I used Yelp, rather than the 800 number (which reportedly is slow in responding). Well a Yelp inquiry wasn't much faster as I didn't get a response for a day and one half. The good news is that Ken got back to me and things went well after that. We set up a remote access day and time. The remote access works really well and he was able to figure out a couple of details that were blocking the connection (cached incorrect credentials, Google Access issue, Registry issue and 7 unneeded and worthless .OST files). He even suggested a better virus protection software product along with improved Ad Blocker software. I am very pleased with the knowledge and support of Ken. They charge for a minimum of one hour and he had me working in 40 minutes. He told me that if I have another issue, I can use the remaining 20 minutes of help.

I found Steve in the phone book, had a good conversation with him over the phone, and believed he had the experience to competently tackle this newer computer without doing more damage. Steve was able to bypass the password process, access the level of corruption of the files, and segregate them into accessible folders. He ran detailed virus scans and made several recommendations for further use. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and his overall assistance. His price was very reasonable as well.
