This is our go to place in Keyport. We have tried everything in town and by far the best pizza. They also offer gluten free which is very good with crispy crust. Salads and soups are also wonderful. The owners are so nice and work hard. You can eat in or take out. They also offer delivery. Highly recommend.

Prices are on the cheaper side which is good with all the competition in the area for Italian food. Hopefully they will maintain their competitiveness and do well. When I was there, place seemed moderately busy. They do have lunch specials for $6.95. My only critique was that the pizza dough could have been a little more seasoned. Too bland. Free street parking.

I ordered 2 pies: tomato and mozz & plain pie, both at the lower end of the mediocre spectrum - especially the tomato and mozz one. Both pies had chewy, undercooked crust and both soggy from an abundance of sauce. Additionally, I placed my order before they even opened. To me, that would mean I would receive the epitome of a hot and fresh pie. Wrong. Stop gassing this place up.

Note the time at the top center. My order for delivery was canceled at 8:15 even though the restaurant claims they deliver until 9:30.

I tried to order a pie & garlic knots through Slice around 8:00 on a Friday night; my order wasn't confirmed within 15 minutes so the order was canceled. I recently stopped by this place after work. I ordered 2 Buffalo Chicken Slices to go. They looked very good from behind the counter. Actually, all of the pizza slices looked really good here. Nice and thick slices, which I like as a change up. When I got home, I ate these slices so quickly. They were delicious. The chicken tasted great, and had alot of cheese on it too. A mild Buffalo sauce used, but that didn't bother me. Very filling. Overall, I really enjoyed this pizza. I can't wait to come back and try out some more of their pizza slices and options! read more

One of my local favorites! This place is consistent! We frequently order pizza, sandwiches, GF pizza and my all time fav Chicken Francese from here. I do suggest ordering any pasta al dente. This is one of my favorite chicken Francese entrees in the area! Since it's my favorite dish I've probably ordered it hundreds of times in NJ. The chicken is thin and cooked well, the sauce has the perfect amount of lemon, and the pasta when cooked al dente pairs great with the sauce. The staff is always professional and service is typically quick. Since this establishment does primarily takeout, expect to wait longer Friday-Sunday. Expect to use street parking, which can be a little tricky when it's busy for a quick takeout order (however I rarely have trouble except for a Friday or Saturday night). This is a classic pizzeria style restaurant. It's nothing fancy, but the food is delicious. read more

Ordered dinner from here on a Saturday night. We love that they have gluten free options if needed. The white pizza is phenomenal as well. I'll start this review with the employees. Everyone from the owner to his staff are just the best. Very friendly, very accommodating and always smiling. The kids and I love to come here. The pizza is very good, and some are exceptional. Their sandwiches are also very good. Their cheesesteak is among the best and loaded with meat. No steak-um's here. It's now my son's favorite. This past Superbowl we gave their 3-foot subs a try and everyone was happy with them. The bread has just the right amount of crunch without being hard. Our go-to local pizza joint for sure. read more

Our favorite place for pizza, wings and garlic knots. Their family deal for all 3 is a bargain. Used them this weekend to cater my husbands 65th birthday and the food and service were amazing. We had chicken franchese, chicken & eggplant parm, rice balls, salad, chicken fingers, 2 - 3 foot subs, and penne with vodka sauce. The food and tservice incredible. Driver helped fill the chafing dishes with water, lit the stereos and made sure we were all set before he left. Highly recommend them for any dinner and when you need catering, look no further! read more

This place is amazing! I usually pick up so I can leave a tip in the jar- but even when we get delivery- it is hot and delicious! Love the grandma pie and the Buffalo- even the plain blows other pizza places out of the water. The gentleman always working is so polite and always smiling- and there are always at least three drivers waiting for the next order to be delivered. We always order our pies 'thin crust' and well done. 10/10 read more

This place is just awesome. The staffs are friendly and it feels welcoming as soon as you enter the door. Their slice pizzas are so amazing and if they don't have the kind you want the can mod one up from a cheese pizza and customize it just like you want it. On top of all, they are so clean and you can see them make the pizza right then and there. Definitely the best pizza in Keyport even when compared to the local dine in restaurants nearby. read more

I am giving 5 stars for a few reasons. We ordered a grandmas pizza and a margarita pie. 1- we moved here 8 months ago from Brooklyn and this is the very first time we have had delicious pizza delivery in our neighborhood - found a couple of decent pies in jersey..... but had to travel for them. 2- fast delivery. 3- pizzas were cooked well and received hot and crisp. 4- sauce was perfect. 5- there is something off about the fresh mozzarella in Jersey- this is the first time it seemed real and not processed. And finally #6- the crust was delicious. We found our pizza place. Please don't close. read more

My one & only experience was with a delivery order. I'm a bit late leaving this review but better late than never This was an order out of desperation since none of my usual spots were open- but I'm so happy it happened. Delivery was in a timely manner, ordering was pleasant as can be but what pushed me to 5 stars is that I LOVED the pizza cold the next day. I NEVER like next day cold pizza. Warmed up in the over I can deal with but not cold. Whatever you're putting in that pizza - keep doing it & you've definitely gained a customer and a top spot on my Pizza delivery joints read more

Got pizza delivered to my house twice- both times my pizza was perfect. The crust had a perfect crunch- not too thick or thin, hot, and my slice never drooped- even after the pizza was sitting when I got my second slice. The best pizza in the area!!! read more

TERRIBLE ! Not sure if this place changed owners or they are cutting costs to make more money but the quality of the food has went way down. Dinner tonight was not edible and the salad dressing seemed to have been diluted with water. The French dressing was thin like an oil and vinegar / orange water.Whole order was wasted and had to re-order elsewhere. Will be hoping for a refund but who knows with this place. read more

For $17.95 I received what looked like half of an order. They were so chintzy with the sizes and for what I paid, it should have been double the amount of calamari. Then my wife ordered a large sub and my daughter ordered a small sub. When they came out, there were both the same size! I pointed it this out to the waiter and he told me he would change the price for the large to a small (which he didnt). When we got the check, the price amounts on the check seemed off. I asked the waiter for a menu and his response was" oh, my computer has been acting weird lately". Great excuse buddy.... There were a few items on the check that were overcharged - Calamari in Menu - $17.95. I was charged $18.50 Personal pizza on menu - $16.50. I was charged $18.50 Small grilled chicken sandwich on menu - $8.95. I was charged $11.50 Espresso on menu - $3.50. I was charged $3.75 Cannoli on menu - $4.75. I was charged $4.95. Regular beverage on menu - $1.95. I was charged $3.75. All of these discrepancies lead me to believe that this is a dishonest business or that the owner doesn't know that his employees are ripping his customers off. Either way I wont be going back.

My daughter and her fiancé started with a chicken soup and Caesar salad. The soup was in a tomato base and they enjoyed it and the dressing on the salad. We ordered an eggplant parm dinner with ziti, veal marsala over linguine and a penne vodka with chicken. We all enjoyed our meals, which were substantial in size. I noticed that the sauces on my eggplant and ziti were different in consistency. One complemented the eggplant and the other went well with the ziti. Not many places do that in my experience, making it unique for a small place. Highly recommended and sorry my pic of the eggplant was not good enough to post.

I had such a delicious meal during my first visit, so I had high hopes. I ordered the Lobster Sandwich, which is supposed to come with 1/3 lb of fish, fries, coleslaw, tartar sauce, and lemon. Current price on the menu states it's $15.01 as of July 2025. I asked the employees if the lobster was served warm with butter or cold with mayo. They told me it's served deep fried with a buttery bun. I hesitated because I wasn't sure if I would like it fried. I should've gone with my gut and ordered something else... but I really wanted lobster! My order was ready within a few minutes. I walked out (it's take-out only) with my bag, excited to dig my teeth in some delicious lobster. Man, I was DISAPPOINTED when I opened that brown paper bag. This was not a sandwich... It was two burger buns with liquid butter smeared on them... with a small portion of deep fried lobster wedged in between. The presentation was similar to a fast food franchise burger. It was COMICALLY SMALL. The side of fries was bigger than it. It's supposed to come with 1/3 lb of fish, but I doubt there was that much in it. The lobster had no flavor at all! Ugh, I am definitely not a fan of having it deep fried. PASS. The buns were fluffy, but that's the only positive thing I can say. The melted butter didn't add much flavor overall. They also forgot to give me tartar sauce and lemon, which I really could've used... given how flavorless the lobster was. $16 for crinkle cut fries and a sad lobster "sandwich". I finished it in a few bites since it was so small and I was still really hungry. Lesson learned - I will stick to their seafood platters. Way better bang for your buck. I'd skip the sandwiches. I will give them another try in the future and hopefully it'll be a positive experience like my first visit.

Hubby ordered jambalaya -- both dishes were served luke warm and looked as though they had been sitting. French fries were all tiny pieces as if they were at the bottom of the fryer. The steak was a poor cut. The jambalaya lacked flavor. The protein on the dish was all overcooked. Dessert THE Elvis -- sounded sooo delicious but was basically a spoonful of peanut butter. Even the ice cream they served with it could not drown out the overpowering peanut butter flavor. I did enjoy the cappuccino. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and he didn't even eat his meal. It was that bad. Sadly, one and done for us. I know they changed their menu so perhaps this is not their best lineup but I cannot forgive the terrible presentation. The price point for what they are presenting its insane.

I came here this past Saturday for an early dinner with the Millennial Chum and Co. I've driven or walked by this place a bunch of times, and I've always liked the exterior - it reminds me of an NYC Irish bar, if that makes sense. Not what I'd expect from a sushi establishment. I will say as a caveat that it IS smaller inside than I expected; it's basically one narrow corridor, so as a result it doesn't really have an opportunity to flex its interior design muscles too much. Not really a negative per se, and not something I think they can really do much about unless they move somewhere else with more square footage to play around with. I was a little apprehensive when I looked at the menu and saw they were boasting multiple Asian genres, including the aforementioned sushi but also some Thai, Chinese and Korean. (No, I didn't realize it was Asian fusion, which would have immediately explained this.) In my experience, having TOO varied of a menu can blow up in a restaurant's face, but regardless I came to try the sushi and went right to the special rolls. I opted for the Lover Roll and the Volcano Roll. The Volcano was okay for the most part - this was on me, but I didn't realize it had jalapeno in it, which is clearly referenced in the menu. I don't mind it from a taste perspective, but I hate the crunchy texture in a sushi roll (same with cucumber, which is a sushi dealbreaker for me). It was very easy to remove, and otherwise a perfectly fine roll. I think presentation value-wise it could use something since it basically looks like a pile of sawdust with the lobster salad on top, but it didn't diminish the taste. The Lover is excellent, and I wasn't too surprised to catch multiple sightings of it on other plates as we were walking out. The optics on that one were very unique, a bifurcated heart shape with a heavy dose of predictable pinks and reds. I hadn't really thought about it until now, but my sushi taste tends to go pretty savory with an emphasis on spicy tunas and wasabi mayo, that kind of thing. This is definitely on the sweeter side, which I'm assuming is primarily because of the honey. Regardless, it pairs really well with the rest of the ingredients. One of the better new sushi rolls I've tried recently, and it doesn't seem like I'm in the minority on that one. The service was very good; the Millennial Chum has been here before and said she'd had some issues on prior visits. Thankfully not a problem on this particular adventure - everyone had plans later in the evening and we were able to get in and out of here pretty quickly, probably within 40, 45 minutes or so. The price point wasn't bad either. Admittedly I'm used to being gauged on the regular in Midtown Manhattan, but special rolls being around $15 are a treat in and of itself. I'm not going to say that this is mouth-droppingly amazing sushi, but I think you have to grade on a slight curve in this area - Monmouth is pretty much a barren wasteland when it comes to its gastro offerings so when you find something decent, it's worth noting. Nemo is worth noting.

I of course used Yelp to find a good diner on my drive from New Brunswick to Atlantic City. I found Broad Street located in Keyport not far from the Garden State Parkway. It's your "classic" diner which has that 1950's vibe with the exterior and interior decor. Elvis paraphernalia is featured here. They had a busy lunch crowd. I sat at the counter and ordered a McCaffrey Wrap which comes with grilled chicken, bacon, cheddar jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and honey mustard. It was really good. The side of sweet potato fries were crispy and seasoned just right. The staff were courteous and the service quick. There is a small parking lot that can accommodate about five cars. There was plenty of on street parking. The downtown area was nice and you can take a nice walk after dining here to the waterfront.
