They have a $20 lunch special bowl of Ramen and sushi roll

This place is so cute, totally unexpected! And bonus, they're open until midnight every single night with a full menu and full bar menu! I've had several of their Ramen flavors and honestly love them all. Spicy miso, tonkatsu & shoyu are my favorites! Their skewers are also awesome... They have Wagyu and a pork belly skewers that are to die for! I've had a couple of their sushi rolls and I really love their Toki roll. Lots of yummy cold sake and hot sake options, as well as Japanese whiskey and gin! This place is such a hidden gem. I don't know why it's not packed every night! Honestly, I don't know where else you can get this quality of Ramen on this side of town. Every time I go in the servers and the owner are so nice! Highly recommend!

The location of Toki Ramen used to be another ramen shop. We won't mention that restaurant and since it's in the past we'll just leave it there. haha. Toki Ramen's service is fast, amazingly accurate and down to earth. The food (re: ramen) is on the same plane: delicious, flavorful and is really good! I wish they would serve the broth a bit hotter but that's more of a preference thing. The restaurant is nicely laid out and the design is thoughtful and inviting. I certainly want to return to try more. This is one restaurant in the square that is revitalizing Colorado blvd!

Stayed right nearby on a work trip and stopped by for a late lunch. Was greeted by a delightful waiter who seated me right away. Large, well-organized menus with pictures next to every item made for easy selection. Ended up with a drink, a salad, a sushi roll, and a bowl of ramen for an overall reasonable price. The saki blossom was delightful. The sushi avocado salad was great, the California roll was perfect, and the ramen was a bit too strong on the ginger, but still excellent. Also really enjoyed the music, which really added to the dining experience. Would definitely return!

Food was tasty. Attentive service Beautiful restaurant and a little tough to get to with construction and it's out of the way to park but ok. I had dumplings which were delicious. Then I had the ramen with ground pork and a reddish broth a little spicy. It was the late night menu. Good stuff.

Wowwwww this place found us at the perfect time, everything else was packed and busy and this place was open late , not too busy which is surprising with how delicious and accessible this restaurant is , ample parking , clean dining area , excellent service and the ramen is so complex and flavorful with such good portions at an amazing price point. This place is wonderful come eat !!!!!!

Under any other circumstances I would have probably given 4 starts....but..... I'm from out of town so cannot come back anytime soon. To all locals - please support this business. The restaurant is nicely designed (though I wish they would dim the lighting a tad), immaculately clean and the staff could not be friendlier - and the food was excellent. The location is a bit odd to find because of local construction - but you basically have to park in a strip mall lot and then walk by some construction fencing to find them. They are open till midnight making it an even better find. I had the seafood ramen - a bit on the spicy side - but for $26 it's a huge bargain considering you get a full lobster tail. The Japanese love a good whiskey sour - and their take on one is superb. I'd be so happy if I came back to Denver and find them thriving - they deserve it!

Excellent food. Adorable atmosphere, great for a date. Really fresh fish in the sushi, the ramen was authentic and excellent fast service. Points for being open late too. Can't praise this place enough

Buddha beer and the Frostiest mug you've ever seen
    Jenna C.

Great new and cute spot. Staff were friendly and food came fast. Was feeling seafood and the seafood ramen hit the spot. Also had the Buddha beer - served in a frosty mug - and a rainbow roll. Honestly the seafood ramen was the star and such a great value for what you get. It was full of scallops, clams, shrimp, an entire lobster tail, and a marinated egg. Hot, filling and oh so flavorful! We'll be back to try some of their interesting cocktails.

The food was amazing, service was great, and the place was clean with great music. I would recommend this place for sure!

Gyoza Jasmine Green Tea Tonkotsu Ramen

On the outside, Toki Ramen and Sushi is unassuming... right off of Colorado boulevard by a fast food drive through in a strip mall? But the moment you walk in, it's is obviously a diamond in the rough. Greeted with fabulous service at every interval, a server nearby if needed (but not hovering), and an ambiance of calm, clean minimalism, and full of intentionally touches. If you're curious, I am sitting in the restaurant right now writing this, because I HAD TOOO - get your butts over here! I went for lunch and got the special - a fabulous deal in my opinion! A plate of six gyoza and a full sized tonkotsu ramen for $20! A cup of steaming jasmine green tea on the side - I couldn't resist! The gyoza and ramen came out in great timing, allowing me to polish off my delicious gyoza while the ramen cooled down a bit. The gyoza struck the chord on all components of a great gyoza (the crunch at the base, the soft thing wrapper, a delicious and simple inside that excites your pallet like a good appetizer but not filling you up)! The ramen was delicious (I'm still eating it as I write this review) - all components had the perfect levels of flavor to enhance one another, nothing took over in the dish, instead a perfect balances medley sat in my bowl. I already texted my roommate about Toki and will be taking her here ASAP! Ambiance, yes! Taste, yes! Texture, yes! Presentation, yes! Service, yes! Over all, Toki is a major YES, PLEASE!

Amazing Ramen and fantastic service. Really a five star experience the ambience and restaurant is set up really beautiful! Highly recommend recommended!!

The food was good. I got the Tonkatsu Shoyu ramen and the noodles had a great texture and had a rich broth. It was a little salty for me but it would be great for others. The restaurant was nice and comfortable and the service was also good and attentive. Everything here was good.

Wow, first time picking up from Toki ramen and sushi. The food is amazing. This restaurant brought me back to Japan. The service at the front desk was fast and attentive. The ambiance of the restaurant was pretty. I'll definitely be dinning in at the restaurant next time. Looking forward to trying more things on the menu

Reservations are strongly suggested and well worth the wait. Crazy combinations, flavor bombs throughout and a culinary delight you won't regret. Tonight, we sat at the bar and watched the magic happen. These guys are cranking out amazing and delectable treats you won't forget. The Uncle salad was a great starter with charred cabbage, lemongrass, mint, cilantro, arugula, and peanuts lightly coated in a Thai coconut dressing. A slight burn only leaving you to crave just one more bite, ha! The fried soft shell crab in a bao bun with green papayo slaw, coconut mayo and cilantro nam prik was sweet, perfect crunch and memorable. Two for two with one dish left. The cold spicy sesame noodles with seasoned chicken, granny Smith apple slivers, arugula, cashews and nanami togorashi, a perfect closing dish for an exceptional meal. The service, food quality, flavors and preformance from the bar seats were second to none. The concept, portion size, flavor and cost were a real treat in the big city food scene of Denver. If you haven't been here yet, get to the internet and book a table, I promise you won't regret it. To the staff, chefs, and all members of Uncle, thank you for a surprising and incredibly great meal, we will return on our future trips to Denver.

They also have a few izakaya options perfect for sharing. * Black Tonkotsu $18 - The Little Guy got this and slurped the whole thing up, even the wood ear mushrooms which he usually leaves behind. He actually asked to return the next day because he loved it so much and just loved it. 5/5 * Menya Special $16.50 - I got this one and it was fine. What a cute little place!!…read more It was late in the evening and I was getting hangry. I was craving ramen and Neko came up during my Yelp research. They were open late, so we decided to go. The restaurant was popping at 22:00 on a Friday. We were greeted warmly by staff. It was intriguing to us that we ordered via an iPad kiosk as if we were at a boba place, but we didn't mind. However, usually only to go orders are placed on a kiosk. In my hangry state of mind, I had not realized that Neko only serves their ramen with chicken broth, so for those of you who prefer tonkotsu broth, this isn't the place for you. For that reason, my husband had to order a chashu rice bowl instead. Personally, I enjoy both paitan and tonkotsu. I went with the black garlic ramen. It didn't take very long for our food to arrive. While we waited, we dispensed water for ourselves from the soda fountain. I was a little confused upon receiving my black garlic ramen, as I thought the black garlic oil would be more prominent. I was assured that I had the right bowl. My husband enjoyed his chashu rice bowl. I had a small bite and the pork was tender and well-seasoned. The paitan broth was very umami indeed. I would have liked to have more of a black garlic flavor, but it was still good. Next time I would just pay the extra $2 for more black garlic oil. The noodles were bouncy, and the chashu was tender. The egg was deliciously jammy (alas no photo because I devoured it). I saw they had soy sauce and hot sauce, but wish they had the classic chili powder so I could have added some to my ramen. Neko Ramen & Rice hit for late night noms, and the cat-themed decor all around (since Neko means cat in Japanese) was such a vibe. They also serve curry, poke, and various small bites if you want some apps to enjoy before your entrees. If you don't mind chicken broth for your ramen or will be ordering rice bowls instead, Neko is a fun little place to come dine at, especially since they open late.
