It was our first time trying this Thai restaurant. It was very pleasant inside and the service was tremendous. There were two people waiting on the tables and everyone seemed to be getting their food very fast. We were there on a Saturday afternoon about 4:30. We tried the appetizer combo and Hawaiian fried rice and drunken noodles with chicken. We also had coconut ice cream with sticky rice for dessert. All of the food was okay.. not spectacular but okay. The Hawaiian fried rice was kind of disappointing in that it didn't have that much flavor. I ordered the drunken noodles with chicken hot spice level and it was about a five on a scale of 1 to 10. I do want to say again the service was excellent and it's not the best Thai place I've ever been to but it's worth a try. read more

TERRIBLE ordering system and service. The website tells you they'll send you an email for confirmation, got it 5 minutes later. I had no clue if it went through, so I called immediately after I got the email to change the pick up time. They say it's ready and asked if I want to cancel. I asked for the food to at least be put in the warmer and was told yes and then before we hung up, was told that I could warm it up. I arrived and it was sitting on the counter for the 45 minutes.. $50 to warm my food up. I won't be returning. read more

I've been here since 2019, we love their foods and always took our family there very often, even if we not be able to go, we still ordered by DoorDash lots too, but today, I took my 2 years/3 years old sons to have lunch, my kids talked loudly, awhile the lady taking my orders, she keep saying shhhh to my kids, which my husband said we are sorry. Then 1/2 of our foods that's we orders came, she came back again then she said be quiet, there other customers sitting around, my husband said sorry again and I said what's can we do with 2/3 years old kids. Other customers talking loudly too, we can't enjoy our foods there, so we asked to take it Togo. We won't come back ever again. That's not how you treat your customers,!!!! My wife and I like the food here, but over the years there has been a build up of dust. Particularly around the air vents, so you know it's being blown through out the restaurant. I'm not fond of the table cloths, for me they seem to add to the dinginess. Honestly, on my last visit, I purposefully did not go into the restroom because I wasn't sure how bad that would be. In my mind the front and the restrooms, kind of give you an indication of the kitchen too. As I said, we like the staff and we like the food. We went here at 2pm on a Sunday. There are a couple locations I believe but I've only ever been to this one. I got the rice noodle soup with chicken and my bf got the green curry. Mine has good flavor if a little bland (some sriracha fixed that right up). The green curry was excellent. Courteous staff and attentive servers means we will definitely go back. We finally returned after a several years. It's not because we didn't like it, we just haven't bother to go. We were quickly greeted and seated in a booth. The table and booth were clean. After a quick perusal of the menu I went with the Drunken Noodles with Pork, HOT. Wife had the chicken Pad Thai - Medium. The portions were generous. Found my dish to be only slightly spicy so I got the Thai condiment caddy and added some heat. My wife's Pad Thai tasted slightly sweet to me, but she really enjoyed it and took half home. We walked into an empty restaurant and it was half filled by the time our food arrived. Service was great considering only two people were working. There was a full house when we left. My family and I come here close to 2-3x a week and i always bring my friends here and they always love it, My Go to order is the Red coconut curry with Chicken (I order extra chicken) and Red peppers and extra eggplants that's a 10/10 their spice levels are crazy so i order it pretty tame because mild is tough haha and for noodles their drunken noodle/pad thais are delicious . The restaurant was nice and clean, the people that work (owned?) were pleasant, and the service was good. the food, tho, was pretty forgettable. The green curry was pretty bland without any pop out flavors, not very distinguishable from the rice. Also, asked for it extra hot (specified Thai hot), this barely made my nose run. We have been going to Tom Yum since they opened. The food was Americanized-style Thai food with good service. Over the past two years, we have noticed inconsistent food quality. About four months ago, we ordered our usual Tom Yum Soup and three entrees. Usually, the entrees include a curry, a noodle dish, and spicy basil. I had just returned from Hawaii and was impressed at the quality of the food. The restaurant was busy, and the service was excellent. About a month ago, we returned with several guests around 6 PM. First, the restaurant was like a ghost town. There was one additional customer, which should have been a warning. The Tom Yum arrived and had a brown base, unlike the usual Tom Yum reddish base. It tasted terrible and was like a beef broth. We ordered medium spicy, but it lacked taste other than salt. The chicken in the soup tasted old and was tough. This is not Tom Yum soup! The ring Calamari was tough, overcooked, and difficult for us to eat. The green curry lacked depth, had no spice, and appeared diluted with water. The Spicy Thai basil was good and the only saving grace of this meal. We have noted that the meals can be good or bad. This meal was not only bad but had little to no Thai basics. I don't know what has happened to the restaurant, but there is likely a direct correlation to the number of people eating the food quality. Unfortunately, we are looking for another Thai experience in the Surprise area. I would have rated it one star, but we have fond memories and raised it to 2 stars. read more

NOT A GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. Food was not horrid, but not great either. I had the yellow curry which was pretty good. My mother had the green curry which was okay-at-best. The biggest problem is that the PORTION SIZE IS SMALL. At the start of the pandemic they got rid of their lunch menu which is understandable and only serve their dinner menu all day. Unfortunately, the menu entrees are a lunch-sized portion at dinner prices. Should have listened to the reviews ‍ new to the area and I'm search for authentic Thai food. Ordered the som tum and asked if they can make it Laos style since my family is lao and they didn't even try to. The som tum tasted just like bottled lemon juice was poured over it. The pad Thai was soggy and gross. I knew it wouldn't be good when I opened it up and saw a lemon. Usually it's suppose to be a lime which is no big deal but if you want better pad Thai I'd say noodles and company's pad thai is way better than what I got . The food is tasty but ...so disappointed. Things have changed since COVID. Previously, that is prior to COVID this was a great little place. Now, they installed some plastic walls between tables---argh--very unfriendly looking....I realize some may feel safer this way but I'll stay home next time. They no longer offer the appetizer soup and eggroll that they gave free to every customer. They don't have a lunch menu. It's pricey....Lunch was $34 without the tip. $40 for lunch in this strip shopping center convinces me that i don't need to go backl. read more

Very disappointed. Have eaten there lots of times. Tonight again I got the spice level my husband asked for and he got mine ! Not the first time this has happened !! But tonight was the first time my Yellow Curry was orange !! and tasted totally different to every other time I've ordered it. The spice heat on top was one mistake too many.. Food is ok (3/5) but service is abysmal. We found them to be the only halfway decent Thai food in Surprise, and we always tolerated the borderline rude attitude. We ordered takeout tonight and got the Panang curry and an order of pad Thai. The curry is supposed to come with rice, and we got less than half an order. We order extra peanuts on the pad Thai and got cashews. We dont have an allergy issue with the cashews so we let that roll, but we felt the rice issue was ridiculous having spent $36 for two entrees.
