Fast, friendly service with great prices and yummy food. My friend and I ordered the double hot dog combo (1 chicago dog; 1 chicago fire dog) which comes with fresh cut fries for $10.99. We also ordered an IBC root beer and got a frosty glass to pour it into for $2.99. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is indoor seating as well as outdoor seating in front of the restaurant with a bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The bar is where you order when you are going to dine outside. We sat outside along with several other people when we visited around 1:30pm. Our food was brought to our table about 5 minutes after we ordered. The hot dogs were steamed and nestled inside a poppy seed bun topped with mustard, relish, a crunchy pickle spear & hot peppers; the fire dog also had giardinera. All the flavors went together really well and complimented the hot dog. Typically I am not a hot dog person, but my friend said they were great and I did enjoy it. The fresh cut fries were also good, not the best ones I've ever had, but great for the price. I found a few to be a bit grease saturated, so I just skipped over eating those particular ones... There was still plenty for both my friend and I to leave feeling satisfied with our meal. I would visit again.

I moved here six months ago from downtown Chicago and was convinced nothing could come close to my old neighborhood favorites--until I tried Tony's Chicago Beef Southside. Their double cheeseburger is a knockout: flavorful, juicy, loaded with fresh ingredients, and an absolute steal at just ten bucks. The fries are everything a Chicago expat could hope for--golden, crispy, and grease‑free, with that unmistakable Al's Beef vibe (IYKYK). If I have one gripe, it's that the bun was a bit too thin to contain the hearty double and started to fall apart toward the end. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside, the place is spotless and decked out with Chicago memorabilia, and the owner's unmistakable Windy City accent instantly made it feel like home.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Four solid stars--thin bun aside, Tony's nails that authentic Chicago taste I've been missing.

Stopped in for a quick lunch to try their Chicago beef. Service was friendly and quick as the lunch rush hadn't yet begun. Lots of beef on the sammy and it came out hot. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area.

Stopped here today for a couple of burgers rings and fries. The burgers were pretty good. The rings were almost 5 bucks for 7 rings , come on. The lady behind the bar seemed like she didn't want to be there. It wasn't service with a smile. They fixed the place up after the hurricane and it looks very cute with the thatched roof. Maybe we should have tried their Italian beef.

It's tempting to snack on popcorn and candy during a movie, but I would rather have a substantial satisfying meal before or after. There are a few options for food in the area, and this is my favorite yet. Service is exceptional. The owner has a high standard for customer satisfaction. I ordered a gyro pita and side Greek salad to share with my wife and it was outstanding. When I eat their food I think "fresh ingredients." The gyro is stacked and is definitely a favorite of ours. Overall, this is a great choice for lunch and dinner. It is a clean quick service restaurant with high quality food. I am excited to return and try some other things on the menu.

The place is clean and well kept. The service was great. The man who took our order was friendly and helpful. He forgot to bring out our side of hummus and 3 falafel. To make up for it, he brought us a full hummus plate with like 8 falafel. That's how you earn loyalty! The food was very good. What you'd expect from a decent Mediterranean spot. Nothing extraordinary, but good flavor, and generous portions. I'll definitely eat here or order from them again!

Atmosphere- This is the building part of a defunct gas station whose pumps have been long-since removed. The inside still had a bit of construction but had a few booths and some stand-up high tables. Everything was clean. Customer Service- The is an order-at-the-counter joint and a friendly young lady with a mask took my order. It was ready in maybe five minutes so no problems with the service. Food- The menu is lots of wings and burgers and dogs along with sides all in various combos. I went with the Texas Bacon Cheeseburger Combo @ $7.50. It came with two sides and I chose fries and dirty rice. I could also choose a can of soda from a couple of coolers. Even though I said my order was for here it was served in a to go bag. Of course, I've seen that before. Everything was piping hot, but I was a little surprised. Check out my picture. The portions of fries and rice were quite small. The burger was surprisingly heavy on a slightly soggy bun. I really didn't taste the small pieces of bacon, but the BBQ sauce and jalapenos got my attention. The burger was so heavy that overall, I was quite stuffed with OK food. Like lots of new joints the jury is still out. I was surprised there were no boneless wings and predict that will change. I'll give them a few weeks to get their act together. Would I visit again? Yup.
