Extremely rude service!!! I asked for medium to light NOT too light to too hard, but never received medium pressure and very UNRELAXING!!!! Just stressfull super QUICK STROKES! However I had a female who was so fast and so light, I could hardly feel any thing then when i said medium, she was going so FAST, that it was like she started this session wanting to get it over as soon as possible, so I was finished! I asked for a different (man) he started with very fast strokes, super light, like this was some kind of joke, and it was like he was purposely bad, going soooooo fast and light, again then super hard and painful, so I just got up and said I am finished! When I told the receptionist she was soooooooo angry, telling me that every one is professional, and now she is full and has no one else, Not many people were even there, She was sooo nasty, Instead of listening and giving me one good person, and keeping the customer......I was the customer! She could have gained me, and the many I would have referred to them.... now not only has she lost a client but all my friends and family that I would take and refer! I want to review this AWFUL receptionist her attitude was completely arrogant! read more

Spent a very enjoyable hour getting my back massaged and my feet rubbed. I asked for medium to firm pressure and for the most part "Tom" hit the spots. The back massage seemed kind of random at times and the left side of my back got more attention than the right. Their massage beds are softer than my usual "massage therapist" table but it was comfortable. The room was very dim and soothing music played. They have a scent wafting in; I think it was wintergreen. The bathroom was clean. The foot massage part wasn't as great as my back. Tom didn't get any of the real pressure points. It was still nice. My only real issue was the room temp was very cold. I had to ask for two towels to cover me. I'd come back to try them again. read more

I want to state I really, really wanted to love this place. My wife and I really want to find a foot massage place in Florida. We came here on my birthday to celebrate. We walked in and were greeted by the owners. They were very nice, so again this makes it a bit more upsetting to write this average review. We spoke about his upcoming trip to Los Angeles as well since we just moved back from there. He wanted advice which I was going to write down but he decided to wait till after my massage. We decided on 2 hour massages, which we figured out was way cheaper to do then an hour and half. We walked in and sat down on our foot rests. My first guy was Steven, nothing honestly special about him. Wish there was something to discuss, but there wasn't. The owner after admitted he was not a hard massager but more of a touch guy. My second guy was Lui. Lui was way better and I actually liked Lui a lot. He tried hard and you can feel the difference. What really upset me and the reason why this is a 3 star and not a 4 or 5. Is Steven stopped 10 minutes early. I brought this up to the younger gentlemen at the front who admitted to me yes he did but he stopped at 4:53 and not 4:50. I didn't want to start fighting since there were other customers there so I just said ok. But either way he did admit he was early. Lui only stopped 5 minutes early which again, I wasn't happy about but that was a little more acceptable. In total my wife and I lost 15 minutes of time which should have been either refunded or followed through on. Needless to say, a 3 star usually means I won't be coming back. It was a shame because the owners were nice and everyone was nice but we spent 160 dollars and weren't satisfied with everything. read more

First time visitor to Tokyo Foot Spa. Just happened to be passing by and they were able to take me immediately (it was more crowded by the time I left). I chose Option B, 60-minute foot and back massage. The massage is in a large shared room, dimly lit (they use a flashlight to lead you to the chair), and everyone is clothed AND covered in a towel (and masked). It began with a foot soak, then a brief shoulder/arm/hands rub. Then Luis did a very thorough and relaxing foot massage. I thought that was it--but then the real back massage began! I was repositioned face down on the massage chair, and he placed a towel over my (clothed) body and did a terrific massage of the neck, back, legs, arms, hips, with firm pressure and stretching--it was awesome. I was jello by the time he was done. This was a totally unexpected great experience, can't wait to go back! read more

We were visiting from California and found this place on yelp. A bit different than we are used to as all massages are done side by side in one large room. It's very quiet. Very professional and the massage was wonderful. The prices are very good and the staff professional. We walked in but they recommend an appointment as they get quite busy. I spent some time in different areas of China and had the pleasure of experiencing authentic reflexology foot massages in each region I visited; this place reminds me of the quality massages I had there. Don't be fooled by the name- it's not just a foot massage place. They give total body massages with clothes on but they really know how to hit all the pressure points in your body. So far I have really liked this place and would recommend it. read more

Brought my husband here for his birthday on Sunday JaN 29th. The reviews looked good and we decided to try it out. We did a total of 2 hours for each of us. We came in at 3:40 (20 minutes before our appointment time of 4:00) So we can go to the bathroom before etc...we started right at 4:00 pm. They do an hour with one masseus and the second hour with another. So to begin, the owners were pleasant and nice. My first massage was with Tom. He was amazing!! Tried to get the knots out he felt. He worked hard lol but it felt great!!! He really focused on me and you can tell! He massaged the heck out of my heels which I love because a lot of places tend to not focus on it. Thanks Tom! Second hour was with Nina she is a more relaxed massager. I prefer deep as relayed to the owners/front desk when we arrived. The back/shoulders in the beginning start off great with her and then once I layer down for my feet it was very lax. No pressure at all, seemed more like a rub down then a massage. I was not pleased with that. I work out often and prefer to get a deeper massage. Nina may be perfect for someone else but for my hour I was not happy. Not sure why I was given her when my husband and I both wanted deep massages. To top all of this off. We paid for a 2 hour massage. The first massage ended 10 minutes early. The second ended 5 minutes early. So we got cheated out of 15 minutes. Which my husband and I were not happy about at the all. Hence the 3 star reviewed. My husband brought to the attention our massages ended early and he even confirmed it saying they did but said 7 minutes earlier for one versus the 10. My husband wore his watch and checked since he felt it wasn't an hour. We aren't New at getting foot massages. We lived in LA for 5 plus years were there is a foot spa on every corner. If you advertise an hour then an hour is what you should get. It's that easy. The fact that my husband said something and there was no offer of a compensation or even an apology is just unjust from a customer view. read more

Worst...massage...ever!! Finger nails digging into my feet! Constant rubbing back & forth does not equal a foot a massage people! To clean/dry my feet at the end I was rubbed so aggressively hard I told him to stop because it hurt so badly! Then on to my "back" massage, ha! I had to tell him to cover my feet because they were freezing, and he had no clue what I was saying until I pointed to other customers. Just like my feet, simply rubbing back and forth does NOT equal a back massage. To top it all off I told the front desk person and the manager, who offered me $5 off my next visit. Possibly the funniest thing ever because no way would I ever come back and would highly advise everyone else in the area the same. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is to make sure this review is shown. I would give negative stars if possible. read more

The foot spa is fairly new and located in a busy plaza. It is next to the backstreet clothing store and a few doors away from Mimosa Cafe. Once inside, there is a small,but cozy, reception area. My fiancée and I received gift certificates for 1 hour foot spa and had no idea what to expect. Before entering the massage area, you are asked to silence your phones. The receptionist then lead you inside to a dark lit room with about 16 chairs for guests. Similar to a nail salon, the chairs were next to each other, but had a good amount of space between them. She instructs you to sit on the small chair and remove your shoes. Shortly afterwards, your masseuse arrives and provides you with a neck, shoulder, arms, legs massage. Towards the end, you are asked to switch chairs and lay down. The masseuse provides you with a towel to cover your eyes and a blanket. Then you lay back and enjoy your foot massage! John and Wilson were great. I gave four stars because this experience was great however there were a few things that took away from it. The receptionist did not make it clear that we were to use a sign they provide and leave on a table to signal if we wanted hard or light massage style. Additionally, since you are in a shared space, any noise from other guests are magnified and may interrupt your experience. read more

This was an amazing experience after several days of shopping. I got the one hour foot and total body massage. The experience has you in a large room with several other people however you would never know it. The chairs were amazing the massage was fantastic the background music the smell the cleanliness all great. I highly recommend this place. Sure wish they had one back in PA where I'm from. read more

This is a wonderful foot spa. You get taken to a darkened room with soft Japanese music playing. They bring a foot soak to you and while you are in the water, you get an upper back massage over your clothes. It feels heavenly. After your soak, you get moved to the foot massage chair and they apply lotions and massage each foot and lower leg. It is extremely relaxing and you walk out feeling rejuvenated. Had full body and foot massage today . Requested female masseuse however was told Male may be better for pressure. Nice guy but did not have much anatomy knowledge and felt like more of a vigorous rub with elements of irrational pressure rather than a relaxing massage.
