I honestly don't even know where to start--this was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Food: Absolutely terrible. The dishes tasted stale, like they had been sitting out all day, and somehow still managed to be bland and greasy at the same time. The fried rice was clumpy and flavorless, and the chicken had a weird texture that made me question how fresh anything really was. I asked for egg rolls--pretty standard at any Chinese restaurant--and that's when things really went downhill. Service: The woman at the counter completely lost it when I asked for egg rolls. She snapped at me, raised her voice, and acted like I had just asked for something outrageous. It was uncomfortable, confusing, and honestly kind of shocking. Instead of helping, she seemed annoyed that I was even there. I've never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant before. Ambience: Just as bad as everything else. The place felt chaotic and unclean, with a tense atmosphere that made it impossible to relax. Between the yelling and the general vibe, it was not somewhere you'd want to spend more than a few minutes--let alone eat. Overall, terrible food, worse service, and an uncomfortable environment. Crazy Chinese Lady! The food was absolutely horrendous! I placed my order over the phone, ordered a general chicken with rice and 3 egg rolls, and the lady on the phone started screaming when I mentioned the egg rolls, she was very rude and disrespectful and kept on screaming at me for ordering. When I got to the place the service was terrible too! The workers gave me dirty looks and they gave me no napkins or utensils with my food and they FORGOT my egg rolls on top of that! For years I always drove passed this place and outside needs an upgrade but the parking lot was always clean, no trash ever, but I had my regular Chinese place till they closed, so I tried others and they was fake Chinese food, I hadn't good Chinese for at least ten years till I remembered this place, I read the reviews and ithad a 89% approval rating, so I decided to try it and this is my place, hopefully forever!
