    I came here on Friday and because of Covid19, they are not allowing people to walk through the…read moreshowroom. I was greeted quickly by 2 different employees. Purchases need to be made online and they have curbside pickup. I was there for some shower parts for a bathroom remodel but I know NOTHING about plumbing so I was a little concerned about not getting the right thing. I asked the gentleman out front, Matthew, if he could help me because I didn't have a clue what to look for online. He said yes and looked at my bag of parts and knew exactly what I needed. He went into the store and he and another gentleman came out with two different options for me. After some discussion, I decided on one and made my purchase. I just want to say thank you to that Matthew for helping me out and making the whole thing very easy and quick. I appreciate his expertise and professionalism.

Apparently, none of that mattered. When we walked in, the woman at the front desk was on the phone. We understand people have to answer calls, but basic customer service costs nothing. She never looked up, never smiled, never acknowledged that we had entered, and made absolutely no effort to let us know someone would be with us shortly. We wandered the showroom for more than 35 minutes waiting for assistance. Finally, my husband politely walked back to the front desk, quietly said, "Excuse me," and asked if there was anyone else who could help us. She pointed at the phone, completely ignored his question, and continued her conversation as though we didn't exist. Not even a simple, "Someone will be with you in a few minutes." It was obvious that helping a customer on the phone was more important than the customers who had taken the time to come into the showroom ready to make a six-figure purchasing decision. The complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, and common sense was astonishing. We left without buying a single thing and will gladly spend our money somewhere that actually values its customers. Losing over $100,000 in business because an employee couldn't be bothered to acknowledge people standing in front of her is an incredible failure in customer service. Based on this experience, I would never recommend this business to anyone.
