Access down the side of the house was a bit tight, requiring me to remove a couple of gates... and the fence area was bordered by a the walkway for my pool. I hired Tom in September 2024 to remove a total of 3 stumps. The stump in the backyard was hard to access and had limited space to operate. The two stumps in the front parking strip were easily accessible however they were surrounded by in-ground irrigation lines. Tom used his small power grinder on the backyard stump. Keeping in mind that he didn't have much room to maneuver, he was able to take out a good portion of the stump. Tom used a pick axe (?) and lots of brute strength to hack out the two front yard stumps. He was cautious around the irrigation lines and I'm happy to report they didn't get damaged at all. Let's see. I broke my Hi Lift pulling out a stump. I guess you could say I got "stumped". Didn't feel like renting a truck so I can rent a trailer so I can get a stump grinder and a saw and some ear covers and a babysitter to watch the kids while I do this.
