We did a couples as walk in and they took us no wait, good service and fairly priced would come back next time we're in Vegas

My girlfriend and I had an appointment set for a 60 minute couples massage for 96 dollars. The spa was a nice vibe, felt mediate comfort when we walked in our room. The massage started not too long after settling in our beds. The quality of the massage was efficient and smooth. Felt relaxed by the end of it. However, when the massage was done, it had quickly left a sour taste in our mouths. They were tipped 20 dollars, which was 20% of the service price. And they were not satisfied with that tip and wanted more. Even when they noticed our confusing and uncomfortable demeanor, they were still pushy to urge us to tip more,(which a business should NEVER do. Especially in front of other customers) and eventually, another $20 tip was added. We appreciate the services, however, the nice experience was quickly tarnished once tipping became involved and showed the employees real interest. Very unprofessional. 2 stars. read more

On a whim, I grabbed a couples massage from Groupon for $93. I call to book. I immediately get asked if I can just pay cash instead of using the Groupon. Sir... that's literally why I called. It was already purchased. Fast forward--we show up. Outside? Fine. Lobby? Also fine. False sense of security? Absolutely. Then we get to the room... and it's giving Motel 6 after a rough weekend. Dingy, outdated, and just... vibes off. No one at the front desk. Instead, there's a handwritten note card like a scavenger hunt clue telling you to call a number. I call. They text back saying they can't answer but to text for scheduling. I text: "We're here for our appointment." They respond: "5mi." Cool, love the mystery. Eventually we're brought into the room, door wide open, and told to get undressed. Door. Still. Wide. Open. We just sat there like... are we part of a live show?? The lady comes back, repeats herself, and leaves AGAIN--with the door still open. We had to close it ourselves and awkwardly proceed. Now the massage... I don't even know if "massage" is the right word. More like "aggressive thumb combat." Zero technique. At one point I genuinely wondered if I had done something to personally offend this man. I left feeling like I'd been in a minor car accident. Pretty sure I'm waking up with bruises tomorrow. My husband said we could've done better massages for each other at home... and honestly, he's not wrong. Then comes the grand finale. As we're leaving (barely walking), the older lady hands us two waters like it's a prize for surviving. We give a $20 tip. She looks confused and says, "What about his tip? You only tipped me." Ma'am... that is the tip. Split it. She then informs us it's "not enough" and that they take card. We took our sore bodies and remaining dignity and walked out. 10/10 would not recommend unless you enjoy awkward nudity, mystery texting, and leaving in worse condition than you arrived. read more

I love getting massages and this place helped loosen me up. It's not the fanciest place in the world, it's a whole in the wall spot in a strip mall, but that didn't bother me at all. My masseuse had decent pressure and she checked in a couple times to make sure everything was good. My only complaint was quite a bit of the massage (like half of it) was over the sheet? I wish that wasn't a thing because it didn't feel that great compared to using the hot stones and oil/massage part. read more

My husband treated me to couple's massage today. This was my first massage in NV and I was very pleased. We did 60 minutes of Deep Tissue w/Stones. An older gentlemen was my Masseur. He was very thorough throughout the entire 60 minutes. My husband also liked his massage from the owner who's also an Masseur himself. We both loved it and out of all the massages I've gotten for over decade out of country and in the states I LOVED this hidden gem. It is hard work and so we tipped both two Masseurs genoursly. I can't belive the bad reviews because I had an great experience. Don't judge until you tryout the place! Yes it is on the ghetto area but this place is decent spa I've ever been to! I would return again on special occasion. My whole body feels much lighter and feel like I'm walking in a cloud. I've decided with heavy heart that I rescind my previous rating here. I feel so put off by what happened with my last visit. I got a groupon deal for 93$ for a couples massage. Why this place lost my patronage? The masseuse, after my massage was finished, she hassled me and pressured me into giving her a 20$ tip. So that would be 40$ in tip forn2 people. I am sorry but my total cost was 93$ so for 2 people that's 46$ each person. So why would I tip 20$ for 45$? These ladies wouldn't let my husband and I leave without pushing their tip they deemed appropriate. I didn't even like my massage. She's too soft and my husband fell asleep. Had it not been for the masseuse aggressively trying to get tips, I would have still kept going here, but since these masseuse suck, 1 star and I'll never go here again. read more

Do not come here! They harass you for a tip at the end of the. I left them 10$ each and the lady had the audacity to tell me to give them more INFRONT of everyone. I'm a server so i work for tips and the fact she did that was crazy. What bother me most is that I know she don't tip when she go out to eat but got the audacity to harass people for more tips rather than being grateful for what they have. Now that we've been here twice, I'm writing my review. The first time was good. The massage was really good, and worth getting the Groupon for it. People there were friendly & easy communication. They knew what both my husband & I wanted, which one of us wanted "Swedish", and the other wanted "deep tissues" massage. The 2nd time, it was fine changing my reservation time; no problem. The guy on the phone was hard to understand though, and not sure he understood me. lol Also, this 2nd visit was very hard to understand the people there. Literally, few word English. My only issue this time was that someone should always be there to translate better, because you're giving people massages & paying money for it. Also, touching the body & need to tell them softer or more pressure. In this case, they literally had to get someone from the back like in the office or something to translate a little. Even she didn't know English well, but it still helped. When giving tip at the end both times, they pointed at the chart to, I assume give them more, but see that's the bad part too. Can't be doing that in any massage place man. Be grateful for what you been given; that's all. ((Shrugs)) It's peaceful in here in the front. It's also a nail salon, but I don't do my nails, so won't be getting those done here, but it looks spacious & clean. Would still consider coming back. Had a great massage here! Actually the whole experience was good. The interior (where they do the massages and facials) looked much nicer than I expected based on others' Yelp reviews. The woman giving my massage was wonderful, just the right amount of pressure and she gave extra attention to my shoulder that I'd said I was struggling with. I purchased the couples 90 min massage off Groupon. The atmosphere was calming, the therapists were amazing, and we left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. We also got add ons for full body scrub, cupping, and a facial! The facial was $30 so it wasn't a crazy facial but still relaxing. The only thing I wish they had available and they have it on their windows and pricing...was a spa pedicure and if they had showers or like a hot tub OMG Id go here all the time! We had a Groupon for a 75 minute couples massage with hot stones for $150. It's super easy to make an appointment and they are very accommodating! Our appointment was at 10 am and they say to arrive 15 min early to give you time to check in and get undressed before the massage starts. We got here at 945 and they walked us right back! Very nice atmosphere and calming music. The masseuse was so sweet and gave the perfect pressure! Worked all the knots out of my upper back and shoulders and it felt amazing!! Full body massage is the way to go!! I highly highly recommend!! And the Groupon is unlimited so you can buy them as many times as you'd like for return visits. Worst massage I have ever gotten. Went in open minded as I was using a Groupon Voucher. No words were spoken not even a greeting. The entire massage was done on top of the covers except for arms, feet and back. Even the head and face was on top of a towel! It was more like an oil rub most definitely not massage. The location is not ideal it's on the sketchy side of town. There was a big language barrier & they couldn't fulfill the 2 female masseuse that we requested. My masseuse started late and left twice, I'm not sure if he had other things he was multitasking. By far the worst part was they don't even touch your feet! Advertised as a full body massage, I've never been to a place who just ignores your feet entirely! Then they have the nerve to post a requested tip sign of $25 per person yet don't massage you correctly! I loved my massage!!! I wish I booked for longer. I felt like my massage was very dynamic. First started with a deep tissue massage with the sheet on me, then hot oil and finished with a hot stones. Reading the negative reviews, sounds like people aren't used to Asian deep tissue massage with the slapping and stretching. This technique is very common and helps release tension and promotes relaxation. We found them on Groupon and called them before buying it online. I came here for a couple's massage due to a Groupon deal I found online. I called first to set an aplt, which they were very accommodating and said even without the Groupon they would honor the price, and took my appt for the next day. I usually request a male masseuse bc I like a lot of firm pressure, however I didn't think of it when I set the appt and got a female masseuse. She applied very little to no pressure at all, I had to ask her for more pressure, and she said ok, but didn't adjust anything. It felt like she was doing Tai Chi on my back with how slow and gentle she was moving! Honestly, I thought she was just trying to run down the clock and do as little work as possible. She spent a lot of time rubbing oil on my skin and then wiping it off with hot towels. Very little massaging happened by the end of my one hour massage, very disappointing! read more

What a horrible experience. This place should have their license revoked! I found the place on Groupon, and when I called to make an appointment for a massage, the man asked if I could just pay cash when I came for my treatment rather than purchased the Groupon. I agreed to pay the $45 for the treatment plus advised I would leave a $15 tip for a total of $60. When I arrived at aloe spa, the lady initially at the reception desk did not speak any English and could not communicate with me at all. Second lady, who I believe to be in ownership with what I presume, to be her husband who I spoke with, was extremely rude to me and indicated to me that I was Under quoted for the treatment. I showed her that it is offered for everyone on Groupon and she was still uncooperative and rather hostile towards me. She then got on the phone with the man and even though I don't speak any of the language that they were talking to each other in I knew exactly what they were saying. She was yelling at him for offering their services for too low of price. I asked her to please have that argument with her husband after I got my massage and was out of the building, but she insisted on ranting and yelling while I was there. Truly surprised by this gem! Having my bachelorette with 7 of us in Vegas, I knew it would be challenging to find a last min reservation for all of us to get hour massages. Called 5 Star Beauty Spa bc of a Groupon. Asked if it was at all possible to book for 7 today. Couldn't at that location, but was told Aloe Spa (the other store/I assumed I was talking with the manager), could accommodate all 7 of us the same day at 330, about 4 hours from when I made the call. Came by after we had lunch. Not the nicest or safest looking neighborhood, if you're comparing to what the strip looks like, especially for 7 women. But the quality of the massages were worth it for the price (which I was told would be honored at the Groupon rate of $45 for a 60 min with Swedish or hot stone). This was honored correctly and I appreciated it. Lastly, I asked what the difference would be if we asked for deep tissue, because I am particular with having this added for deeper knots. I was told it would be okay, no difference would be charged. The same man who greeted us (also sounded like the same person who I spoke with earlier that day), was the one who massaged me. I'll start off by saying I'm skeptical of Groupon massages from prior experiences; however, I thought let me compare and contrast. I could get one done here and one at my hotel (The Palazzo) and see if the huge price difference is worth it going forward. I ordered the Groupon prior to my arrival and scheduled for today. They actually texted me to confirm while I was mid flight, which I accepted, but since my flight was delayed and decided I needed to delay an hour, they were willing to accommodate. Upon my arrival, nobody was upfront but I called and someone immediately came out. They immediately brought us in the room to change. I had read previous review that they converse a lot and they did exactly that to start, but it wasn't for too long. The lady I had was good, but it was weird she did a lot of mud-torso and leg work, but I would prefer they focused ob my back and shoulders. When I was done my girlfriend asked me what I thought and I said okay, and she mentioned her dude massaged her rear end a lot. I thought the same thing, but I wasn't going to say anything. Great massage. I did the 90 minute full body massage and was very happy with the service. The masseuse was great! I booked an appointment online on their website but apparently they only recognize appointments called in by phone. Management was still able to work me into the schedule, it was just a little odd. I left a tip for the masseuse and management tried to heavily pressure me into leaving a larger tip. We did a couples massage and I got this older man who was breathing SUPER hard that it was distracting me from relaxing. He also used so much oil when he moved to my back that I'm pretty sure it splashed into my hair. My back was like a slip n slide that there was no way he could even apply the pressure that I wanted. Been going here over two years now, go about every other Sat. for 90mins. Can't beat their prices. The only down side, they can't hold on to their male massage therapist. With bad sciatic issue I just be a male therapist for my sciatic issue. Ihave like like 7 different male CMT and the only one that is always there I believe he's the owner or head manager. Dont know is name but one time my pain was so bad I couldn't role over so the owner got on his knees and massage me while I was on my side. T There was another guy mid 40's who does killer work, but again he's gone too. There was a young kid im guessing a year or two out of massage school and did a wonderful job. One the best but hes gone too. ... like I said great place but can't hold on to their male CMT. there have an older guy now but its not best. read more
