It is good to see that it is still running strong and still running off of nickels (although most games require more than one). The game selection is actually pretty impressive considering how much you are paying per game. There is everything ranging from casino-style games, to shooter games, to Pump-It-Up (similar to DDR). We had a great time here for about 1.5 hours and paid under $20. You can't beat that! They also have a prize area where you can exchange tickets won from games for physical prizes but we aren't really big fans of those. There were a few games that were out of order which was a bummer but as I mentioned before, we had 1.5 hours of play for under $20. It's hard to complain when the prices are that low. The parking is plentiful in that strip mall and it was well-lit enough to make it feel safe. Check this place out!

We never felt rushed, even though they were clearly busy. The birthday party itself went incredibly smoothly. Our party host, Christopher, was absolutely phenomenal. He was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly. While every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful, Christopher truly stood out and made the experience exceptional. The staff was always nearby to help with decorations, setup, and packing up, and they constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. It made the entire day feel stress free. Most importantly, the kids had an amazing time, especially with the laser tag and the Ballocity area. We are so happy we chose this venue and would 100% recommend it to anyone planning a birthday party.

Prices are decent - you can pay per activity, or buy the Thrill Pass for $29 - which includes one of each of the activities they have, as well as either Arcade bucks, or Claw Zone tokens - I opted for the latter, since it gives me something to do while the nephews play. The claw machines are such a scam, lol. I get that they have to make money - and can't just give stuff away, but the claws barely have any grip! I thought the area was odd, because the surrounding mall seemed nice, but there were tons of wild teenagers shouting and loitering around the cars, and multiple security guards. The selection of claw machines and arcade games seemed decent, but a majority of prizes were locked behind a cheese wheel. If they weren't, there was zero strength in the claw. They did have a couple more interesting things in stock than other locations, like random IPs that I don't typically see. I almost won nothing, but utilized opportunity to at least get something before leaving. I hope it's not always like this.

But once you battle parking lot fiasco for a parking spot (seriously if you can walk to this place - absolutely do it) and make your way upstairs to the gaming center it's awesome. You're greeted by the friendliest staff. They get you checked in and assign you to a PC. You can buy a package for a specific amount of game time and some packages come with a drink that has free refills. I usually get my kids 2 hrs of game time each and what you don't use, stays in your account and you use it up during your next visit. The equipment is always clean and everything seems up to date and modern. There are tables and chairs for those not gaming or just there to watch their kids. They sell snacks and drinks as well. Their bathrooms are kept clean and stocked up. They also have a couple of private rooms for parties. Check the calendar bc they host a ton of tournaments.

The prices of the credit vary on amount and it can get quite expensive, the prizes are not worth the credit we spend but that isn't the point of the prizes. Also you get a reusable card which I think if you come often to make sure to bring it and just refill the amount to waive the new card activation fee. We didn't get to stay long to play the games we wanted since it was crowded and the game we wanted was pretty popular. Would like to try again next time and will bring our card for a refill!

This is located within the Westminster mall, on the second floor occupying a pretty large space. I came to this location because the Groupon I had only worked here and not at the Alhambra location. The worker at the location was nice and took care of my Groupon. She gave us a basket for our tokens. She mentioned that this is probably the largest Kawaii Klaws location out of all the another areas. There are easily 30+ different claw machines in this location. There was enough variety in plushies among the machines, but I wish they had more as there were a lot of commonalities among Sanrio and a lot of bunny inspired plushies. We left with 4 plushies on this visit, the staff working their was friendly and she said she loved my bf's and my energy which I thought was so lovely of her to mention...I asked her name but forgot but she was really sweet.
