I got charged $40 for a clean and they threw in a free $10 sew to a cut on the opening of the left…read moreshoe. I thought $40 for the clean was steep. They said that it was due to the shoe being made of high quality leather. Not sure if that means more time would be spent on cleaning or if premium cleaning material would be needed. Nonetheless, due to the stellar reviews they have I ended up trusting they'd do a great job. The result was a good job as I still saw smudges on the shoe (The lighting in my car was great so you can't tell) I ended up taking my other pairs to another spot for cleaning at a cost of $8 per clean. The quality was similar and at a much cheaper rate. There was a language barrier when communicating with the owners but overall they were friendly and pleasant to work with! I might come back in a pinch since they're only a 5 min walk from my apt, but I'll make the drive to my $8 cleaning guy for the majority of my needs.

The Shoe Doctor performed an operation and now, it has a clean bill of health. My two Leather Tumi Backpacks were on life support. You're probably asking, "Why would anyone purchase two identical backpacks?" The reason is, I purchased the second one to replace the first one. I forgot to donate it away. After meeting the Shoe Doctor, on my way to refurbish one, I found the other so I brought them both to see the miracle worker. The Shoe Doctor used his paddles and shouted, "Clear!" Now they are as good as new. You don't have to take my word for it. Come see for yourself. This guy cannot be beat!

I've been using Pasquale's for nearly 10 years. I originally started bringing in several pairs of…read moreChristian Louboutin shoes and have always paid premium prices for repairs. Until recently, I was happy with both the service and the results. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing. I dropped off a pair of slip-on sandals for a simple cleaning and sole repair. After about a month without any call, text, or email, I contacted the store to check on the status. After a lengthy search, I was told by the older woman who works there (who I believe may be the owner) the shoes had never been entered into their system when I dropped them off. She apologized and explained that the work had not yet been started. Mistakes happen, and I wasn't upset. However, another month passed before I learned the shoes were finally ready. By that point, I had missed several trips where I could have used them. And well as daily opportunities. What disappointed me most was the interaction when I picked them up. The older woman working there, who I again believe may be the owner, denied that the shoes had been forgotten and instead seemed to place the blame on me. This was surprising given that I had previously been told the shoes had never been entered into the system when I dropped them off. One of the younger male employees was kind, professional, and appeared more understanding throughout the interaction. Ultimately, I paid full price after waiting nearly two months for a relatively simple repair and then felt dismissed when I raised concerns. For the premium prices charged, I expected better communication and customer service. It was a truly unprofessional experience. Following this experience, friends recommended Shoe Lab on Doheny. I brought in a similar type of repair request I've brought into Pasquale before and had a completely different experience and timeline. Will, the owner, provided a clear timeline, fair pricing, excellent communication, and completed the work by the next day. I was even asked when I needed the shoes by and was given a beautiful gift bag to carry them home. (Photo attached) I don't mind paying premium prices when the service matches the cost. Unfortunately, after that experience at Pasquales, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I wish I had known sooner what many people in the Beverly Hills, Miracle Mile, Mid-Wilshire, and surrounding community already seemed to know--that there are other premium shoe repair options nearby that provide faster turnaround times, better communication, and a more customer-focused experience. Notably, Pasquale's competitor Shoe Lab on Doheny that has ample parking in front of and behind the store aside from residential.

Truly Exceptional Shoe Repair & Service…read more I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pasquale Shoe Repair in Beverly Hills. They went far beyond just repairing my shoes -- the customer service, communication, and overall experience were exceptional from start to finish. I needed a very specific repair for my Christian Louboutin heels, including restoring the iconic red bottoms that had completely worn off and replacing the plastic heel tips. These shoes are one of my all-time favorite pairs, and since they're no longer sold, I was heartbroken thinking I wouldn't be able to wear them again as they looked beyond repair. I found Pasquale through the Christian Louboutin website, where they are recommended as an approved specialist -- and now I understand why. Marco was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. I live in Northern California, so I emailed photos to receive a quote, and then shipped my shoes down. Marco also rushed the repair to ensure I would have them in time for a wedding I was attending in Beverly Hills the following week. When I picked them up... WOW. My shoes looked like new -- truly flawless craftsmanship. And to top it off, the repair ended up coming in under the original estimate. That kind of honesty and care is rare. Pasquale Shoe Repair is trustworthy, highly skilled, and genuinely committed to their customers. If you have luxury designer shoes -- especially Louboutin -- this is the place to go. I highly, highly recommend them and will absolutely be sending all my future repairs their way.
