Looking to try out some new pizza places in the Keyport area, I came across this place. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a chicken parm sandwich. The pizza was good. I'd say average tasting football style pizza. It will get the job done when you are hungry. Probably great after having some drinks. They gave a nice amount of pepperoni on the pizza too, which I appreciate. The chicken parm sandwich was pretty good as well. Good cook to the chicken, and good cheese to sauce ratio. Ordered tonight at 9:15 said they were open until 10:30. Took my money out of the bank and never delivered our order. We live 7 minutes from them, no call saying they couldn't fulfill our order just took $40 and didn't say a word. Disgusting way to run a business. I've been going here for 2 or so years. I love their food and their pizza. The staff know me and know my preferences. They are so nice. I always go pick up in person. Love love love the penne vodka pizza it's awesome. i love their mozzarella sticks, burgers, fries and their sicilian pizza as well. Looking forward to trying the calamari after reading an awesome review. I highly recommend. My bf loves their white slice as well. If you're in the area on rt 35 stop in. Continuing my quest for the perfect slice of buffalo chicken - this isn't it. The slice was substantial in bulk, but completely absent in taste. I felt like I was eating baked cheesy bread rather than a slice of buffalo chicken. I can see the chicken - but the buffalo flavor was missing. (Also, no blue cheese or even ranch on the slice - not that this is necessary) So yes, I definitely wouldn't return to this location. This is rather disappointing as the parlor itself was rather inviting upon entry as the display case had numerous offerings - everything from plain to cheese steak. So my eyes were open wide and excited - but i almost always go with the buffalo chicken first as it's typically the test for the other toppings. Oh well... on to the next parlor! I mentioned that both of my orders from the night before or wrong. I ordered the rolls I asked for extra sauce because of my sandwich the night before not having sauce on it. He didn't say anything took my order and both our Specialty rolls were burnt like crazy on the bottom. So bad I couldn't even eat it. Hands down the best Fried Calamari I ever had! The perfect amount of flavor, it was not rubbery at all! It was still crispy when I came home! They had a choice of regular, mild, or hot sauce! We used to get delivery and takeout from Tony's all the time. Their food is very good. However, their customer service, delivery times and thoroughness has gotten extremely poor over the past few months. We have now totally stopped ordering from them because they mess up almost every order that they deliver or we takeout. If you want to take your chances that they will get your order right, give them a try because the food is above average. So, I've ordered from this establishment before, and they have always DELIVERED on time and always had good food. Tonight after placing my order the rude woman who took my order told me that they do not deliver where I live. I told her I have gotten food delivered from there at least 4 times before. After I explained that my home was less than 2 miles away from Tony's and I've never had this problem with them before, she still told me they wouldn't deliver to my house. Unfortunately, I didn't even get to try the food because the girl who took my initial order told me it would be 25-35 minutes to deliver, but over an hour later my food hasn't arrived. When I called back to get a status on my food the person told me that our food would be there any minute....fast forward another 15 minutes my food was still not here. So I called again and they said that the food would be there in another couple of minutes....while I was on the phone the girl asked them if they are taking my food with them...didn't even know what was going on...then I was told "that she thought that I was coming to pick up," when asked how is that possible when I gave her my address and she admitted she was wrong then i ask if that we can be compensated....her reply was "there was he don't give discounts for waiting" when I asked to ask to someone else because of the attitude that was given he had a more calm attitude with zero customer service...after explaining my problems he then proceeded to ask me if I still want my food or not because the driver is close....when I realized this establishment had zero cares about their customers I told him he can take back the food...the jokes on them they ended wasting food and didn't get paid for it. read more
