Cancelled my order after an hour because they are lazy. Ordered at 9:55 via Grubhub on a Saturday night. Hours say open until 11. At 11pm, I get a message from Grubhub that my order is cancelled. I have 12 teenage boys at my house waiting for pizzas. Guess what? Wont order from you anymore! Called Dominos and they took care of me. Want to make it up to me? Bring me my 3 pizzas for free tomorrow! But you won't. Because I now know you suck. And you used to be my favorite place in shippensburg! Not anymore. Brother's Pizza is a small pizzeria on the east side of town, with good pizza and good subs. The food is always fresh and my order is always correct. The price of the food is fair and this establishment is always clean. We will continue to order from Brothers and eat in the pizzeria. read more

Staying at the Best Western in Shippensburg, tried these guys for the first time...will order from them again! Hubs had hot wings and a small pizza. Said wings were okay, not bad. He likes them a little crispier. Wings were spicy enough but if you like like really HOT wings, no. His pizza was good (he got the meat lovers). I got the Special Italics an Stromboli. It was good, packed with meat and veggie and cheese. I got a size medium and it was good sized. All food came hot and on time and delivered to the room. Haven't ordered from this place in quite a while. Always love the crispy chicken salads! Yum! Today I ordered a cold ham sub and a taco salad. Delivery was quicker than expected. Taco salad was good. Ham sub was just ok due to the roll was so hard and dry I almost cut my mouth on it. I expect crusty rolls like that for a hot sub, but I like a soft roll for a cold sub. Next time I guess I'd request that I get a soft roll. read more

Horrible experience here... ordered a cheesesteak sub and asked if they could put lettuce on just half of it since it's a 12 inch so my daughter could eat half of it and they said they couldn't do it?? The only option they gave us was either lettuce on the whole sub or on the side.. and it was a 60 cents up charge to have lettuce on the side instead of on the sub!! So bc I wanted lettuce and my daughter didn't we paid the extra... but the worse part is once they brought the cheesesteak out it was cut in half!! So apparently it's too much of an inconvenience for brothers pizza to first cut the cheesesteak in half since they already do, and add the toppings to each (6 inch) sub. The food was bad I had it delivered to my room at the best western. And they delivered fast but my food was terrible. I called them to let them know how dissatisfied i was with my food and they did nothing about it didn't even offer me anything else not even my money back my salad didn't look anything like it did on their web site and didn't even have all the stuff in it that it said it did on the menu. A quality pie, Brothers pizza certainly does not skimp on the toppings. I continuously order the 5 Topping special pizza and I have to say not once have I been disappointed. Some of the apps could use improvement such as the fried cheese, but overall I highly recommend this place for a weekend pizza night. read more

Today was my last order from Brothers. We order from work alot.....they were 30 min late so I called to check on my order. The person on the phone said a driver was on his way. I said I had already missed my break. To which he replied "ok well have a good night". I had paid and tipped with a card already so apparently no one cared ! I'm kinda torn with this review of Brother's. All my friends know about my wing fetish. Again, I don't eat them often but when I do, I prefer the buffalo style. Brother's is right around the corner from me and they come highly recommended. I gave theme a try for the first time a couple of nights ago. Let me say 24 buffalo wings for 15 bucks plus is a very good bargain. They came hot, properly spiced, and wrapped in foil. NOICE! I ate about 10 to start. One hour later I was on the toilet with hands to Jesus. It continued all night through the morning. I don't fault the wings. I think it was the celery or perhaps a combination. This is NOT the first such experience I've had with ordering food/wings. Sometimes I believe your body has to get acclimated to a new food source. I will order from these guys again because I want to resolve the mystery of what upset my stomach so badly. Right now my recommendation for new customers is to proceed with caution and perhaps avoid the wings. Cheers. read more

A small, locally owned pizza shop with a very decent menu. Food is well prepared, staff are friendly, and the dining area is clean.

Really great food overall, some things were too greasy which is why I'm giving them 4/5 stars, but definitely give Brother's a chance! They make a tasty pie. read more

Went there today for the first time and we enjoyed it. The cheese pizza is definitely cheesy! :) my step mom had the Greek salad and she said it tasted really good! By the time the large pizza got there we were way too full! You definitely get your money's worth and everything tasted great. Service was pretty good too. It was a little awkward when I had to go to the counter to get boxes and the cashier was cuddled up in another employees arms. read more

I've been to pretty much all the other Brother's locations, and while they are all different, you know what to expect going into a new one. for the most part, its standard pizza place food and atmosphere. fried calamari, onion rings, strange Mexican dishes....and pizza. obviously this is where Brother' shines. while I would pick Pizza Man over this particular Brother's for most dishes, you'll get a good pizza. they also are always running the good sale of two large one topping pizzas and a two liter of soda for $20, which is a good buy. read more

The pizza is pretty good and the appetizers look really good. The pizza didn't live quite up to the praising I've been hearing about but it's worth getting for sure. The inside looks like a typical pizza joint and appeared fairly clean when we were there. Staff was friendly and the prices were fair. You can't expect too much from a pizza place and if that's what you're looking for you probably won't be disappointed. Just don't expect the best pizza of your life or anything. This is one of the few positive memories from Ship when I went to college there. It is a fairly simple place that serves everything from pizza to cheesesteaks. We would always order cheesesteaks and split an order of fries. I loved the crusty buns that came with the cheesesteak. Almsot completely weather away to nothing he saw the sign. Brothers Pizza. The man crumbled to ground from pure joy and exhaustion. Slowly creeping to the door he couldn't budge. Almsot defeated he looked up through the window and saw his pizza which gave him the strength to pull the mighty door. Once Inside the building he was greeted by the friendliest staff he's ever encountered. Slowly walking to the counter with money In hand he gave the cashier his last coin. She smiled with such beauty it lit him up. She gave him his pizza and the man sat down. Pathetic!!! Ordered a pizza for delivery. They didn't write down my correct phone # waited no pizza, called said del. boy was here. No call because again they didn't write correct phone #!!! Del. Came back 15 min. Later, pizza totally cold. Said please bring back another, give you another $5 tip. Said ok. Came back 20 min later with same pizza reheated and dry like cardboard! Called the biz and they proceeded to make excuses like it was my fault!!! That's not how u treat a customer and expect them to come back! They should have apologized and made me a fresh pizza! This was my favorite pizza place while I was growing up in Shippensburg, and I still try to eat there whenever I come back to visit. My husband and I were hanging out with friends. They ordered pizzas and fries for everyone from this place. We started eating and someone noticed a hair in theirs. We all started looking closely at our food and realized it was all through-out the food. Not long hair- little wiry almost-black pieces of hair. We assumed it was some angry teenage employee putting nasty pubic hairs in the food or something. My friend called and asked for a refund and was hung up on.
