Absolutely delicious pizza! The inside is very cozy- wood walls with greenery for decor. The staff were super polite and our pizzas were ready quickly. I had the hot honey pizza which was so good! The pizzas are personal size but still quite large I didn't expect to finish the whole thing but it was so good I almost did- took the rest home for leftovers. Love this place for an easy pizza to go or an easy summer time patio dinner date. My go to is the hot honey pizza substituting chicken as my protein. Pair the pizza with a carafe of cold white or red wine and chill on the patio. Very reasonably priced. 2 pizzas and a carafe of wine will run you $45-50. More importantly, it's a welcoming place. I personally witnessed staff handle someone come in off the street having a mental health situation with a lot of care and dignity and not with a call to police. I've used them for food for an adult bday party. I ordered 10 pizzas for roughly $150. Ordering was simple and it was ready on time, packaged nicely with everything you needed. Everyone loved it. First of all, the service and staff always top-tier; they are very friendly and helpful always! Far as the ambiance its rather laid back no frills however they do have a nice patio so on the nicer days its good to eat outside. They have a good selection of wine; I had a really delicious red. They have a cute lil parking lot situated between the apartments on the busy street off Broadway. The menu is a fairly basic pizza and salad options. No wings or sandwiches. We ordered a large Aegean salad, the Wind and an ultra pizza. The pizzas are around 12in and one pizza and a salad would've been fine for two people if you don't eat a lot of pizza. I would do two pizzas for two people in car though. Plus left overs! Everything was pretty basic. Nothing very flavorful or amazing. Having some barbecue sauce to dip the pizza in was helpful. I have been driving past this GEM for the better part of a decade and I finally stopped in! There truly isn't a bad thing I can say about Element. Starting upon entry into the small, quaint, and cozy space I was immediately greeted by nothing but smiling faces. I also noticed a very nice outdoor seating area perfect for summer evenings. We are off to a booming start. Now it's time to make a decision on what to order. This is where things get hard, I literally wanted it all. We settled on the Spicy Feta Dip to start. Super creamy and delicious and the bread was perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and softer, doughy inside. For pizzas we went with one special and one main stay - both were crazy good. Stopped here with family after picking them up from the airport. Being from NJ it can be challenging to find good pizza in the Midwest but Element is on their game! Parking lot is tight but you should be able to find a spot even if you have to wait a few minutes. Prices are super reasonable and there are plenty of options to choose from. Been watching a lot of pizza reviews lately! A food group all on its own for so many reasons! This was some great Pizza! I have driven by here a million times, can't believe that it took me so long to try this place! This did start with an attempt to take my daughter to Young Joni while she was home for break...that was shot down by a witchy manager a little high on her place and overly rude to my daughter...oh well, it was a toss-up anyways...been to Young Joni before, great place with lots of attitudes! My daughter got the Northeast special with extra olives...I got the Mediterranean which was meatless. Both were wonderful! The crust is that perfect crisp edge, very little flop and a nice char..but a soft chewy center while still being very thin and strong! Now a crust like this is not easy to do, and they do it very well! Flavors where great, not to many ingredients to weigh it down and sog it up while not being short on them at all! Just the right amount of cheese, just the right amount of everything! This is definitely top 5 for me in the city right now, definitely deserving of another taste test and something I look forward to! Pricing good, location good, pizza way better than good! Probably one of my favorite places in NE Mpls! They have a selection of speciality pizzas but my partner and I like to do our own BYOP- build your own pizza! You can definitely share a pizza if you want but trust me who I say, you're definitely going to want to get your own! That way if you don't finish it all- bomb, you got a snack for later. What I love the most about this place though is the Roasted Calamata Olives with Rosemary Flat Bread. It's so simple but so good and taste so fresh. It's salty, oily and as a little tangy from the lemon. And that rosemary flat bread is definitely the star of the show! It really brings it all together nicely. Btw all their appetizers comes with that delicious rosemary flat bread! Plus all their pizzas comes with mozzarella. As for the vibe of the place, it is pretty small and but we still enjoyed the small patio seating and was able to get a parking in their small parking lot. We were on a bit of a road trip and the staff was great, making sure we had napkins and any utensils we might need. This place is one of my favorite wood fired pizza places. Great prices & superb quality! The actual pizza center is a bit thin with a thicker crust edge but I love that style. My husband not as much of a fan. Not thin "crackery" style but much thinner than most. The pizza size is a little smaller but that just gives you the option to try my pizza types. The pizza is Always so fresh & super friendly staff! Would recommend that you come here next time you want great service & quality at an amazing price. They beer and wine options available as well. My husband tried one of the pizzas on the menu and I made my own with goat cheese and prosciutto. In the past, I could easily eat a whole pizza and feel just right but now, 2/3 pizza and I'm done. Thankfully the taste is still the same.
