I had come in to try a bit of lunch. The dining area was very clean. I ordered wings & fried rice. It was noon and most of the customers were take out. My order came out & it was delicious. Wings were meaty & crisp. Fried rice was good. I saw their sushi & it looked good. I'll be back to try it. The staff was very pleasant & accomodating. Tried to order by phone but I couldn't get anyone after trying for about 10 minutes. I had to go in person to order and wait for about 25 minutes (on a weeknight). The hibachi steak is a great deal for the price and portions! The sushi is really good as well. My mom got the hibachi chicken but said the chicken was very bland. It did look a little unseasoned and pale. I'll definitely come back again for sushi and hibachi steak... we'll probably pass on the chicken. read more

This place is truly why the "3" rating exists. I suspect the majority of their business is Carry out. My wife and I were the only seated dinners. It took a long time to get my wife's sushi. So long in fact, I had finished eating my hibachi steak before her food arrived. Since all orders are bagged up to go, it was easy to just get up and leave. My meal had a few sparse pieces of tough meat, some way overcooked vegetables and a lot of rice. Three packets of soy sauce gave it some flavor. My wife's sushi and salad was "not bad, not good, but not bad". There is nothing quite so bad as something that is "not bad". So this place is a 3 in all regards. Try it if you want, if you see a seat with my name on it, feel free to sit there. I won't be using it. read more

I love the place and the owner, but she needs better help some of the waitress have nasty attitudes. there one particular blond hair lady poor attitude think she use to be the manager at the seafood house that open up recently. I can only speak to the sushi at Tokyo Grill, but it is the best in Aiken. Don't let the typical look of the place or the fact that it's in a shopping center fool you, the sushi chef (I don't know if they have more than one, but it's always the same guy when I go) really is the best. There's almost always a to-go wait, so you may be sitting for a few minutes waiting. That's a good sign though, they're in high demand. When first arriving in Aiken, I wasn't very impressed with the sushi options in town. But after trying Tokyo Grill a couple (or a dozen) times, I'd choose it over my favorite place back home. read more

The sushi chef has skills. Perfect Presentation and the rolls tasted great! Walking in I was questioning if I'd stay to eat. It looks like a take out place but the Chef made up for that and then some. read more

Very good & quick! For $9.99 you can get a California roll & a huge box of food. Or if you don't want sushi with your meal, you can get something else for between $5.99-$7.99. My husbands teriyaki steak with fried rice & veggies was just $6.99 & he couldn't eat it all. My teriyaki chicken combo with California roll, teriyaki chicken, fried rice & veggies for $9.99 was more than enough to feed myself, 3 yr old & still leave with leftovers. I called ahead of time, fearing the waiting time . Welp an hr and a half goes by and still no meals ready. I called again to check how much longer I needed to wait . They told me it was ready and that it's been ready for 10 min. Liars. When I walked in there she said that it wasn't even ready. Will never return again! read more

My biggest problem..... I was told it would be a 25 minute wait, did i still want to place my order? Sure, thats not a horrible wait time. Turned into 45 minutes and 5 people who came after me got there food 10 minutes before I got up to complain. I was told it would only be a couple more minutes. Which was a lie. Stopped here for dinner. Staff were watching tv and the place was empty. The guy who took our order seemed more interested in the tv than us. Both me and my daughter ordered the two item combo with fried rice, shrimp, and chicken. When we got to our hotel we noticed my daughter didn't get chicken. No loss really, my chicken was really dry. The Shrimp was good. The rice was not fried at all. It was plain white rice with soy sauce poured on it. Don't think I will return. read more

I would continue going to this restaurant if they could stop messing up my orders. I ordered a Steak Bowl Combo which comes with Sushi like I normally get when I come here. Now this is not the first time they messed up my order but today was the last straw because they are consistent at messing up my order. The menu states that it comes with fried rice, steak, and vegetables. Well when I open my order that I paid for it had the steak and the rice but no vegetables . So entirely I did not get my "Steak Bowl Combo" instead I got a whole other order. I call to ask if I can get what I paid for but instead they wanted to just give me the vegetables in a cup to suffice for their error. To me this just say they do not care about their customers. Love the honey mustard chicken wings and chicken fried rice. The prices are reasonable as well.

waited 20 minutes for one roll and it was warm and not fresh at all when i got it. i called to ask for a refund or an exchange to try a different menu item and the store owner started arguing with me. poor customer service will not be returning, 10$ for a sushi roll that isn't fresh at all when i could get better sushi for cheaper at kroger. read more

This restaurant's food is very good. I have never had any bad food here, and I have also never had any bad service. I'm not sure how authentic the food is, but nonetheless it's tasty. I go here quite often. The menu is easy to understand and they are awesome about cooking things to order if you need to make a change. And the best think, it's so adorable and you get so much food! The only reason I am giving 4/5 stars is because of the environment. The owners should think about revamping/redecorating. Other than that, I love this place. read more

Love this place! Stop by about 2 or 3 times a month on the way home from Aiken Tech! They have a really great lunch special you can't beat! They give you a lot a fried rice and I loveeee the veggies. Favorite meats from there are the hibachi shrimp and chicken!!!! The White Sauce that comes with your meal is soooo good I always order an extra one. Staff are great and really nice people.
