I want to start by saying I love sandwiches like the next person. Ima keep it simple. The photos look how they taste. Every sandwich is the absolutely great tasting! I've had the brisket sandwich, the garlic pesto chicken and the double chicken pesto. All three are delicious. The sourdough bread is soft, fresh and tasty! This place is a combination of Jersey Mikes and Mendocino Farms!!!! I ordered the artichoke chicken flat bread pizza which was also delicious. I will definitely keep coming back here as every time I have it hits!

Fun new option for sandwiches in the Valley. Service was great and the cashier was very friendly and patient as we familiarized ourselves with the menu and all the options. It was very well-kept and cozy inside and there was a decent amount of space to dine in. I had the Chicken Salad sandwich with pepper jack cheese and I thought it was perfectly savory and sweet from the grapes in the salad. My partner got the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and I enjoyed the flavor of that as well; the sourdough bread really makes the sandwich extra delicious. I believe all sandwiches come with house spread, lettuce, tomato, onions, and yellow or dijon mustard, but ingredients can be added or omitted. I knocked one star off as I also tried the broccoli and cheese soup but I felt it had almost no flavor... Otherwise, everything was yummy and fresh. Make sure to get the free pickle on the side if you're a fan, they were especially crispy and fresh and a great complement to the sandwich!

Newly opened sourdough & co in northridge!! Tried it today because I was really craving for a good sandwich. I ordered it through the app and picked it up. I ordered a meal which comes with chips (OR you can pick from Mac and cheese, soup, or a cookie) , and a drink. Went in there and it was a little messy which maybe because there was a lot of foot traffic and student coming in and out. The drinks station was a little messy which I'm giving leeway to staff cause they're still probably getting the hang of it and it's a busy spot. I picked up my order and got my sandwich and the chips. I got a meal so it came with a drink. I asked the cashier if the meal came with the drink and she apologized for forgetting. Staff was very kind and friendly. Tend to customers fast. A good and busy spot because a lot of students come in since it's close by CSUN. A bunch of seating as well inside and good plaza with a lot of parking - just a short walk when the front spaces gets filled. I got the cholula chicken today and it was delicious! The bread was crunchy and soft at the same time. Everything inside - Lettuce, tomato, chicken, cheese, Jalapeño crunch all blended in so well!! You can also customize their sandwiches. Would love to go back to try other things on their menu. Their drink station is the refillable kind - all kinds of soda, with a cute jar of lemon on the side if you want to add a touch of lemon to your soda. They also give a side of spear pickle and it was delicious and crunchy!

    8" Chicken double pesto

Got the double chicken pesto 8 inch pretty solid. It was about 13.99 for the sandwich.

I visited this new lunch spot near work today with some friends, and the place was quite empty. I ordered the 6" French dip for $13.99, while my friends chose the smoked brisket flatbread for $13.99 and the pastrami sandwich for $11.99. After waiting about 20 minutes, the server finally brought out our orders. However, my French dip didn't come with the dip (au jus) that was shown in the menu picture. When I asked about it, the server informed me that it didn't come with dip. I thought it was strange, but I didn't want to create a scene. Just as I was about to finish my French dip without the dip, I noticed another customer who had ordered the French dip received it with a cup of dip. What's going on here? Do I need to order the dip separately? Guess I'm not going back.

So I got the ham on the gluten free wrap, it was absolutely delicious. The side pickle is honestly what makes the sandwhich, It was great. Not to mention the employees were so kind and helpful when I was trying to decide what to get.

It started off with the fact that they have a big parking lot with a ton of free parking. Once we stepped inside it was really cute. We loved the booth seating, and the variety of options. We did go an hour before their closing time, which is why it was probably quite empty, but it was nice not being in crowded place for dinner. We ordered a couple of things to share. We got the pork wontons in chili oil, the shrimp and chives boiled dumplings, the beef fried noodles, and the sweet and sour pork ribs. The food arrived pretty quickly. Great family style portion sizes, and very flavorful! The prices were also reasonable, which was a plus! Also, loved their house made chili oil. It was the perfect level of spice for me, and delicious. I poured that oil over all the food, which made the food taste even better! Overall, we had a great experience, and cannot wait to come back and try some more dishes!

We stopped by on a Tuesday for lunch, and nostalgia definitely did not disappoint. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal. The Jjolmyeon has always been our all-time favorite from the LA location, so ordering it was a no-brainer. And wow... it somehow tasted even better here! We also ordered the Yuk Kalguksu (육칼국수) and Gun Mandu (군만두), and everything hit the spot. The Yuk Kalguksu came with such a generous portion that I happily finished the noodles, enjoyed some of the rich, spicy broth, and still had enough soup and beef to box up for another meal. Talk about a bonus dinner! The mandu was perfectly crispy and paired so well with the refreshing, chewy jjolmyeon. For us, a restaurant earns a spot in our regular rotation only if it checks three boxes: delicious food, friendly service, and cleanliness. Hodori easily checks all three. In fact, I came back after work the very same day to pick up dinner for the family (because one visit clearly wasn't enough ). We ordered Galbi Ugeoji Haejangguk (갈비 우거지 해장국), Galbitang (갈비탕), Tteokbokki (떡볶이), Samgyetang (삼계탕), and Yukgaejang (육개장). I placed the order before leaving work, and by the time I arrived about 15 minutes later, everything was neatly packed and ready to go. As a working mom, finding a restaurant that serves delicious food, offers great service, and makes takeout this effortless feels like striking gold. It saves me time in the kitchen while keeping everyone's tummies full and happy. Safe to say, Hodori has officially earned a permanent spot on our takeout list.

Absolutely terrible customer service…read more I came in with my two kids (ages 4 and 8). They were quietly waiting while we looked at the menu and were just moving the utensils around on the table like normal little kids. I politely asked if we could order regular meals to dine in and kids' meals to go. The younger employee simply said no, which was fine--I was only asking. Then an older Korean lady came over, got right in my face, and loudly said, "NO TAKE OUT!" The tone was rude, embarrassing, and completely unnecessary. Instead of treating us with basic courtesy, she made us feel like we weren't wanted there. As we were leaving, she pointed at my kids and shooed them away from the table because they had moved the utensils around. I was honestly speechless. I would never let my children trash a restaurant, and I would have cleaned up anything before leaving. To make it worse, this isn't the first time. On a previous visit, I watched this same older lady and an older man give my friends dirty looks and a nasty attitude over the tip, even though they had already left 18%. Charging around $35 for a single meal with rice comes with the expectation of decent hospitality. Instead, we were treated with disrespect from the moment we asked a simple question. There are too many amazing Korean restaurants in Los Angeles to spend this kind of money and be treated this poorly. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers.

The bread tasted crisp and chewy, and overall it was something that filled me up for what I needed. My friend got a vermicelli bowl and felt like the overall dish was also okay, and that the fish sauce could have been more flavorful since that's usually a highlight for her. There was a bit of a long wait for it, like almost 20 minutes. We definitely chose to eat it to-go since the interior is also small and there's about 3 tables or less. They do offer an extensive menu though and I was pretty tempted to buy a drink and try it out from here. Parking lot is entered through Reseda and there's a whole area of the lot that's been fenced off for the longest. Might be hard to enter or exit if it's a busy time because of traffic. No bathrooms! The king dumplings has no flavor, it is soft but when you bite it, there is really no excitement to it. The filling is generous but also bland. The fried chicken is just uber dry, some parts of the skin is pretty good, but the seasoning is weak.
