Absolutely unacceptable. The eyebrow technician who worked here for 15 YEARS the only reason many loyal clients kept coming was fired for no real reason. Fifteen years of loyalty, experience, and trust meant nothing to this business. Management replaced her with someone who doesn't even come close to her skill level. The quality has dropped drastically, and it's insulting to expect customers not to notice. This place has made it very clear they don't value long-term employees or loyal clients. If I could do -5 I would !! I went to get my nails done Wed afternoon, I got Gel X Mani and Gel Pedi. Choose French tip bc it's the most common technique in which I believed they couldn't mess up. But I was wrongg !! If you can avoid that one lady who answers the phone and taking payments pls do, she will not be attentive, she'll get up MID sesh and come back and forget where she was at like girl..... She did this like 4x. And she's really rough when working with your nails. Bc she is such in a hurry and dgaf about your nails she doesn't freestyle her french tips instead she paints HALF OF YOUR NAIL white, no lie, and wipes a smidge of it off to create the curve. I got medium nails but had to ask her to literally cut it down short bc it didn't have that french tip look, she left my nail looking half white and half clear, the white tip took up half the nail!!! and she makes you feel bad like girl the nails are ugly af... How you mess up a french tip? Tell me why it's 4 days later and 3 nails have fallen off, popped clean off. MY TOTAL was $145 for Gel mani, pedi and they're half gone plssssss... Third time being here, even though they were busy they were organized. They seated me right away and had me wait on a massage chair. Both ladies that helped with my mani/pedi were really nice. I didn't know that they close at 5:00. I came at 6 and the door was fully opened and they were working so I walked inside. The lady at the front asked me what i would like and to pick a color. So I sit in my chair it's 6:10..... I kid you not- it's 6:24 and she is already DONE! And this includes a callus removal. So at one point towards the end, after the lady poured lotion and rubbed it on me for like 2 seconds, I finally asked her: "are you in a hurry?!!!" She said: "we close at 5. Very busy. Today very busy" Ok, I get it..... and I would have respected the fact that they were closed already if ANYONE HAD TOLD ME! I had a very tiring day and I really just wanted some TLC. Maybe a little longer scrub/massage.... this is NOT what I expect when I come to get a pedicure. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied. Not to mention the place looks filthy and they don't use bags on their feet tub. Who knows what infections are lurking in there. I just pray that her items were at least disinfected. My 12 year old daughter went here with a friend last week. They were both getting a full set of nails. Tina, the person who did my daughters nails was very rude to her. She even made her stand up so they could use her chair for another client. So she had to stand up, bent over while they completed her nails. Also, my daughter had to ask her several times to be more gentle as she was hurting her. And, to too it off, she did a horrible job. The nails were so thin that they starting breaking off within 2 days. Several nails had either broken or lifted off entirely within 5 days. When we went back there to request repair, the same lady blamed my daughter saying that she bit them off and she refused to fix them. She put up her hands in my daughters face gesturing for her to leave!!!!! What a horrible way to do business! Despite my daughters age, she is a customer paying full price just like everyone and the lady has no right to treat her poorly or think she is less important than another customer. And, she does crappy work. Someone else was nice enough to repair my daughters nails for her. Tina is not only rude but she also doesn't stand behind her work. A refund should have been given but instead we were insulted further. Its not ok to take someone's money and time and leave them dissatisfied. So i been going to tonys since i was about 15 now im 28. Today i went in and asked them for coffin nails they sat me with a lady who started to do my nails. The lady that did my nails fixed the ugly nails I had(got them done at a horrible place!!) Because of COVID services are outside (they just started this) they were open during the actual pandemic (when they should have been closed) anyway now that services are outside you are even closer to the person next to you. You sit in crappy chairs, cheap buckets for your pedicure. Yet you are still paying the same price as a "spa pedicure" if you're not going to provide "Spa" services. 1st visit here, dislike end result. I got a pedi & fullset acrylic. Pedi was great. Fullset completely dislike, Shaping, length, & presentation. When i asked the tech to do a third coat prior to butting the clear coat she got bothered because i didn't tell her prior to her putting away the paint, first off she didn't even ask how many coats & her main concern was moving on the next client. Asked the receptionist if i could receive a lower rate due to the result being lack of quality, he said no because it could be fixed. not trying to sit through another hr w/ the same tech, & a discount would have been appreciated. I prefer to get my acrylics done with one of the guys unfortunately I didn't get their names:( but either one of them does a GREAT job!!! They are a little over priced but it is money well spent!! I went in asked how much for nails they told me $25 I say ok (I know you get what you pay for it) so I'm getting the Done and Kevin then tells me it $45 because of length and continued to push me to get gel when I didn't want gel as I'm having them dry I notice a lot of bubble on my nails and he said it was my fault because I don't know how to dry them after he put them in position to dry. The woman who charged my card was the manager and she is extremely unprofessional and I did not like that she charged my card without consent I do understand the fee for using a card but it shouldn't be $10. I was just there right now and was helped by Kevin. I went in the get a fill and the process took about 25 minutes. He rushed through the whole process. When I picked my color I chose a soft pink. He put on a brighter pink and I told him it didn't match but he kept insisting it was the same even when I put them side by side and they clearly did not look the same. I ended up just getting the color and while he was painting them he was putting globs of the polish on each coat he was doing.
