After numerous negative on-site dining experiences that were suboptimal, the take-out process now appears to be faltering as well. Regrettably, while I once heartily recommended Ollie's I believe they now have systemic service quality issues which, while insidious, are not intractable. It sounded like the phone was picked up and hung up. I called back 2 more times and got the same result. I see on their website you can place an order online, which costs a fee. The order has to be paid by credit card. No thanks! Mateo's just lost a customer. With the way rents are, they should not be turning away business.
