This place was great, but now most of the claw machine prizes are blind bags, which are hard to get since they are bigger than the claw itself. Blind bags are cool and all, but they've taken over and there's barely any normal prizes that you can actually see and have a chance at grabbing. I get it, it's an arcade in Tustin, so it's going to be pricey. Just not worth it anymore when there's a 5/6 chance you don't like the prize you won (if you're lucky enough to win one, just blew $20 today to end up with nothing). I really hope to see more plushies fill the machines, that would make me want to come back read more

TERRIBLE! 4 to 6 coins per machine and it's literally impossible to win anything. the claws r so weak and won't even grab the prizes. It's not even fun to play because it doesn't give you a chance to win anything and it's so over priced. would never ever ever come back. complete rip off and scam. We got addicted to claw machine arcades thanks to our Vegas trip. They have a few there. When we discovered there's one now in the OC, we had to come. It's definitely pricier than Vegas but not too bad. See my pic for current pricing. Everything is token based. If you buy $100 worth, you'll get a free prize. We spent $100 and it lasted us over 1.5 hours. Each machine is minimum 2 tokens. We played mostly the 3 to 4 tokens machines. Some machines are easy to win. Others are impossible. My little one won 2 bags worth of prizes. My older one won nothing because she spent all her tokens on one machine. So picking a good machine to play makes a huge difference. Staff are friendly. The place is clean. They also sell plushies and other toys. I love the little pink shopping cart they provide. We will definitely be back. read more

Machines are so absurdly tight you're better off throwing your money into a fire pit than trying to play here. Yes they have nicer prizes than most places, however good luck trying to win anything when the pay out rate is so low. We played $50 and the claw never once lifted a single plushie off the bottom of the machine. Like at least make it look like you can possibly win rather than have these machines just have 0 claw strength. read more

came here with my sister to play some claw machines. The token rate was $5 for 10 tokens, and with tax, it came out to $5.36. We were trying to pay exactly $10.36 to avoid getting coins back as change. While my sister was looking for the 36 cents, the cashier looked her straight in the face and said, "You don't need coins, you got enough," while holding up our $10 bill, as if we were stupid for even trying to pay the exact amount. Seriously, who talks to a customer like that just for looking for change? It was completely uncalled for. After that, he basically threw the token basket into the token machine behind him with the most passive-aggressive attitude before handing it to us. His whole demeanor was rude, dismissive, and totally unprofessional. To make matters worse, the claw machines were garbage. The claws barely grip anything; they act like they're picking something up, only to drop it halfway up. Total scam. And the prizes? Cheap-looking stuffed animals with horrible quality. We walked out feeling disrespected and disappointed. I've worked in customer service, and I would never treat a customer that way. It's just basic human decency. store offers a wide variety of branded plushies and machines. the workers are very nice. however, the claw machines seem to work on a pity system, as all the wins have been when the claw got significantly stronger than usual for one play. good price if you want to spend a bunch of tokens for one plushie, bad if you're there to actually play claw machines. read more

Place is a scam. I've been to claw machine spots in San Jose, San Ramon, a few in Canada and Vegas. And this place is nearly impossible to win. Spent 100.00 and got 3 prize. We would be pushing out cart full of prizes at any other of the spots I mentioned. Not to mention it's 3-4 times the price compared to other. Absolutely ridiculous. Nice place, fun idea but the claw mechanisms are no good. Tried many times and even with perfect grabs some of them were unwinnable. A worker even saw one grab and said "yeah that's strange". Good selection of prizes but I would say bad value based on how likely you are to win a prize read more

I really like top canvas and where it located not only you can go there, you also can visit other places for food or drinks I really like how guy named Alan always telling customers to ask any questions if they have i can see that he really cares about the store, also he keep store environment kind and funny. Not only that i really enjoyed and noticed how some coworkers were walking around the store especially coworker David who asked us if we want to change our prize and also asked if we want to rearrange some toys which is helping a lot we can see that they walking not just to waste some time? but actually help customers, prices for tokens a little too high, but if u had one token left they always can give you one extra token that way u can play last time before you leave. I'm genuinely sad to give this review because it doesn't deserve the one star but today, I had the worst customer service ever. Whenever I go here, there's 3 workers that I usually see and those workers are always chill. I've never had a problem with them and just having them help me out made me a loyal customer. However, today there was a new worker that I've never seen before, and she had completely ruined my mood. I walked in and it was empty, no customers and no staff so I assumed they were in the back. To my surprise, one of them was just sitting on the floor on their phone. But, I had no problem with it since it wasn't busy. My boyfriend and I had asked to purchase tokens and were attempting to win some prizes. We didn't have any luck or skill, so we asked the workers if we could move the plushie in a better position. When we had asked, the asian worker gave us the nastiest attitude and said "we're not supposed to move them for you in the first place" and I was taken aback. First of all, there were two workers who were helping us out. One of them helped us majoring of the time and she was chill, but had gone to the back. I had only asked this specific worker to move it twice now, and yet she had the audacity to say that. We spent a total of $60 before we even got to win something, so it felt as though she didn't care enough to help us. Second of all, the store was empty. There was nothing else for her to do. The only people she was helping out was us, so she was just lazy and annoyed that we kept asking. Not to mention, every time we went here other workers always moved the plushies for us and never complained. After that whole situation, my boyfriend and I left and didn't bother to ask her to move the plushies. I loved this place and the other workers but I can't believe a person like her got hired. Obviously, this was just a 30 second encounter with her but I hope she gets fired or trained to treat customers better. I also hope she reads this and fixes her ugly attitude.
