I went in there with a general idea of what I wanted and Dionsio and Luis were able to help me narrow it down. Once we found the vehicle, it took about a week to come in. It was supposed to come in on Saturday but there was a delay due to the weather. They were gracious enough to throw in all weather mats as a courtesy. When the vehicle arrived, I was in and out of there in an hour and a half flat. Never have I ever spent such little time in a dealer. They were efficient yet thorough. I asked if there were any discounts available and I was told that no other discounts were available by the service advisor. Subsequently, I found a service special on the dealership website offering the oil change and tire rotation service for $69.95. The service advisor I was speaking with had been employed by the dealership for 3 years and the service special for oil change and tire rotation was on the dealership website for a week. I don't trust the Service Department to be fair and honest.
