Bacon and Scallions put this dish right over the top. Portobello & Truffle Flatbread. Portobello mushrooms, goat cheese, Truffle oil, and arugula. Flavor Bomb! They're very cold, right out of the fridge, like sushi from Wegmans. I'm sure they were made that day, and I get they're trying to save some time, especially for the labor-intensive chirashi, but you can't taste it as well when it's cold like that.
