So my Saturn Vue has been annoying the hell out of me. I've been having an issue with the tire…read morepressure indicator and when I put air, the warning would've turn off. I figured that I either have a leak in my tire(s) or the air pressure sensor wasn't working. I relied on good old Yelp to find a shop nearby and came across Caton Auto. I dropped off my car and I always get a little uneasy at auto shops cause you feel like you're vulnerable but my experience was amazing. I checked in and waited in the lobby. They have free water, snacks and coffee. They came up to me shortly after and said that my sensor wasn't working and there was no pressure on getting it replaced. They said it would cost about $200 to fix and it actually was the price I was expecting if that was the issue. I just didn't want to pay that for a sensor. And the mechanic told me that he doesn't blame me. I asked how much it would be and he said nothing. They even adjusted my tire pressure since some were off due to filling it with air at the gas stations and they aren't the most accurate. I really wasn't expecting this kind of service and would come back to this place in the future for services to my vehicle. Awesome place!

I have witnessed concerns about the possibility of unauthorized access or key duplication after servicing. I would strongly advise others to use caution and consider alternative service locations.

I brought my car in because I was hearing unusual noises while driving. After checking it, I was told it only needed an oil change. Before I left, the owner went into the shop, came back, and added some type of oil to my car and asked me to return another day for the oil change, which I did a few days later. I barely drive my car, so immediately after the oil change I drove the few minutes home and parked it. Two days later, I needed to pick up my niece from school. As soon as I started driving, the car began shaking, jerking, and driving abnormally. I called the shop to explain what was happening, and instead of offering to inspect the vehicle or asking me to bring it back, I was told to take it to the dealership because they "don't do transmission oil." When I asked if I could bring the car back in for diagnosis, that request was avoided. From there, I ended up spending a significant amount of money trying to figure out what was wrong and repair the vehicle. The dealership later indicated that the oil level was beyond the recommended limit, which can cause mechanical strain and performance issues, and that improper servicing could contribute to serious engine-related problems. I returned to Manik Auto multiple times to try to explain the situation and seek answers, but each time I felt dismissed and not taken seriously. Instead of listening or offering any willingness to inspect the vehicle, the conversations became defensive. At one point, I was made to feel like I was wasting my time, and the interaction left me feeling intimidated rather than helped. What disturbed me most was how quickly my concerns were dismissed after I raised them. From my perspective, the immediate defensiveness and refusal to even inspect the vehicle made it feel like there was no willingness to take accountability or investigate what went wrong. That experience deeply affected my trust in the shop. To this day, I believe the service performed on my vehicle played a role in the transmission issues that followed. That is my honest opinion based on the timing of events and everything that occurred before and after the service. Before this experience, I had trusted Manik Auto with my vehicle and had recommended. I never expected to be treated this way when I returned with concerns about work that had been performed on my car. The financial loss and stress this situation caused have been significant. I trusted this shop with my vehicle and expected professionalism, honesty, and accountability. Instead, I was left with major expenses, ongoing frustration, and no real resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Manik Auto.

Siwan ensured to explain every step and why certain things were required/recommended. Additionally, he ensured to show me how the cost was calculated (we all know car repairs can be pricey but he also makes sure that you know where your money is going!) I even received videos explaining the work being done on my car as it was done. Finally, the waiting area was very well-designed and comfortable. These added details were the cherry on top of an already amazing experience! Honestly one of the best experiences I have had. I will definitely be taking my car back when additional services are needed!

I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but life has been busy. As a single woman and a…read moremother, it can be really hard to find a mechanic you can trust without feeling like you're being taken advantage of. Unfortunately, that has been my experience more times than I'd like to admit. The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the way they treated me as a customer. Every single mother needs a mechanic she can feel safe with--and I'm so grateful I found one. Thank you all for your help.
