I travel often and this kind of hiccup happens more than it should. My membership had technically been canceled for next month, yet somehow it was already deactivated. I had even tanned just last week in Austin, so I was frustrated and fully expected to be turned away like I have been in the past. But Kayla completely changed that experience. The moment I walked in, she complimented me--something small, but it made my whole day after a long 9-6. She didn't just shrug off the issue; she took the time to call two Austin locations to figure it out and still let me tan. That's never happened before. I've had plenty of run-ins like this, and no one's ever been this helpful or kind. Kayla was professional, friendly, and genuinely wanted to help. Thanks to her, I got to tan before a big training week, and now I feel confident walking in on day one. I'm seriously so grateful. Kayla is amazing at her job, and Palm Beach Tan is lucky to have her!
