wasted to come out for a promotion that was only for specific vehicles--when we were told just the opposite. As I was leaving, I went to where my car was parked... And it wasn't there! Apparently, Ryan had moved it and neglected to tell me. Fast forward to a few days later when some woman from the dealership calls to follow up on our experience. She spoke with my mom who was not there but obviously knew about the situation. The woman had the General Manager, Shawn call her. When speaking with my mother, Shawn basically minimized our dissatisfaction by saying that WE WERE JUST UPSET BECAUSE WE DIDNT GET THE DEAL WE WANTED!!! He then went on to say that he couldn't really be sure about what happened, since he was hearing about it "second-hand" (fair enough) so he was given my number. When he called he was not interested in finding out about my experience, which he should have been if the second-hand account he originally received was so inaccurate. He said something to the effect of my parents not really giving him the whole story??? But he didn't want to "re-hash" the past and said he would talk to Ryan. He explained that his age was the reason for his flippant attitude. He said he wanted to run some numbers for me, which at this point I could care less about. He called me back later that day because he had questions about the numbers. I returned his call and got his voicemail. Left message, no return call as of yet (about 24 hrs. ago). In sum, the people setting up the appointments either don't know the promotion details or lie about them to get you in the door. The salesperson we dealt with was disrespectful, cocky and rude (which was kind of humorous considering my dad's been buying cars longer than the salesperson has been alive-- which is why I brought him). Not to mention the fact that he was nowhere to be found when he knew he had an appointment and shoved us off on a coworker. Lastly, the General Manager had a "sorry, not sorry" attitude and a scripted, mechanical approach to resolving customer concerns. Most offensive was how he tried to minimize the concern. There are too many dealerships out there to settle for the lack of common courtesy at this one. read more

Absolutely amazing! Today my Volkswagen Tiguan gave a ding that something was wrong with the front right tire. Panicky, I chose the GMC as the most reliable looking place to check my tires. They immediately waived me over and I explained my problem to them. They had no problem taking care of a different brand's car. The blonde woman who helped us (I didn't have the pleasure to catch her name) was amazingly helpful and we struck up a friendly conversation as we waited. She showed us to the lounge (which, again, was AMAZING! I almost didn't want to leave) and started working on the tire. After a very short wait, we were on our way and they didn't charge us anything for the inspection! Cannot recommend highly enough! Also, if you have the chance, give them a big thumbs up. They were all absolutely lovely. read more

The people in you service department are unprofessional, they contradicted them self and treated us like we were stupid. they said the head mechanic said the car wouldn't start so something must be broke in the engine. we gave them the on-star codes and told them it might be the timing chain after we had done a lot of research, then they tried to tell us it broke for some outlandish reason that we know wasn't true. I left a message that I wanted to talk to the owner and never got a call back from anyone read more

I recently attempted to sell my car through the KBB instant cash offer system by going through the Todd Wenzel dealership. Todd Wenzel is enrolled in this program where they will give you a cash offer for your car as valued by KBB. The Todd Wenzel dealership can be summarized as unfriendly, unprepared, disloyal, and dishonest. * Unfriendly: Tyler had to ask me my name 3 separate times and when I tried to engage in friendly conversation they did not reciprocate. * Unprepared: I was forced to wait an hour and 15 minutes for them to give me a final offer even though I setup the appointment through Sabrina two weeks in advance. Jesse claimed to be in a meeting and too busy to talk to me. Maybe Sabrina didn't setup the appointment correctly. * Disloyal: my family has been buying cars from this dealership for years. They were unwilling to work with me in any way even though my family has been loyal to this local business. * Dishonest: they entered comments into the KBB system that were not accurate claiming my car looked like it had been in an accident. A minor crack on the side of a mirror should not be classified this way. In addition, they manually modified the KBB suggested price from ~3,300 down to 1,500. My tires were rated as "more than 50% worn" even though I have only had them for 12,000 miles. They also told me they have no interest buying my car. Why would they enroll in the KBB program to buy cars if they don't want to actually buy cars? I ended up selling my car for almost 100% more at another dealership through the KBB instant cash offer system. Why did Todd Wenzel lowball a loyal customer? Maybe it's due to the unethical and uneducated leadership. Tone at the top goes a long way. Bottom line - stay away! read more

I'd never do business with Todd wenzel, not because of the dealership but because of the "sales lady" who was texting my husband ! Erica nunn is a fkn wh*re! I seen messages in my husbands phone And when I went to respond to her threatening I'd reveal her to her bosses and her husband she quickly blocked the number! She bragged about how horrible her husband is and that my husband isn't the first guy she's messed with at Todd wenzel!! If you are looking for "service after the sale" call her. Ladies keep your husbands away from her! if this has happened before why would they keep someone like that around!? The photos she sent to my husband looks like she should be working at Deja vu and not a classy place like Todd wenzel! This isn't the first time and won't be the last I guarantee it ! I hope they fire her slanky a$$! I'm disgusted! Do not go to Erica ! Less you want a divorce ! Think they'll take my husband in on trade ? Go see Fred Harvey if you want an honest sales rep. I used to love Todd Wenzel but a few weeks ago my husband called in looking for a new GMC truck. Erika Nunn contacted him and it didn't take long to see how she's made it in the car business. besides wearing the shortest dress in the world wear you could see her nude shorts spanks thing under, now my husband is not innocent and i will deal with that. but she was flirting and being highly inappropriate with her text messages. she said she could pull strings and get him what he wants because she F*CKS her boss and she is leaving her husband for him!! Idk who her direct boss is but this is not a great asset to your company and I wonder how many other angry wives are out there ! read more

My first time dealing with Todd Wenzel; it won't be my last. My wife and I had a great experience, everyone was very friendly and professional. Our salesperson, Erica Dunn went out of her way to see that each of our needs was met. She found us the exact car we wanted at another Todd Wenzel store and had it brought to the Davison store very quickly; she gets an 'A+' in my book. Feel we have been lied to. We were told one story about service and attention to get us to buy the car, then when it came time for the service, the story was totally , (TOTATLY) different. Salesman was rude, and lied to our face. My question was, "Quote" So are you saying that I am wasting my time talking with you about the problem?
