We hosted a party and decided to order one of their family combos for the first time. We went with the Family Combo #4 which included 4 lbs of Liempo and 48 pieces of Inasal (leg and thighs). Everything was amazing! The meats were flavorful, juicy, and perfectly cooked. Our guests loved it and several people asked where we ordered from! The sauces that came with the combo were also really good and paired perfectly with the meats. A special shoutout to Roxy who helped us with our order! She was super friendly and very helpful. We called for food pickup, and when we came to pick up, we went 15 minutes later just in case they were behind. Guess what? It was still not ready. Then this lady here already has an attitude. Extremely disappointed. i called tonys bbq i was told that their lechon is very flavorful. recommended by my friend. lady i spoke with, clearly told me that the whole lechon price was 380. as i was trying to order for our office department event. i spoke with my boss and she agreed for the lechon price. the next day i called again to confirm my order unfortunately another lady said the price of the lechon is 490. First of all I just have to say the food here is always good. This time got the salmon belly plate, cooked perfectly and the sauces complemented the dish well. The concern I have is the service. I got there at around 3pm and all staff was having lunch and they told me that I had to wait about 10 minutes until they finish their lunch, why would all three of them take their lunch at the same time? There were a few other customers that came in that's why one of them went back to take our orders. I don't mind waiting for them to cook the food to order, but waiting just because all the the staff went to lunch at the same time is a bit out there. read more

I asked for recommendations and she recommended the Chicken Teriyaki Meal and the Liempo Meal (pork belly). She told me that they make everything fresh as they are ordered, so it takes 15-20 min. She was very nice and wiped down the table and chair for me to sit and wait. I waited 20 min. Both meals were very delicious!! The chicken and the pork belly are full of flavor! They're also sweetened but not too sweet. The only down side is that they are a bit burnt. I also wish they didn't use plastic containers even though it says they are microwave safe. I was surprised that both meals came with a soup (it's similar to the Chinese egg drop soup). I think they added a lot of starch. Not too salty. It was super hot though, so the plastic container felt a bit soft. I wish the meals also came with veggies. The lady recommended ordering during lunch or over the phone. I'm not the type of person who leaves negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. My family and I have been loyal customers for years because we truly enjoy the food--it's consistently delicious. However, we've repeatedly had unpleasant interactions with one of the staff members who takes orders. During my most recent visit, I ordered a chicken and pork platter. When I picked it up, it only came with peanut sauce. I politely asked if there was soy sauce with calamansi and chili included. I was told there was no calamansi available, so I asked if lime could be provided instead. She again answered that they do not have lime. So I again asked perhaps a lemon? The lady visibly irritated and initially insisted that the peanut sauce was the standard pairing. I completely understand that certain dishes come with specific sauces, but I was simply requesting an alternative sauce based on my preference. After some back and forth, I was eventually given lemon, but the interaction felt unnecessarily tense and unwelcoming, and there was no acknowledgment or courtesy extended at the end. When she handed me my order and everything I needed, not even a thank you from her. Unfortunately, this hasn't been an isolated experience. We--and even some of our friends--have noticed a pattern of unfriendly service from the same staff member. She treats customers like she hates her job all the time. Like you couldnt bother ask her one simple question. I do not wish for someone to lose a job but please do something about it, train her if you must. Or maybe she's not the right person to be in frontline. I wouldnt leave this awful review if not for her consistently RUDE personality. While I understand that everyone can have bad days, but lady, you do always have bad days! The next time I crave for your food I would rather just go to other branch than to encounter your employee who handles your customers very poorly. I called to order 1 lb. of grilled salmon and 2 chicken skewers. The cashier (the older woman, not the younger one) took my order and said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I came to pick it up and she gave me 1 tray of liempo instead. Once we found out that was the wrong order, she then angrily told me to wait for another 20 minutes. After I paid and drove home, the 1 lb. salmon turned out to be just a few tiny pieces. I called, but no one picked up the phone. So, we brought it back and the same lady told me to go inside the kitchen. Their scale still showed less than a pound, including the container. She told me it was exactly 1 lb when it was still hot from the oven due to the steam. The younger girl even brought out a bowl of frozen salmon and dumped it in the same scale to show me 1 lb of salmon. I told her, "You're treating me like I'm stupid. That's frozen, and we paid for grilled cooked salmon." That older woman, the cashier, shoveled me out of the kitchen and yelled "You called me stupid???", and slammed the food container on the table outside. I demanded a full refund. She said to call the owner, Tony, and left us hanging. We ordered since 10:45am, but due to the wrong orders and arguing, we left at almost 1:00pm. That woman refused to give a refund and showed me a sign at the window, saying that she had a right to refuse a service and threatened to call the police on me. Eventually she had to give in since other customers behind me told her to just to give us a refund. But then, she gave a refund only for the salmon, not the chicken, and refused to take the chicken back. There was a long line so she had to yield again, and finally, refund the rest. To Tony, the owner! We met and I talked to you a few times. You looked like a decent and honest man who put so much pride in this business. You told me there were more locations in other cities, but what's the point of expanding when you don't know how your workers are treating customers? As a business owner, do you want to lose a 6-year, loyal customer for just a few ounces of grilled fish? Would you prefer to give your customers a few ounces more so they're happy to come back, or sell it short so you look dishonest? As an owner, is the price your business listed on the menu for cooked or raw meat? Grilled or frozen fish? Not only that, have you ever read the negative reviews? And you let that cashier treat customers that way! Tony, you are expanding too fast. If you focus on the locations you have now, don't you see losses instead of profits from losing customers, caused by employees like her? Don't you think that your employees are ripping off customers, and cheating on your profits? Regardless, we won't come back since you are not the only place to sell grilled salmon. And to that rude, savage, dishonest woman, you didn't need to show us the "No Service" sign and threaten to call the police on us from refusing to give a simple refund. The chef had better manners than you. He at least asked us what we wanted to make up for the shortage, but you kept screaming and shoveling us out! My cashier was Roxy and she was very nice. Smiled a lot and provided great customer service. I had to wait 15-20 min. She said everything's freshly grilled so the wait was understandable. The meat was so good and tender. So much flavor. I didn't feel like I needed the sauce it came with since the meat was seasoned enough but the sauce had a smoky taste and was good on the rice.
