I got 2 skewers, one meat and one chicken and a tabouleh salad. Absolutely delicious! Honestly, I was full while eating but I couldn't stop. He gave me 2 sauces, one garlic sauce (which I honestly didn't try) but another sauce that was incredible. I am definitely definitely going to go there more often and I recommend it 10/10. You'd think that it's not 100% authentic Lebanese, but the way the food is made is delicious nonetheless.

It's super convenient for delivery to church...like 5 minutes away. I ordered a little bit of everything: St. Louis ribs baby back ribs smoked sausage brisket rib burnt ends mac n cheese collard greens baked beans potato salad hickory sauce the food was ordered to go. when i looked at it prior to leaving the place... omgosh, it looked really good overall. everything WAS really good. Mom really liked it as well as Mark (he had only burnt ends and mac n cheese). Potato salad was only no go. That item had too much vinegar or something. I don't like that tang taste. Greens were good! I could taste vinegar but it was not over powering. I also think we could add seasoning to the pan, if needed. brisket was delicious but I know it could be expensive. i'm not sure how I didn't get chicken but I can cure that soon. Greens: This is a big deal for us because we did not really want to have greens as part of the party, but I know my Momma loved them from the prior order. This time, they had that strong vinegar taste that i am not a fan of. The consistency of taste was not there. I think that if we use them for catering, we will ask that they limit the vinegar and be sure to taste it. It could use more seasoning too. Mac n cheese: I don't think this can go wrong there! Sooo good. My son loves it. Our cups however, were a little low on portion, which was disappointing. I tried to add the pics from my phone but could not...I will update if I can. Overall, I think timing of the day for an order is important. I think this could be a five-star rating if I did not get the full array of food over a couple of days. There was an option to place the order in person or electronically. I chose to speak with someone, so I could get some inside info. I decided to go with the brisket sandwich and the cheddar jalapeno cornbread. The food came out quickly and looked amazing. Before I added any of their many sauces, I tried the brisket by itself. The meat wasn't over seasoned, and was full of smoky goodness. And it was extremely tender, but not falling apart. Even if you didn't have teeth, you would still have enjoyed it. And the sandwich was packed full of brisket. The cornbread was crumbly and light, with a little kick from the jalapenos. I really enjoyed the experience, the staff, and the food. I'll be back when I have a little more time, so I can try even more things on the menu.

Now the one disappointing aspect was I ordered the fries and they definitely left a little to be desired as I wish you got some more with an order. Typically you can share a fry but this one was a little too small to share. I definitely will be back again soon as I want to try to the spicy smash burger and I hope it delivers as well as the bmc smash burger did! This is by far one of the better smash burger spots in broward so give it a try, it's worth the drive even if you aren't in Oakland park! Especially for the fact that parking in the area is free!

If i went back to Bruno's, it would probably be after they were 100% setup and running at full capacity. I would definitely get another burger and hopefully a lemonade.
