Came in here for the 1st time and I have been blown away by the awesomeness. It's 7:39 on a Wednesday night. Not to crowded at all. I'm enjoying the Salmon Bowl with a combination of Green Dragon Sauce and Green Curry. I added veggies and this bowl is one of the best meals I've had this month. Hope and Katrina helped navigate Tiffany and myself (John Divon) through the ordering process. I said these two ladies should have their own TV show. Their service is above and beyond. Tiffany says her Poke Bowl is Yummy. We are also enjoying Iced Tea that tastes great. I will def be coming back for more. My Panda Tattoo feels right at home with the beautiful Bamboo decor. Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had at any restaurant. I simply asked for double vegetables and a half serving of rice. I received the exact opposite of what I asked for which is not that big of a deal and can be easily fixed. When I asked the food runner (gray hair, gray bear and named Steve) to please correct the issue he argued with me. He told me I gave my order wrong. I paused, and repeated the order I asked for. I handed him the bowl and again asked him to correct it. He turned and went back to the cook. I could see his arms waving around and he looked to then be yelling at the cook. I walked over and apologized to the cook and and reiterated what I was asking for. The food runner then interrupted me and started yelling at me for walking up and told me I was being very unprofessional and that he was being very accommodating. I told him "actually, you are the professional and I am the customer." It was very embarrassing because he was yelling at me at the top of his lungs and other customers were staring. The cook brought my food out to me which was nice of him. The problem was that he just mixed up what I sent back and then served it to me again. We had a brief exchange and I realized I will not be able to reason with these individuals. I was pretty hungry at this point so I just quietly at my food. While I was eating the food runner approached my table, AGAIN! He started raising his voice again, I stopped in midsentence and asked him to please leave my table and luckily he did. I never write bad reviews. I feel really bad doing so however this was such a bad experience, it is still astounding to me, one day later. I figured this is worth sharing with other patrons. No one deserves to be treated that way. I emailed Tokyo Joe's and they gave me a free entree which is nice but it doesn't seem like they are taking this individuals behavior seriously based off the context of our email exchange. I literally never have a good experience here. The staff always seem miserable, and the last time I ordered, I got all the way back to my store, and my order was wrong. The only reason I come here once or twice a year is because I work in the mall and get a discount. I don't intend to come back. I get treated like shit by customers all day long, I definitely don't need to put up with it on my lunch break from some jerk behind a fast food counter. I go to this location a couple of times a month, and I have had a wonderful experience every time. The mo joe bowl is my favorite; the pineapple provides the sweetness to counter balance the other flavors. Staff is always prompt and friendly, would definitely recommend if you are near the mall. Came with my wife to Tokyo Joe's and I was thinking it was a fast food service place and I was astonished because they treat you like you're actually dining at a restaurant they ask you if you want a cup of water ,they come to your table and ask how your meal is.Their service and staff are up to par. Also I recommend their signature Bowl the Yakitori Bowl me and my wife enjoyed it we were skeptical at first but it was delicious. Going to come here again very soon. read more

Tokyo Joes at the Cherry Creek mall. Unfriendly unhelpful wait staff. Pointed out that there were inedible black bits throughout my bowl. Asked what's that? "Oh, that's cilantro." But it's black and burnt. "Oh, it probably got stuck on the bottom of the pan." No apology. No offer to fix it or replace it. It's fun to be in an old comedy routine. Totally blown away by the customer service. I have a lot of foodallergies and knew I was going to have a complicated order and this young lady by the name of Britany was amazing she took her time and looked through the menu book for me to see what I could eat. I've never had anybody at a restaurant do that for me before and I felt bad because they were so busy and I was holding up the line. She was so patient with me. Happy to see Tokyo Joe's open inside the Cherry Creek Shopping Center. The mall really needed more fast casual restaurants like this one to balance out all the sit down restaurants and dessert/coffee places. Plenty of choices at Tokyo Joe's to satisfy everyone...from rice bowls and noodle bowls to sushi and spring rolls. Order and customize your meal at the front and a server later brings the prepared meal to you. The staff was friendly and quick and yo couldn't tell this location just opened recently. read more

awful experience. i waited 45 minuets for two bowl and a bento box when there ended up not being the box on my order. they gave order to a different table. the lady at the register told me i was being dramatic and needed to stop complaining. the boy running food was very sweet and gave us a refund. but costumer service skills need to be fixed. read more

This is a new addition to the Cherry Creek mall and this was my first visit. The food is as expected and service was exceptional. I was pressed for time and did take away but I definitely see this as a healthy option while shopping. I am drastically changing my review. I work nearby and have been here several times a week. Food quality and service have dropped. I stopped going to the Colorado Blvd location because of this. I was in at 3:30 pm to grab a quick bite for late lunch and ordered 2 shrimp spring rolls. I said I was on a tight schedule and was told they would only be 5 minutes. After 20 minutes I walked up and was told one order was ready as it was pre made and the other was being made. I should have just left but I was famished. There was hardly any shrimp and the peanut sauce was nasty. Mostly shredded carrots. They apologized but I didn't have time to eat and was late back to work. Must find other options. read more
