To say Tom & team are incredible is an understatement. I had a tree about to fall on my house, dangerous to be inside type of fall. Tom came at 7:30 AT NIGHT on a Saturday to come look at it. He dropped it the next morning. I think that most arborists would've declined the job, and I called at least 7. Tom was the only person who picked up and immediately headed to my home. This was an extremely risky job with high stakes and Tom and Kyle delivered, and then some. We will never use anyone else for arbor work and I would recommend him to anyone. Not to mention, I was expecting this to several thousands of dollars +. It ended up being a fraction of the cost. Skilled, professional and affordable. Couldn't ask for anything more! I'm really impressed by the professionalism and quick response time of this organization. Here in the Sierra Foothills, we have many old oak trees that have become decayed due to remnants of a long-ago fire. In our case, two of these trees were threatening both the house and our (flammable) propane tank. Fortunately, these folks came to our rescue, at a price that didn't seem all that unreasonable, after receiving bids from two other companys. We live in the Bay Area and own property in the Forest Hills area, called Lots of tree service companies and only to return to my call. I get this with today's economy everybody's busy but Tom had the decency to return our call visit the property give us a quote and completed the project without a deposit. The other guy required we take time and meet him at the property to discuss the project with no other options. Tom did what he said he was going to do went above and beyond to make our lives easier and was $1,200 cheaper then the other guy mentioned who had not even looked at the property. Fantastic, clean, fast, and professional tree removal company. We have zero complaints. We used another company prior to remove a tree and it was terrible. Inconsiderate! They were cutting back a tree for someone living the next street over, yet parked next to my house on a dead end private road, which happens to be on our property. I asked them to move the truck, as I work nights and must sleep. They said there was no other place they could park, but would move it before chipping, They told me they would put the branches in the back of the truck and chip elsewhere, but did not. The chainsaws and chipping took 2+ hours and they left a mess on our private street/property and blew all of the chipping onto our property. I would think twice before hiring a company who has no consideration for others and goes back on their word. read more
