Stuffed animals are pressed so tight into one another that it's almost pointless to try. Apart from that the cost compared to other places is high. Average cost is 4 coins for a basic plush. Although the quality of some plush toys is better than their blind box labubu. They had the Version 1 labubu, priced what seemed too good to be true and it was. Opened two boxes because we purchased two separately and both were FAKE! We informed the workers that the boxes that were sold as authentic from pop-mart, were not real. The one I bought was scratched up and the fur is literally unstitching. We hoped to be taken care of since it was obvious it wasn't real and we were just told, "they are mass produced and sometimes they have manufactured defects and this could happen. Since it's a Final sale it is not refundable." My son was so excited and was disappointed in the end. I understand sales are final but how fair is it they sell fake products and don't do anything to help you out after selling it as authentic. If you're into claw machines and cool pop-mart products be wary as this place could sell you a FAKE product! I recommend okie dokie in garden grove, great service and authentic products! Only honest thing about the place was one of the workers genuinely felt horrible we got a FAKE labubu and she showed compassion compared to the one that told us it's a final sale and not refundable. Top Canvas was really fun. I really love claw machine arcades and found this one on yelp. I really loved that they also sell a BUNCH of mystery packs and other pop culture items! When i first walked in I was shocked with the pricing and got super excited but then, plot twist, the machines are not $1/token per play like most claw machine arcades. I went with my boyfriend and the variety of the prizes was extremely good and they had all the cutest and trending plushies! We ended up spending quite a lot though; $70, but came out with 6 plushies which wasn't horrible considering we are not good at claw machines. This was the very first time either of us had ever gotten anything from a claw machine! We got addicted to claw machine arcades thanks to our Vegas trip. They have a few there. When we discovered there's one now in the OC, we had to come. It's definitely pricier than Vegas but not too bad. See my pic for current pricing. Everything is token based. If you buy $100 worth, you'll get a free prize. We spent $100 and it lasted us over 1.5 hours. Each machine is minimum 2 tokens. We played mostly the 3 to 4 tokens machines. Some machines are easy to win. Others are impossible. My little one won 2 bags worth of prizes. My older one won nothing because she spent all her tokens on one machine. So picking a good machine to play makes a huge difference. Staff are friendly. The place is clean. They also sell plushies and other toys. I love the little pink shopping cart they provide. We will definitely be back. read more

If you a guru of claw machines, this is an excellent place for you to show off your skills. Or even to polish it. They have many claw machines in two full rows with various character plush dolls that you can pick and choose from Pokemon, Sonic, Hello Kitty, Super Mario, etc. Also, it is perfect to kill time or get together with your friends and families in all ages and have fun. They also have some collectable items that will be hard to pass by. Seems like some items are valued high because they were locked in a glass display. Whether it is in the claw machine or on the shelf or in the glass display, they all look like a decent quality products and worth your time to check it out. This place was great, but now most of the claw machine prizes are blind bags, which are hard to get since they are bigger than the claw itself. Blind bags are cool and all, but they've taken over and there's barely any normal prizes that you can actually see and have a chance at grabbing. I get it, it's an arcade in Tustin, so it's going to be pricey. Just not worth it anymore when there's a 5/6 chance you don't like the prize you won (if you're lucky enough to win one, just blew $20 today to end up with nothing). Machines are so absurdly tight you're better off throwing your money into a fire pit than trying to play here. Yes they have nicer prizes than most places, however good luck trying to win anything when the pay out rate is so low. We played $50 and the claw never once lifted a single plushie off the bottom of the machine. came here with my sister to play some claw machines. The token rate was $5 for 10 tokens, and with tax, it came out to $5.36. We were trying to pay exactly $10.36 to avoid getting coins back as change. While my sister was looking for the 36 cents, the cashier looked her straight in the face and said, "You don't need coins, you got enough," while holding up our $10 bill, as if we were stupid for even trying to pay the exact amount. Seriously, who talks to a customer like that just for looking for change? It was completely uncalled for. After that, he basically threw the token basket into the token machine behind him with the most passive-aggressive attitude before handing it to us. His whole demeanor was rude, dismissive, and totally unprofessional. To make matters worse, the claw machines were garbage. The claws barely grip anything; they act like they're picking something up, only to drop it halfway up. Total scam. And the prizes? Cheap-looking stuffed animals with horrible quality.
