Really disappointed with my experience at Tommy's in Woodstock. I ordered cheese fries with my meal, got home, and they weren't in the bag. When I called, they said I wasn't charged for them--even though I know I ordered them. I had to drive all the way back, and while they did apologize, that was it--no effort to make up for the inconvenience. By the time I got home again, the rest of my food was cold. Stopped and ordered a hot dog and fry, let/pick/easy must/easy onion w/fries well done Dog and fries were wrapped together, and the dog and topping where everywhere. The fries were is very potatoey, not well done. Not sure what's up at this location, but it seems like no one cares. From the drive thru sign being faded/damaged to the point where only 40 % of it is even legible, to the attitude with the drive thru employee, and not to mention the overall appearance of the exterior. So we've gotten drive-thru from here before and decided to try and eat in this time. They were out of root beer, out of Sprite, and when we tried to get someone to change the syrup bag two people walked away from my wife mid-sentence. Tried calling for fifteen minutes. Finally when to the Woodstock site. When I went in there was one customer inside and three cars in the drive through. I asked for the manager he told me that they were to busy to answer the phone. The time it took place my order would of been the same time to have taken it on the phone. I've been a loyal Tommy's fan since I was a kid, but it has recently gone down hill. I have four children, so the drive thru is a must. They put the fries in the bag upside down, put everything on a ketchup only burger and gave me a medium drink instead of large. I should not have to open every bag and box in the drive thru (& delay those behind me) to make sure they do their job correctly. My orders are never that crazy, but it seems they have a very difficult time getting them right. And it seems you have 2 types of french fries now, raw or completely over fried. Food is too greasy. Inside feels like it needs a good steam cleaning. Gyros are the best sandwich, and they pile the meat on. Pretty standard fare: Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Fries, Chicken, Ital Beef. Have a great location, which helps drive business.
