I sampled my friend's pork paitan and found the pork to be very tender. My chicken tom yum soup was very good with a rich umami shrimp-tomato-spice flavor. There was a good portion of noodles. It's a bit far of a drive but I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area! I'd rate it in my top 5 ramen in Houston, though it is far from the rest and definitely the best in its area.
