I know how hard it is to get the sand out of carpet, and my seats have dealt with quite a few spills over the past few years that I couldn't figure out how to clean all the way. Much to my surprise, ever since inch of my car was literally shining by the end of the day. I could tell the guy working that day took extra care, even though his other two coworkers had called out that morning. The only thing I want to note is that tipping online is distributed to the whole team, not the individual(s) cleaning your car. Feeling that was a little unfair based on the circumstances, I ended up tipping again. In total, I spent about $96, which sounds steep, but those are three hours that would've taken me all day without looking half as well done! Plus, it was walking distance from the rest of the businesses in the Waterford Lakes Plaza and across the street from home. If I ever need a thorough wash, they'll be seeing me again.

I opted for the $65 ultimate wash (+$5 for it being a crossover or "suv"), and I'm sad to say it was very disappointing. On first glance the major pollen on my car was gone, however when I actually looked into it there was a lot of spots missing or barely touched. I had to remind them to wipe down my windows because none of them were touched, my roof was still spotted with pollen, the inside of my doors were dusty/dirty as well as my grill, console and large parts of my rims. I had them do the windows and just decided to take my car through the car wash and detail the spots myself. Would not recommend for those looking for a very detailed clean. I gave them three stars, and paid because even though I wasn't satisfied with the service, the employees seemed nice. UPDATE: lowering to 2 stars, because it's been almost a week and I attempted to contact them to get the spots actually cleaned (email and phone). No response.

ABF was on top of responding to my questions and pricing inquiries. They quoted $225 for an exterior only wash, wax and one step polish. I got a few quotes at $200 and some in the high 200s and 300s. So I decided to come to ABF, dropping the vehicle off at their indoor shop in Edgewood. Their team was super professional and quoted a time of 2-3 hours. Dropped off at 9 and it was ready by 12:30. I can say I am so impressed with the results. I can see blue speckles in my truck I've literally never seen before! The attention to detail was excellent. They did my wheel wells very nice and the whole truck had an amazing shine like I've never seen. Once again I commend ABF for being so responsive and easy to work with. They send the bill by email at the end and you're all set to go! I will be coming back in the next year for another service!

I hired this detailer to remove the badges from my vehicle. I had to go to the dealership myself to buy touch-up paint, and he agreed to come back and repair it. When he returned, his attempt to fix the damage made things worse. Not only is the paint clumped and uneven, but he also removed a noticeable amount of clear coat from the area. He was supposed to come back a third time to apply clear coat, buff, and blend the paint to the best of his ability. It's been two weeks, and I haven't heard a word from him. What started as a minor paint chip is now a much larger, more expensive problem. I'll have to pay another professional to fix the mess he left behind. I liked him initially and wanted to give him a chance to make it right -- I would've even paid him for his time if the repair was handled properly. But ghosting a customer after causing damage is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this business. If something goes wrong, don't expect accountability or follow-through.

WTF happened where there's a surge of these places. It's like Storage Units a few years ago, or donut shops a few years ago, or axe throwing places a few years ago, or ramen places (still happening), or hot chicken places, or salad places. He's very argumentative, rude, and extremely aggressive. Today, while visiting this location, I paid $20 for a car wash after driving through it. I noticed that my car was still extremely dirty after parking to vacuum. I realize that the vacuums didn't work. There were about seven other people also complaining about the vacuums not working. The sweet lady attendant at the gate informed us that the issue isn't the vacuums but a bigger problem with the motors, stating that only 2 people can vacuum at a time. After asking to speak with a manager I explained to him the issue that I was having with the vacuums, as well as with my vehicle not being cleaned. Ryan became extremely irate and unprofessional, so much so that another customer had to step in to try to calm Ryan down. I asked for a refund so I can go somewhere that I can get a complete service including vacuuming. Ryan stated that vacuums are free and I would not receive a refund.. this establishment is a total rip-off off a complete joke. I asked for the corporation's number so I could file a complaint.
