Look it wasn't a big inconvenience and I didn't want anything for free or a refund or a discount but when you're a manager and someone bring back a wrong order the absolute bare minimum you can do is just offer a simple apology. They refused to put the mayo on or remake it with mayo and instead gave me a cup of mayo to put on myself because "they don't have the bottle mayo". We sat at the bar counter since there were only a few tables and none available. We were told to "hang tight" as she would get to us when she could. After about 20 minutes of waiting and not really seeing any food get served at the noon lunch hour, we decided to 'walk' because we had no idea even when she would take our lunch order. They were severely understaffed and couldn't hand the 20 people who were already seated and not eating yet. If I ever returned, I would arrive way before or considerably later than the lunch hour.
