What a treat to find things we actually wanted and needed. Prices were very inexpensive which I loved. We immediately found an ice bucket we needed for a party, and there were many other party needs to choose from. We got pretty plastic disposable dishes, which we rinsed off after the party, and will reuse. The kitchen section had good utensils and lots of dishtowels and linens. I could have spent the day there and been surprised at every turn. Alas, my husband needed to go to watch a football game so we cut it short! Good find and full of Fun. I didn't know there was specific "way" to buy furniture here but apparently there is. I saw a bench I liked, took the ticket up to the front, and handed it to the cashier asking if someone could grab it for me. She signaled to another employee to help grab it for me. Not so bad, right? Wrong. That employee was the nastiest person I've encountered in a while. Instead of just asking me nicely where the bench was located she RUDELY said "well where is it even at?????" I told her straight up that was a rude response and it wasn't necessary. She then DOUBLED DOWN on being rude and said "well what am I supposed to do, search the entire store?!" And stormed off. I was absolutely appalled. When I asked to talk to a manager, and explained what happened, SHE LAUGHED IT OFF. She said "oh haha I'm sorry I'll talk to her though!" I don't get the feeling she talked to her. Such a weird experience. Like, do you want people spending their money there or not?

Great furniture store with large arches, doorways and room dividers in different styles, many…read moreintricately carved on wood panels. Besides these showstoppers, there are several different styles of couches and chairs from huge and comfortable to sleep and leather. Statues, lamps, decor and lighting are also displayed throughout the store and come in a variety of styles. This furniture store is just our style. I'd say it's a combination of eclectic, exotic and traditional. The prices are pretty much the same as any other furniture store you visit and you find many unique items. This was our first time in and while walking around in the store, we were asked several times by many different cells representatives if we needed any help.

From the moment we walked in, George was friendly and respectful. After we chose a couch, we had some hesitation about affordability, and that's when William stepped in with thoughtful advice and practical options that truly helped. Since it was Sunday, it initially looked like delivery wouldn't happen until Tuesday but William went above and beyond and made arrangements for same-day delivery. To top it off, George delivered the couch himself. Because of them, my home was ready in time for my family. This was genuinely the best customer service experience.
