    Prizes (May 2026)

Top Canvas is a claw machine spot located right next to The District at Tustin Legacy (next to the AMC Theatre). Top Canvas also has other locations (Alhambra, Downey, Torrance, and Milpitas in Northern California) that operate as collectible stores and this is the only Top Canvas location that runs as a claw machine arcade. [Parking]: Easy and free parking at The District at Tustin Legacy. [Selection & Price]: Apparently the shop redesigned their claw machines and prize system in recent months. Players can now trade plushies for points and use those points to redeem more desirable prizes. As for trade-in prizes, they have selected signed Funko Pop figures / giant Pokémon plushies / other generic plushies (25%), blind boxes (50%), and graded Pokémon cards / booster packs / other collectibles (25%). Personally it would be better if they had fewer blind boxes as trade-in prizes and focused more on curated Sanrio plushies or unique action figures. [Point system]: For play packs, $10 = 20 tokens, $20 = 42 tokens, $50 = 110 tokens, and $100 = 230 tokens. Claw machines with numbered stickers indicate how many points each plush is worth and most machines indicate 15 points per plush. Blind box trade-in values range from 45 points to 125 points. [Conclusion]: It is nice to have claw machines with a higher win rate than places like Round1 + the ability to trade plushies for better prizes, but I do think their prizes are not as good as places like Round1. Personally I still prefer other claw machine spots like Infinity Claws in Rowland Heights and I also like Top Canvas's collectible stores better than this claw machine-only concept store. P.S. - Players can ask the staff to rearrange plushies in some machines.

Nice, bright, and clean place to visit after meals at the Tustin district. We stopped by after eating some AYCE. Good to work off by trying our luck at the claw machines. I am terrible at claw machines so I have my kids to their luck instead. Had a good time visiting and trying for some plushies.

So fun, clean and a good value! There are a different variety of machines with plushies. You can win some to take home or trade up for higher end prizes, we were able to score a umbreon comfy friends plush from the Pokémon center with our trade in winnings!!! We spent 100.00 in total and won over 30 plushies. I'd highly recommend this place for small gatherings or larger groups. There is fun for everyone! It's in a shopping center with a lot of other activities, movie theater and food shops. So there's a lot to do here.

A neat place to stop in for some games to win stuffys of every kind. This place is so lit, you don't even need the ceiling lights! With the cosmic, neon glow, maybe even futuristic vibes at this game shop, you might find it fun to catch a stuffy Pokemon, or a Sanrio character, or something for a loved one. This place can be fun, romantic, or just a place to kill time. But there's no doubt, plenty of cuteness in this store. To the left side from the entrance, are the collector cards, trinkets, and anime figurines. This is where you'll catch the staff if you want to check out things behind the counters.

My son (pictured) has come home. Huge thanks to Madison for making our visit such a blast. She was super bubbly, patient with all my (probably too many) questions, and just made the whole experience extra fun. I'd come back again just for Madison LOL The blind box selection here is also amazing! My friends got a capybara snow globe and a mini Sanrio blind box. Can't wait to come back and try my luck again!

This claw machine place is in the pedestrian only section at Tustin District and the staff there was very accommodating. They were willing to rearrange the dolls so my 7yo niece can catch the doll and also they were willing to let her trade when she didn't catch the exact doll she wanted. They also have a lot of blind boxes for sale and the price was very reasonable! My niece was able to catch 3 keychain plushies for only 20 tokens ($10 worth)!

    Spent $20... got these two!

Fun and clean spot for claw machines at the District. Pretty decent selection but some of the games require 4 or more tokens (for $20 I got 40 tokens). Also they charge tax on tokens but good that they take credit card! Fast and friendly service and I managed to pick up a few cute items. They also sell some blind boxes as well!

Not sure if under new management but we decided to take a stroll and see if any new changes. David was extremely nice and explain to us that they made improvements added more machine. And he was really nice, he helped rearrange some so our kids won some blind box prizes. Had a great experience. Thank you!

One of my friends was feeling a bit down so I was looking for blind box to cheer her up and was fortunately having dinner nearby! The person working immediately greeted us and told us to let him know if we had questions. There was a lot of different options for blind boxes and claw machine finds. We actually found out that we could purchase the claw machine ones at a fixed price without playing the game, which is perfect if you aren't so good at them. I ended up paying $5 for this keychain along with my friend's gift and was very happy!

I think this arcade has some of the best plushies for the price. They have a lot of branded plushies (Sanrio, Mofusand, etc.) and I'm usually able to win something even if I get the cheapest option of $5 for 10 tokens. The workers are always quick to ask if you need help with anything. On my last visit, I got one of the prizes stuck over the plastic barrier and one of the workers opened it for me. I really like how this arcade allows you to trade for the prizes you want. They advise you to aim for whichever plushie is easiest because they'll let you trade for any of the other plushies in the same machine. A lot of claw machine arcades don't offer this option, so I thought this was great. Other than claw machines, they also have several different blind boxes. Some of the more popular blind boxes such as Sonny Angels or Smiskis are above retail price, but they also have other figures that are priced more reasonably. Overall, I enjoy this arcade and it's a convenient place to stop by if you're in the area!

At first I thought it was a store that sells merchs but its combination of both Blind box, plushies and Claw machines. I like how this place has all in one and such a cute small arcade for after dinner. Definitely worth more than Round 1 if you really love claw machines, their stuffs animals varies and with $20 you have 46 tokens. Notes: each machine requires minimum 2 token, for bigger/ popular plushies 3-4 tokens. You will win something ( at first we thought that it was too hard to get anything from here) . Eventually we won 4 plushies !!! Lol Based on other comments they also let you exchange? Guess it is similar to Chibi claw machines in SNA. Overall: friendly service and cute fun place to hangout if you are at Tustin district:)

This shop is located at the district. They have so many different cute claw games! Some payout takes way longer. Noticed we worked on a machine for a while and the claw was still weak. We saw many others try on the same machine and the claw was still the same weakness. We spent $20 and got 40 tokens plus 6 bonus extra. We won two mini mofusand keychains. They're super adorable. Took us a good amount of tries though. Each of the machines range from 2-6 coins to play. They also sell figurines. Overall, had a really fun time here!

Top Canvas was a cool find and I had so much fun here! I went for the claw machines but I spent so much time looking at all the blind boxes they had. They even have Sonny Angels that looked to be authentic. They were marked up, but were from collections that are currently unavailable on the Sonny Angel website. They also sell opened secrets. And apparently if you get lucky, they have Labubus too?! We spent $20 for 46 tokens, not necessarily even expecting to win anything but to just have a good time. I was really excited that in total, we got 3 mofusand plushies! They have the machines set up where it doesn't feel impossible to win. I've definitely spent more at Round 1 and walked away empty-handed. It's a really fun date/hangout spot!

Nintendo plushies! I love my yoshi

There used to be an area with around a dozen pinball machines, but that area was completely bare this time. There were still pinball machines along another wall, but I remember them being in both areas, so it felt like there were quite a few fewer machines overall. A few of the other games weren't working either, including the air hockey and basketball games. I also noticed there wasn't a DJ that night. That may have been something that simply wasn't scheduled for that evening, so I'm not going to hold that against the place. I'm just mentioning what I experienced. I did get to play Galaga, which was fun, but I was hoping to play Centipede and it wasn't there that night. I ended up playing only two games before heading downstairs to the tiki bar. Maybe it was just an off night, and I may have caught Mission Control at a bad time. I just remember it being a much more lively and fun arcade the last time I was there. I was disappointed because I had really been looking forward to coming back. I hope it was just an off night, because I'd like to see it get back to the place I remember.

I actually thought they were decent and especially when going bowling with your friends and all. I remember my friend ordered the standard chicken tenders and fries for his other friends and I to share. The arcade selections is not bad, better than my last visit but I sort of missed the selection they had when I first visit this place. Especially since my first visit had tons of variety ranging from fighting games like BlazBlue and Persona (I miss that Persona fighting game), racing games, rail shooters like Time Crisis, and games where you earn tickets like Space Invader and that pirate wheel spinning game (don't know the name). I didn't mind the airsoft ones like Onpoint and the Cyberpunk game (which didn't work when I visited btw) because it always felt good using those but I'm not a fan of the VR ones. Mostly because it invalidated the rail shooters and you get sick of it easily. It's the reason why I rarely see anyone play those. The good part about the arcade selection is that unlike most arcade places, tickets are a lot easier to rack up and especially if you know which game to play. The plinko ones I highly recommend if you want to earn tickets. Speaking of comparison, this is place is surprisingly a lot quieter (outside of kids acting like you know kids) but that's because most of the people that go to Round 1 are like teenagers and young adults. Which makes sense given the amount of anime stuff this place provides. The claw machine is obviously the main attraction and they've honestly gotten much harder than previous first few visits, which is why I deduct one star. Though the staff were helpful enough to reposition the plushie so that I could get it but I'm not sure if they still do that. They have a lot of selections of anime merch but good luck trying to win those given how hard they've gotten. It'd be a miracle if the claw even lifts it up. The balls underneath the prize certainty didn't help either.

Justin and the other young man behind the counter are so incredibly friendly and talk to you as if you're a visitor, not a paying customer, which is incredible to me given the location and sheer number of people who pass through the arcade every day. I'm always a bit hesitant to visit the overly touristed, typical beach spots when we're on vacation, but we always make a point to come here when we're in the area. There were several creative obstacles and challenges that we hadn't seen at other mini golf spots, which kept things interesting and fun throughout the round. After golf, we checked out the arcade. There was a good variety of games, and my son was definitely entertained, which is always a win. It felt like a well-rounded spot for a casual outing. The restrooms were clean, and the staff was friendly enough--nothing over the top, but perfectly pleasant. One thing that did take away from the experience a bit was the number of very young kids running around unsupervised. I'm talking maybe 4 years old or so, and they kept interrupting our game. As a parent, I completely understand how challenging it can be to keep an eye on little ones, but I'm also a bit competitive, so it definitely threw off my groove. Not the venue's fault, just something to be aware of--there may be some tiny, energetic free spirits roaming around. Also, while it was a warm day, it wasn't quite as cool as I expected it to be, which made it a little less comfortable than ideal. Overall, though, it's a fun, family-friendly spot with a unique mini golf course and enough activities to keep kids entertained. I'd come back--just maybe with slightly lower expectations for personal space on the course.
