Dropped my car off here to get checked out due to engine issues. They had my car almost 3 weeks, didn't contact me once and when I contacted them several times they said they would talk to the technician and call me back they never did. I bought a $24000 mini van from this dealer, and after the paper work was completed, I was informed that the van I bought only had 1 key fob, these are $300. After I brought it to the attention of the sales manager Todd waybright ,refused to do anything for me .saying "I am not doing a Damn thing for you".after he cussed at me , he then put his hands on me. In front of my 5 yr old son..after I called the Kelley complaint line, I received a new key fob. Problem solved. ..but this man Todd waybright is very rude and will treat you like dirt, after he has your money. .save yourself from this type of treatment, and don't buy your next vehicle from Kelley. read more

Purchased an '18 Jeep Wrangler from Tom Kelley Ford recently. We searched and compared for what we wanted and drove 45 min from home to see this Jeep. My husband asked about the Jeep tools and tool to remove the locking nut that typically comes with the Jeep and the salesman told us he'd see that we get them. He even tried obtaining them before we left the dealership that day after the purchase...with no luck. Weeks went by and we communicated via text and email as to the status of the tools. They assured they mailed on a certain day, but would resend them through a trackable mail source. Then 3-5 days later we receive part of the tools in a standard mailing package with a date of the few days prior when we expressed frustration of not receiving anything yet. We followed up today letting them know we finally received the Jeep tool kit but not the locking nut, they said "Unfortunately it is a pre owned vehicle and from what my manager has said we already ordered 2 jeep tool kits and sent them to you. He said as of right now if you wanted to look into a after market kit or something you can do that but we have done what we can do". We feel that it was a simple request upon making a larger purchase from them. Their final comments really left a bad taste in our mouths. We will not be taking our Jeep there for service like we intended to do and we will not recommend nor use them again. Yes we can find the tool and order online. Drove over an hour to look at a used 2008 escape listed on the internet for $5700. test drove, was interested, sales person gave me price of $7910.. on paper w/ protection package. that i didnt ask for . so assuming they were taking advantage of a woman..i said they could call me monday. i wanted to think about it.... no call!! so when i called they informed me someone else was driving it and they had first dibs...so, again i asked the sales person to call me..let me know ( i made an offer). he said he would call me back in an hour.....again, no call.. next day, nothing. so then i look at the same vehicle listed on the internet, and tom kelly ford had dropped the price? this time $5500. scam? so i called again, they informed me its sold...thanks for all the help!!!!!! not. wish there were a "0" star button!!!! read more

If I could give less than one star, I would! We bought a brand new 2016 Ford Edge off the lot in 2016. I put a lot of miles on my vehicle, seeing how I work in Ft. Wayne. During a routine maintenance at our local mechanic, he advised us that we had major problems and needed to get our vehicle back the dealership immediately. We only had 2,000 miles left before the power train warranty was out. This was the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. We get our vehicle up there that day; they tell us it will be at least a week before the master mechanic can look at it. Then they eventually did look at it, and it we were told there was nothing wrong with it. My husband told them to check again because our mechanic says there was. Upon further investigation, we have a cracked engine block. This is the middle of June. We are then told that the engine is on national back order until July 11th and someone will call us on July 11th to update us. No call. Three calls later on July 13th, we finally get someone to call us. Engine was in; waiting for more parts though. Then on July 18th, we are told that there is some screw being not threaded correctly, and now our car has to be sent to a body shop. It is now July 22, and I have been without my vehicle since the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. My husband called to talk to someone in charge at Decatur; supposedly there is no one in charge at the local dealer. My husband was given the number of the VP of operations for Tom Kelley in Ft. Wayne, no return call. I was promised via chat on Friday that someone would contact my husband on Friday to discuss; you guessed it. No phone call. We have owned Ford vehicle for 30 years; that is coming to a screeching halt. Nor will we ever buy anything from Courtesy in Decatur or any place associated with Tom Kelley. This is definitely the worst customer service I have ever received. read more

Extremely overpriced!! Had service work performed on a vehicle and I will never go back. Extremely high priced labor and the upmark on the parts are out of the world. You can't run a business by getting rich off of one customer. Poor Poor Poor. This community is too small to charge the way they do!!
