They were helpful in packing areas we didn't get to before the move. negatives: 3/4 guys didn't speak english, this boxes were left everywhere instead of their marked location. wardrobe boxes did not have hanging bar, thus all clothes were left on bed creating a huge mess. some boxes were not packed carefully, resulting in broken kitchenware. some boxes, items were dumped instead of carefully packed. Overall, 4 guys did work really hard, got all beds setup, placed all furniture items in their correct spot. Cost was $480 deposit, $2100 for actual move and a $600 tip.

All-in-all, the experience took longer than originally quoted but that was because we had a LOT to pack and move. Again, the quote is based on the number of hours to complete the move, so I still fully believe that the service is fairly and competitively priced. I'm also very grateful to the team of movers Ludwig, Simon, Jose, and Lupe for staying so long and working so hard that day. They arrived on time and worked very hard and quick to get everything loaded up onto the truck. The movers were very professional and had all the supplies we and they needed. We had some big wire racks and they were able to saran wrap a bunch of boxes on them. They also had some wardrobe boxes that had a rod to hang stuff on. We had stuff at two locations so they had to pick stuff up at one, leave some stuff from spot 1 behind at spot 2, and pick up everything else from spot two before taking it all to its final landing spot. A couple things did break in transit, some cubbies and a glass baking dish, the dish was my fault though as it wasn't wrapped at all, and was in a collapsible bin. They were also able to take away an old mattress, it was a little more expensive that my boyfriend was originally quoted, but after a long day of packing and moving, we were fine paying it to not have to deal with it.

Seeing multiple items damaged during one move was incredibly disappointing and upsetting. What has made the whole experience even worse is what happened afterward. I filed a complaint and spoken with manager and emailed the general manager who entrusted their workers and refused to take a deeper look into this investigation. During the move, instead of coming directly to our location, the movers made a stop first; stating they were going to take a break. I asked the managers to check their gps location for proof and they refused. My family tipped each of the 3 movers in cash additionally and bought them food as a thank you. This was done before we found out some of our items never arrived. As of recent, they have ignored further communication from me. Half service deserves half payment.

They also used floor protectors and mats the entire time, which I really appreciated in both homes. Not only were they efficient and careful, but they also made the whole experience enjoyable.
